Personality + Bio: Matvei is a young lord from Russia. His family has been a long line of powerful individuals holding control over small parts of their country, as well as being very wealthy businessmen and aristocrats in general. He's being groomed to be a duke, or some sort of useful member to his lineage, that will ensure their continued thriving lifestyle.
Growing up having most things a given in his life, living a life of luxury, it's made Matvei become a bit of a... well, snobby brat. He has a superiority complex, and views himself above and better than others. He isn't beyond looking down upon many, since he's not been taught otherwise, and tends to treat them like dirt under his shoes... that they aren't worth his time. Though he fits the poise and grace that has been instilled in him, and holds mannerisms that are often held by fellow snoots. Though he may be immature with his ignorance to the 'lower folk' in the world, he does hold some maturity about him. He's easily able to handle being on his own, and handling situations that might be daunting to one of his age, such as politics, and when trying to be persuaded into situations he does not approve of. But he is not blunt, unless approached in a way that draws the need to be forth.
Used to being on his own, Matvei really just craves company and attention. To be looked at as someone wanted around. His family, while they do dote on him, and are preening him for success, are rather cold in the love and affectionate area. They're critical and hard on him, making him strive to be the best, and to show no weakness. Thus he uses his high level status to make him feel better about himself. To make him feel as though he doesn't need friends or attention or any of that stuff! ...but it also contradicts as a way for him to gain attention. All in all, he's really just a lonely boy. But with his closed mind, for most things, outlook on life, it isn't very easy for him to make genuine relations with others.
