Sutai was doing as she was told - be out on patrol, save the innocent, try and fight the baddies. She was doing it for several people not including her princess, but her princess was a major deciding factor. She wanted to make Polaris very proud by doing her duties without crying too much! And so, Sutai was out sugarplum'ing her way about the parks district in search of baddies to bonk with her telescope.
Sure, she'd run into gangsters and drug dealers before, but many of them knew not to mess with anyone dressed strangely who approached them. Destiny City Nightly News did enough damage to the Order side to make sure citizens stayed out of their way. But at least she could break up bad things before they happened, and with minimal fighting! All Sutai had to do was strike a pose like Tsui showed her, wave her telescope and the bad citizens would leave without much trouble.
Good!
Sutai felt very proud of herself! She stood atop a bakery and scanned her surroundings, pulling out her telescope to get a better look at what was happening around her. "Hmm..." Could she be a strategist like Tsui suggested? Sutai wasn't so sure, but she'd give it her best shot!

Natron really had no idea he was being watched. As Gabriel Blake, he would never even go near this part of town, but as Lt. Natron, he felt just tough enough to handle some human thugs. He was draining one of them of energy, and had already gotten one of his friends.
Natron wasn't fond of the whole "draining civilians of energy" thing. But it was for the Negaverse, for the greater goal of making sure the Senshi invaders got thrown off his planet. So he did it. He tended to justify by draining thugs and toughs and purse-snatchers, and hoping in his particularly sunshiny world that their experience with a badass Negaverser would lead them to giving up lives of crime and trying to straighten out, if only out of fear.
Unfortunately for him, to the girl with the telescope he probably just looked like a Negaverse jerk draining some poor civilian.

"GASP!" cried the Sutai. Down went the telescope. Off rocketed the page! All Sutai really knew about this whole battle thing was that 1) her target was of the Chaos alignment, and since he didn't have fancy-dance clothing, was probably a Negaverse agent and 2) she had to do something to stop him from being a big meanie poop face. Or something. She'd have to figure out the second part later, after gaining more experience. In the meantime, Mr. McNegasleeze was busy draining innocent civilians of energy and that was just no good. "Stop right there!" cried the crystalline page, appearing several yards behind Natron in her quest to rid the world of evil. Or maybe guide them to the light. Probably the second. Polaris would approve of the second. "I dunno what you're doing to these people but it's not good and you have to stop! In the name of Polaris! ....please! Thank you!" ...okay, now what? Sutai of course held out her telescope but she wasn't sure how Mr. Chaos would react to the whole speech thing.

Oh good lord. Natron groaned audibly when the Order signature suddenly registered. Why hadn't he been paying more attention? If he had been, he probably would have avoided this area.
He turned around, letting the mostly-unconscious thug drop on top of his drained buddy and sliding the precious energy collected into his jacket pocket.
"Look," he said, "I don't know who you think you are, but an need these people's energy in the name of the Negaverse, so we can drive you alien creeps off this planet!" He narrowed his eyes. She had claimed allegiance to Polaris, but she felt...more like a Knight than a Senshi, and totally on his level. A Page, then, of Polaris?
Okay, he could handle that.
"I'm Lt. Natron of the Negaverse, and you'd better stay back or I'll have to take you out like the alien scum you are!"

Waitaminute. Alien scum? Alien scum!?Sutai was righteously offended. She looked down at her dress, up at Natron, then back down at her dress and gave herself a good sniff. "Okay so just so you know, okay? I bathe regularly! So I am not scummy! Not one bit, thank you very much Mister Natron." That was completely uncalled her in her book. Calling someone smelly and unwashed when they just met! Seriously, will the Chaos people ever learn some manners? And saying these things to a lady on top of that! HMPH. Not a single bit like a gentleman. Not a single bit. Well, Remarque was awfully nice and so was Lesath but they're kind of different. Anyway. "And I am not an alien! I am from Earth, just like you, okay? So you should stop with the name-calling. I didn't call you anything bad, Mister Natron. So I don't think you should call me names either!" Respect begets respect, or so Mama always told her. The threat to 'take her out' was heeded after all, as Sutai looked a little bit worried, and a tiny bit apprehensive, but drew out her telescope like a baseball bat nonetheless. She did as Nysa had instructed - tried to talk so things wouldn't come to a battle but... was that a dodge ball? Oh dear. "Um... you know, you could just be nice and go home? And put that energy back in that poor dude you just kinda... dropped on the ground... I bet that hurts, you know! You should at least leave twenty bucks to help the guy fix the teeth you busted up!"

