A large town, in the center of a large pokemon ranch. The Daycare center is located here. Large green hills, with a lot of cheerful farm folk and the pokemon. There is also a cafe where you can obtain Moomoo milk.

Esme walked around the dull ranch town for a bit, she'd been stationed here be her commander. She sighed. "So boring...there's not even any of there trainer's here." She had been given a list of the trainers to look out for. How am I ever going to become a dragon master... Her Larvitar, Shale was braiding her hair. "Lar..viiitar.." He smiled at her. They decided to head back to the Inn for the night. She picked him up and walked inside.

She went up to her room and settled Shale down. Esme was not too thrilled with her assignment. She had hoped that the team would take her more seriously. Esme was quite powerful. She decided to forget about it and get some rest.

Aya arrived in the town really late in the night. He was exhausted. He went straight to the Inn. He was too tired to order a room, he asked to stay in the lobby. He sat in one of the chairs at a table. He set his head down on the table. He thought about everything that had happened. What a day...I lost the girl I love...turned into a ******** douche and am now alone...He began to doze of and in seconds was asleep.

A beatuiful starry night. He was holding Naano in his arms, he kissed her cheek. Both of them blushed. She looked into his eyes "I..Lov..." And in a flash she disappeared. Everything was gone, he was in a totally black abyss. He cried out but could not be heard. He was all alone....

Esme awoke early. There was light out. but it was so masked by the clouds. She got up from her bed and stretched and yawned. She shook Larvitar gently. "Common Shale, let's go early today." She whispered. He looked at her, he yawned loudly. "Lar...vii..tar.." He hopped up and followed Esme out of the room.

She bounced down the stairs of the Old Ranch Inn. Larvitar noticed a boy sleeping at the table. He waddled over and hopped onto the table. "La..Larrr!" He poked the boy. Esme stood by the stairs organizing her stuff in her knapsack. "Okay let's go..Shale?!" She looked around and noticed him poking at the boy.

"Eeeh! Shale leave him alone." She scooped up the little pokemon. The boy was out cold. He had his mouth open and was drooling. ".Charming.." She giggled at him and poked his head.

Aya was startled awake. He yelled and fell back in his chair. The nightmare had finally ended. He had smacked his head. "Ow....s**t.." He stood up and rubbed his head. He looked over to she an attractive redhead staring at him, she had a pokemon in her arms. He blushed. "Uh...hi.." He picked the chair up.

He saw her badge on her knapsack. Oh! A Cattività member! He thought. "So you're a grunt too?" He showed his badge and suck out his tongue. "Such a pretty grunt too." He winked at her and grinned. Aya began to walk with her outside. They sat on the porch of the Inn and talked for a bit.

Ayato gazed into her eyes. Seems familiar... "I'm an ice type trainer, grunt as you know. I'm hoping to move up. I'm too strong to be a damn grunt." He scowled. I'll turn in the dark espeon soon...the Lord should like this gift... Aya pet her Larvitar. He tossed the ball containing Snorunt. The two of them played for a bit. "So, would you mind me sticking around for a bit?" He asked. Something about this girl intrigued him. Maybe..it'd help him not to think of her.

The redhead girl looked at the boy and blushed. "Hello, you're Ayato..I've heard of you.." "My name's Esme McCullen..." She turned away to hide her face behind Shale. She gulped. "Indeed, I am a grunt..." She turned bright red at his comment.

She began to walk outside and he followed. She sat with him. "Ice type...huh..I'm a dragon master." She winked at him. She stood. "I wouldn't mind you sticking around." "I'm quite lonely here.." She smiled. "Why not have a battle." She said.

Esme walked a few feet away and twirled a pokeball on her finger. "Three on three?" She tossed the ball up to released her Shelgon. "My pokemon partner...Xeon!" She said and smirked. "Sheeeellgon!" He roared.

Aya smiled. "Alright, Go Queen!" He called out Glaceon, the pokemon glittered. A shining beauty. The battle lasted quite a while. It was her Shelgon, Charmeleon, and Larvitar (Now Pupitar) vs Beartic, Glaceon, and Snorunt. It was a harsh and epic fight. Many people gathered to witness it. In the end Aya was victorious, barley though (in Esme's opinion).

