Hava is the city for scientific discovery. Experiments are done on this island in the pursuit of scientific research to better all nations.
It is located on an island as to protect the mainland from any ‘experiments gone wrong’. As such it is a very isolated city. The people here believe in science and prefer not to leave the island’s atmosphere. They view it as a safe zone where others may see it as dangerous.