...Was every Order fighter deep in denial or extremely, supremely literal? It was starting to give Natron headaches. Okay, whatever, in this life you were from Earth but deep inside Order fighters were from outer space.
They really needed to accept that.
"I didn't mean literally scummy, jeez," he grumbled. "You're working with space aliens and you're trying to help them take over this planet and that is not okay." Yes, he was throwing around all kinds of accusations tonight, but of course in his mind it was all 100%, undeniably true. Politeness did not exist when dealing with threatening alien invaders!
"Sorry, snow fairy, I can't do that," Natron said. "The Negaverse needs this energy so we can complete our mission and send you people back to space where you belong, okay?" He tightly gripped his dodgeball, well prepared to throw. "And they," he gestured at his two drained victims, "are not exactly nice people, so I do not feel at all bad for making them give their energy to a higher purpose."

"Wait so... I'm helping take over the planet with space aliens?" Sutai blinked. "Well that's news to me. But anyway!" She struck a pose Tsui would be proud of and tried to puff out her chest like she was confident and knew what she was doing. "Well, regardless of whether or not they're bad people, you still can't go around draining people of energy! Doing bad things to bad people is still bad, you know. Mister Natron, I just can't let you keep doing bad things to bad people. I'm sure you're doing what you think you need to do but it's just not right, okay? People get some seriously bad karma from stuff like that!" And if Natron knew what was good for him, he'd understand that Seriously Bad Karma was some Seriously Bad Times. She brandished her telescope. "So... please stop!" Sutai rushed at the lieutenant in an attempt to shoo him away from his victims laying in the street. If she could scare him off, well... she'd count that as a victory! Sutai did her best to abide by Nysa's rules of talking before taking action. However, Natron didn't seem to be interested in the talk.

"You serve some kind of...of weird alien princess don't you? Or something?" Natron wasn't so clear on the whole Knight thing, but that was close enough for him.
Oh look, little heroic guilt trip. He really wasn't impressed by her talk of bad karma or doing bad things. Mostly because he really didn't see draining energy as all that bad. "Draining energy is not bad, okay, they get to take a nap and I get to help the Negaverse and keep them from hurting anybody tonight." He was very firm in that belief. This was clearly a win for everyone involved. Why was this crazy chick trying to stop him?
And now she was rushing at him. Oh boy. He pegged his dodgeball at her and then braced for impact, pretty sure he could take a hit from her. She was no Troy, built to break nerdy kids like him in half.

"But that's not true!" Sutai cried. "Draining energy is bad! They didn't ask you to do it so it's like stealing and--!" And then she ran into the dodgeball set out by Natron as a shield. Her petite body bounced against the red rubber surface and she was shot onto her butt on the pavement. "OW!" Perhaps some of the transferred momentum would knock the Negaverse agent back a little bit. The crystalline page flailed and got back onto her feet, rubbing her smarting rump. Now this was no way to start a fight. She had to so something, and she actually had to succeed this time. What would her princess think if she couldn't do something about this Negaverse agent? Sigh. Pulling out her telescope again, Sutai tried her best to run at him and swing this time. "You need to leave these people alone! If they did something bad, then call the police! Don't use them being bad as an excuse to do bad things to them!"

The transferred momentum did indeed send Natron back a few steps. That surprised him a little, but then she had been at a full run. It was a lucky break that he didn't trip over his two drained victims. He glanced over at the unconscious men, and then worriedly at his pocket. s**t, what if this fight ended up popping his energy bubbles?
His momentary distraction meant that when she spoke again and re-cought his attention, it was too late for him to do anything but haplessly block. It was still a brass telescope, so it still hurt. Owwwww.
"Maybe I was gonna call the police after I drained them, huh?" He had intended no such thing, but she didn't need to know that. "Then they'd be here waiting to be picked up, instead of being able to escape!" He threw his dodgeball at her, pretty sure it'd do a solid hit at close range.

