It was built into a large tree at Aera's request. Nearby is her little archery course. The targets are randomly placed, and tend to change often.

Aera jumped off her horse at her cottage. She strolled around a bit before going to her archery course and shooting.

Aera whistled and Fyra came down and landed on her arm. "Go make sure everything's alright at the palace." She said, lifting up her arm as the falcon flew off.
