Lt. Natron wasn't quite sure why he was out on patrol again. Certainly, meeting Leto had gone fairly well, but only after becoming convinced he was going to be beaten up again. Still, she had made him curious about her parallel court of Chaos-aligned Senshi, so when he felt an aura similar to hers, he immediately began to move towards it.
When he spotted black fuku and transparent decorations, enough like Leto's that he figured this was one of the other Dark Mirrors, he stopped. "Hello? Miss?" He called, waving rather cheerily. Natron was nothing if not friendly to allies.
Even interdimensional space aliens, who under most circumstances would be his worst enemy.

Navi had only been on the scene for a few moments when she felt the ping of another chaotic aura around. Experience let her know it wasn't one of her court, and though it had been a long time since she'd been near a member of the Negaverse, she was fairly certain that was what was drawing near to her. When he found her she was leaning against a wall with her arms crossed casually beneath her chest, obviously waiting for him. It wasn't the soldier she'd helped in the rift, though she wasn't really surprised. He was only one man in an army of many. "Hello," she greeted back politely. His little wave made her smile, and she ducked her head in a tiny bow. "What's your name, soldier?" Might as well get introductions out of the way.

Natron was glad to find that she seemed fairly welcoming towards him. He did want to make as many friends as possible on the side of Chaos. They were his comrades-in-arms, whether they were Negaversers or Senshi.
"I'm Lt. Natron," he said. "May I ask your name?" He was well-versed in politeness, if nothing else. Plus, he was trying really really hard to make a good first impression. He was intensely curious about the Dark Mirror Court, and wanted to know as much as possible. If he put her off by babbling like a crazy person, or being rude, or something like that, he would risk a chance to learn something that might be critical in the future.
Also, he wanted to make lots of friends so he could hopefully find patrol buddies. He really didn't want to get beat up again. He had gotten enough of that as a civilian, thanks.

Another soldier named after a mineral. Apparently it was a theme, like the senshi being named after stars. She gave a nod of acknowledgement as he introduced himself, and a slight smile as he asked for her name in turn. "Sailor Navi, Dark Mirror Senshi of Tumbleweeds." Comparatively, her name was a bit of a mouthful. As a lieutenant it was a fair guess that the soldier before her was relatively new, though Navi got the impression he was very green indeed. "How long have you been a part of this war?" Hazel eyes flicked from the toes of the young man's boots and on up to the sandy blonde of his hair. She was committing him to memory, though there could have been an appraising quality to the way she'd looked him over. Though not as though she was interested, she had enough men on her plate.

Natron nodded slowly. "Well, it's nice to meet you, Sailor Navi." And then, something occurred to him. "So every Senshi is the Senshi of...something, right?" He asked. It was probably a very stupid question, but he felt like he might as well ask. Learning experience and all.
An expression of obvious embarrassment crossed his face when she asked how long he had been doing this. "Uh, as few days," he confessed.
He fidgeted a little as she looked him over, almost worried he would somehow come up short. "So, uh, how long have you been doing this?"

"So far as I can tell," the girl answered simply, shoulders rolling in a small shrug. She hadn't met a senshi yet that wasn't named after some celestial body, but she supposed there could always be exceptions to the rule. It might have been a somewhat obvious question but Navi didn't fault him for asking it. She appreciated a person that liked to get their information straight, rather then relying on assumption. She'd been right about him being green. He was so new the shininess hadn't worn off yet. Like a fresh penny before it'd passed between too many hands. "Just a baby soldier then," she mused, teasing him slightly. The smile she wore made it obvious she didn't mean anything serious by it. When asked how long she'd been at the game she had to pause to think about it. Hazel eyes widened, and she gave a sharp sniff of amusement. "Over a year now." She didn't sound like she believed it. Time seemed to have flown by over the past year, though that wasn't all that surprising when she stopped to think about everything that had happened since she'd been awakened. "So are you liking it so far?" Another casual question. She wouldn't know what to say if he didn't, not really, but she felt compelled to ask anyways.

Natron nodded. So every senshi had some sort of celestial object. Asteroids, planets, moons, whatever. He knew he was going to be asking a lot of questions to get himself as filled in as possible, and he considered himself lucky that so far, everyone had been thoroughly accommodating.
He laughed a little at the teasing, but nodded agreement nonetheless. "You could say that, yeah," he agreed.
His admiration for Sailor Navi ticked up. "A year? Wow, that's pretty impressive. You must know a lot, and be pretty tough, right?" He was rather in awe of the older soldiers, the ones that had been defending his planet while he stumbled around in blind ignorance.
"It's, uh, been interesting. But mostly good." He said. "I think I've been lucky. Only got beat up once." He laughed, clearly embarrassed.

Patients wasn't something Navi had in abundance in her normal day to day, but she could remember what it was like when she'd first been awakened. Granted, her experience wasn't the same as many others's, she was awakened in the midst of a great battle in the middle space. There had been very little in the way of instructions other then an order to do all in her power to help defeat Order. Baptized by blood, so to speak. It had been rapid and clumsy and nothing in the way of an explanation had come her way until after the fact. Few others were going to have to deal with that sort of awakening, but all the same, she knew what it was like to be a rookie, and even if she wasn't the most patient individual, she had patients enough to help her new allies gain their bearings. "A fair bit, but you never really stop learning. You can't afford to, not with how diverse the soldiers of Order can be." She smiled thoughtfully, clearly happy with the compliments. "I can hold my own," she admitted with a chuckle. "So long as I don't bite of more then I can chew and go after anyone notably more powerful then I am." Been there, tried that. Didn't like it much. She nodded when he expressed his experiences thus far had been mostly good. "Interesting is a good way of putting it," she agreed, grinning. "It's only going to get more interesting as time goes on, you know?" A little smirk slid along pink lips. "I'm sure it won't be the last time you find yourself bested in battle. There are opponents in every caliber of strength coming against us." Everyone got their a** handed to them occasionally. Every One.