Alright, one solid hit! A nice bonk on the shoulder should do him some good, right? Clearly Sutai meant business and so Natron would just have to pack his things and... ...throw a dodgeball at her. Sutai caught it squarely in the stomach, that radianting ba-donk seemingly unique to red rubber playground balls resounded through the air. The page landed square on her fluffy rear end with the wind knocked out of her and the ball resting on her legs. That was something she didn't expect. The dark skinned teen sat up and tried to catch her breath. "...now... now that... that was... that was mean!" she stammered. What would Polaris do? This wasn't fair... Her weapon wasn't really a weapon and while Natron's wasn't much of one either, he had a better grip on it. Sutai looked down at the red rubber projectile and had an idea. She sat up, stared down Natron in the best Look At Me, I Took a Level In Badass stare she could manage, and gave the ball a little toss. "FORE!" Sutai swung her telescope as hard as she could trying to knock the ball either into Natron or away from them entirely. Maybe he could, you know, run away and go get his ball and then they could call this whole thing done. Sutai would chalk that up to a really lame victory, but a victory nonetheless. Then she could call the police...

Gee, she pretty clearly had terrible balance. He was going to take advantage of that, he figured. This was the second time he'd knocked her over, maybe if he could do it again, she'd give up.
"This is war, snow fairy, there's no room for nice in war!" Natron insisted firmly. And it was true. He was defending his last against an alien invasion, he couldn't go around being all huggy with the invaders! Even if, you know, he'd chatted with a few. It was just information gathering.
And then,for the second time, a Page hit him with his own dodgeball. It was a solid hit to the chest, and he lost his footing and this time did end up tripping over his own drained victims and falling on top of them.
The ball sort of bounced off. He wasn't worried about that-what he was worried about was now he was angry.
"What is it with you Pages and hitting me with my own weapon?" He growled, flailing a little as he pushed himself back up.

Sutai winced. "Um... sorry! I mean... well you know what I mean!" she squeaked, clutching her telescope close. "You see, now you must leave and not hurt people anymore! Really!" Just go home and think about what you've done! Turn over a new leaf! Meditate or like... watch Oprah or something! The Polaris Page willed goodness into the heart of Natron. Unfortunately she was very, very ineffective. Now that the lieutenant was on the ground and weaponless, Sutai was unsure of the next step. Did she help him up? Did she call the police? Her uniform contained no cellphone and above all that, no pockets. How would she call the authorities and what would she say? This mean man named Natron has a dodgeball and he's draining people's energy! Would they even believe her? Sutai took a few steps back from Natron and looked rather worried. "Can we just.. you know... call an ambulance for these people and go home?"

Natron stood up slowly, frowning thoroughly. He was actually getting a little tired, and he was starting to worry that if this fight kept on, he'd end up breaking those fragile spheres of collected energy. That was what he was far more concerned about than feeling like he'd beaten her.
And, well, there was a niggling feeling of guilt. Even if she was an evil snow fairy from outer space, she seemed like a nice girl and beating on her would just be mean. So maybe her willing goodness into his heart was more effective than she thought. Or at least, a temporary feeling of goodwill.
Secondarily, summoning his weapon back would take a lot of energy and he wasn't sure he had enough to do that and keep fighting.
"...Yeah, I guess we can," he said, a deep-seated feeling of being a very fail defender of the planet sinking in. "Do you have a phone? Or...do you know where one is?"

What a relief!Sutai's shoulders and demeanor relaxed visibly when a truce was declared. It was naive of her to believe the lieutenant at first but she decided it was better to try and fail than to be cynical. That wouldn't be very page-like. She walked over to Natron, very slowly, and started to dust him off as an act of goodwill. "Well, I don't have a phone on me... I wish I did." She looked down at her plush skirts and frowned. "But... when I was up on that building over there, I saw a convenience store! I know they have phones. I can go in there and... well, prove that I'm not there to do anything bad and ask them to call 911?" Sutai took a step back. "I mean... unless you wanna do it? I can go hide and keep an eye out for..." She was going to say baddies, but decided that was probably a bad idea. "Well... keep these people safe until help arrives!"
