Personality:
The only child of an enchantress Rhea grew up being given anything she ever wanted except the one thing she truly craved, her mother's love. Her mother never planed to have kids and never wanted any so ignored Rhea as she grew. It was only when it became apparent that her daughter was an enchantress that her mother started to pay attention to her but it was the wrong kind of attention. Her mother wanted Rhea to be just like her, something Rhea didn't want as by that point she hated her mother. From then on she was trained by her mother to be the perfect little enchantress.
Social Butterfly - Fluttering from one social group to the next Rhea gets along with almost everyone. Always an outsider she never makes friends only acquaintances.
Manipulative - If Rhea wants something, she’s going to get it, by whatever means necessary. This is helped by her natural allure and she rarely has to buy anything herself as all she needs to do if give a coy look and a smile and men are lining up to get her whatever she has in mind.
Dress to Impress- For as long as Rhea can remember she has been told that she must always look her best, so she spends hours every morning making sure she looks perfect. This has lead to the mistaken belief that she is vain while in reality she doesn't really care what she looks like, it just became habit. She does hate to break a nail but only because it ruins her manicure and doing anything that would make her dirty is done only if mandatory but only due to not wanting to ruin her clothes.
Passion for Fashion - If there's one thing Rhea loves its clothes (the one and only thing she has in common with her mother). Rather its shopping or sketching her own designs as long as it evolves clothes she's happy.
Insecure- If she's not the prettiest thing in the room Rhea isn't sure how to act.

To get away from her mother and live her own life. She hopes that at the academy she can finally make some true friends.