Natron certainly hadn't been awakened in the middle of a huge battle, and he liked to think he had a fair handle on things, but there was just so much he didn't know. Painted had given him a crash course, but she couldn't be expected to teach him everything. She was a busy general.
"I guess not," he agreed. Even just by personality, he'd seen a wide variety. Still, someone like Navi definitely knew far more than he did. "Hah, I'd guess that's good advice no matter what," he agreed. He had been lucky, the one time he'd gone after someone significantly stronger on the other side it had been someone more willing to talk than to fight.
"Oh, it definitely won't be the last time," he agreed, almost sadly. Being beaten up was just something that happened to him.
A lot.
"So, uh, have you had any particularly interesting experiences?" He was curious about what had happened to others.

With as large as the war was as far as numbers went, Navi was fairly certain that even the strongest among them still had plenty to learn. The need to gather information and experience was never ending, but that was how she liked it. A pale brow rose at his comment on getting beat up, and she almost asked, but it wasn't really any of her business. If he had a history of being bullied in his civilian life, then he very well might not want to ask about it. She knew she wouldn't. Still, it was good he understood that getting his a** handed to him was a very real possibility. Cockiness wasn't a shield. Far from it in fact. Her lips twitched at his question. "A fair few I think. The battle where I was awakened was in space, and I saw a giant youma larger then anything you could have imagined." A fingertip tapped against the bronze of one bracer. "That's certainly the most interesting, but I've seen lots." She shrugged. It was hard to pull up all the things she'd seen and done on command. There were just too many to name.

Natron stared in pure awe. "Wait, wait, back up. You've been to space?" Hot damn, that was absolutely crazy. "What was it like? I'm guessing some kind fo magic to let you breathe and tha sort of thing..."
Yeah, he wa sin full-on fascinated babble mode, totally distracted from any thoughts of his own troubles so far in the war. Navi clearly had a far more interesting story than he did. Actual, legit visits to outer space? So much cooler than anything he could even come close to imagining doing. To take the fight to the enemy's stronghold...
Awesome.

Navi blinked at the young man. "Yes." A giant battle with a mammoth youma, and this kid is most excited about the notion of her having been in space. "We we're just floating about, we were at the Zodiac outposts, what was left of them. A bunch of civilians were just turned up there one day, myself included." An amused little smile bloomed on soft lips as she watched him. "I'm assuming it was magic that let us breath, but there was a lot going on, so I was too distracted to ask that question specifically." She could see why he found the notion fascinating, but the reality of the event was a lot more traumatic then she let on. When she'd awakened in the Surrounding she'd been clueless and frightened, stranded there with dozens of others. It had been little more then troubling at first, but then people had started dying... The flesh above the bridge of Navi's nose pinched and she shook her head to clear away the memories. "If you're really curious perhaps I'll tell you more about it sometime, but it's starting to get late." Patient as she could be with the new soldiers of chaos, there was still a limit. "We all lead double lives now, and the student in me has a big test in the morning." She smiled, half apologetic. She didn't want him to feel like she was dismissing him, she kind of was, but she wasn't lying about the test, and she got the impression that his curiosity would keep her there all night if she let him keep asking questions.

Yes, in Natron's mind space > battle with giant youma. Also, hello food for his conspiracy theories. "So that's what happened when that giant group vanished all at once!" He said. "I always knew there was something fishy with that." Well, extra fishy, since over fifty people vanishing all at once was pretty fish-scented in and of itself, without his particular assumption that it required extraterrestrial involvement.
He honestly had no idea about the dying thing. If he had, it would have rubbed a lot of the glamor of Space away. Plus it would have been another reason to hate the Senshi, since she'd mentioned Zodiacs and it was all probably their fault.
"I'd really appreciate that," he said, nodding. Learning more about Space Adventures sounded really interesting. "Oh, sorry to keep you up!" Automatic apology. "I should probably be heading home too, I think I have...something..." He had never paid much attention to school. Now that he was spending his nights fighting the forces of Order his first class had officially been designated "naptime." But, well, he should probably go home anyway, lest his parents actually, alarmingly notice something. "Thanks for putting up with my questions, I'm sure you've answered them a million times before."

"Yes, that's what happened," she offered, hopefully placating his curiosity for now. If he was really curious about what had happened to everyone that had been abducted into the surrounding them he should pay a visit to the school that had been opened shortly after their return. A good many of the teens that had been taken new attended it, Navi's civilian side included. She offered him a smile again as he apologized and shook her head. "Don't worry about it, it's worth a curious question or two." A chuckle followed, then a small grin. "And I definitely don't mind helping out my new allies." "Take care of yourself," was her posting adviser as she turned on a heel to leave, saying fingers wiggling in a small wave over one pale shoulder. He was a nice kid, excited and eager, she'd try to keep an eye on him if she could in the future, but it was a big city. There was no guarantee she'd actually run into him. songstress kitsune I think that's as wrap. c:
