Sup guys I've just recently taken a break from studying over the weekend (that's why I was gone for the most part) so that's why I couldn't really be active on my match with Brody. Sorry about that. sweatdrop . Anyways, while studying I've taken some breaks from time to time to play Wrestling MPire: Management Edition. The idea is something that revolves around contracts. Next Summer when TNWF is at it's best and hopefully active everyone should have a contract. It won't be the name of your wrestler that has the contract .. It'll be your real name. Take for example this:
Andrew Tran
Salary: 5k per match.
Creative Control: 100%
$: Losses Go Unpaid
I - Andrew Tran will be active for my matches. If I get replaced in a match and/or terminated of my membership in Total Nonstop Wrestling Entertainment I understand. I take full responsibility on my actions while posting in Total Nonstop Wrestling Entertainment or just talking about it behind the guild's back. If I am absent during shows that I'm suppose to be in I will be de-ranked and totally accept being de-ranked.
So, yeah that's my idea. There are some standards in my idea though.
Creative Control - The right to do whatever you want (this doesn't apply to dark matches) whether It's changing your gimmick or just challenging someone in a match. If you have NO SAY in Creative Control then you do not have permission to change gimmicks or assign a match with someone. Though again-- this doesn't apply to dark matches so you can challenge anyone you want in a dark match if you have NO SAY in Creative Control.
Losses go unpaid, regardless how you did in your match. smile