He was impressed by the young woman's spirit. She love her pokemon and truly bonded with them. Aya found this odd. He questioned her about it. "I don't understand why you're part of the team...you bond with pokemon.." He said. They talked about the Org for a while. Ayato was starting to question why he was part of such an organization. He was better then this. He'd done such a horrid thing to the girl he once loved, maybe still loved. This girl was so friendly. Ayato looked at her eyes again. He felt a pain in his chest. Oh Naano...

Lio & Atticus

Atticus flipped through the Grunt roster...he paused, his blood going cold at the sight of particular Pokemon apart of the team of a mere Grunt. Toxic picked up on his Humans aura and clicked his fangs together in glee. Lio looked back to the other male shock seeping in as he saw Atticus smile slowly...

The two came upon the start of a battle, Atticus chuckled as Lio started wringing his hands. Atticus threw up a dark blue poke-ball, "Skyrim, show yourself! Ice beam down the center!"

The Altaria blasted the center of the battlefeild with Ice, causing a small mountain range of ice. Atticus stood on a tree branch nearby as the Dragon Pokemon landed on a fence post near its attack. Lio could be seen at the base of the tree, a worried look on his gentle features.

Atticus cracked his knuckles, "You two are in violation of a Iron Clad Rule...showing disrespect as mere Grunts to have a Pokemon of Our Lord and Sovereign's Personal Team...how dare you both..."

Lio cut in before Atticus could say much more, "Please...just don't argue...all he wants is your Dragonair Miss.Esme and the Glaceon and Espeon that you Mr.Ayato have obtained. That's all...please don't argue with him."

Lio's voice was pleading and soft...

After the battle Esme talked a lot with her new friend. She looked at him when he asked the question. "Sometimes I wonder that myself.." "What about you..You seem to bond with your pokemon too.." She said. They wondered if the organization was so great. She began to open up to the man. She began to feel strangely about the man, she didn't know what this feeling was.

She stared at him, she noticed distress in his eyes. "What's wrong Aya...?" She placed her hand on his face. "Please tell me.." She got so close to his face. She blushed. What are you doing, not so close. She tried to move back a little. "Please.." She felt pain.

Atticus' eyes glinted, "Well then, it looks like you need to be taught a LESSON---"

Atticus leaped out and shot forward, Lio ran out with a cry, "MIDNIGHT!!! DAYBREAK!!!!"

The two called for Pokemon darted from the shadows, halting the dangerous male as a thin blade was seen in one hand. An insane smile twined itself across his features. Lio came up and sighed, "Deepest apologies! He has a wicked temper...my name is Elioenai-Argus Cordello, I am the Eyes of our Lord...the deranged male to my left is Atticus Rosewood, the Ears of our Lord. We are the direct Spies to Lord Hailstorm....I am sorry but you both as Grunts are not allowed those Pokemon apart of the Family Evolutionary Tree as the Personal Team of Lord Hailstorm. I am forced to ask you relinquish those Poekmon or suffer Lord Hailstorm's Wrath...please...I don't want to see blooshed..."

Midnight had a hold of Atticus' throat, Daybreak of the male's arm with the weapon...both looked ready to kill the male should he move wrong.

Atticus was smart and didn't move...

(You'll never take her away!") Esme bit her lip. "We'll just hand in our badges and be on our way." "There's no reason to start an altercation..." She said.

Atticus started chuckling darkly, Lio sighed, "Daybreak...low kick."

The Meinshao kicked out and knocked Atticus in the gut. The male coughed and wheezed as Midnight let the fighter drag him back into the woods. Lio stood there his dark eyes saddened, Midnight loomed behind him. The small sad smile of the male was brief before it became blank, So be it, a fair warning to you both. Lord Hailstorm doesn't suffer betrayers...you don't quit Cattivita, you Die. I do not kill, but I can not vouch for Atticus upon any future meetings you shall have with him. His network is vast, you'll have no where to run...become stronger and you may be able to keep him from taking your pokemon. If he gets any of the others, he'll torture and kill them along with yourself...a fair warning.

Lio took their badges, his aura seemingly giving off a cold air. Midnight picked up the male and the two were gone...

Ayato stared at the ground. At this point, death seemed blissful. He felt like he failed at everything he'd ever done. What's the point of going on... He looked over at the girl. She seemed upset. .Is...she crying? He saw tears fall from the girl's face. He didn't know how to handle this. "Esme.." He whispered.
