All Scario Kart members would get a text from a certain gryphon:













When they arrived at the room, they would find the door wide open and Ren in the process of trying to stuff what looked like a little white fluffball into a drawer.

"RHYS GO BACK TO BED BEFORE I - HEY!"

Said Swashbuckler Lepus was clearly not having it, and promptly slipped out of Ren's hands and scurried across the room to the redhead werewolf sitting on the side of the bed. Stepping away from the dresser, one of Ren's ears swiveled around, and he gave LW and Rhys a Look.

"Traitors, both of you."

IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY A MEMBER you are still free to come and join! Ren posted a billion flyers around Amityville, so chances are your student (or even horseman, if they feel like stopping by) could have seen one!

Tahki kind of just stood there. Staring. At all the fluffs. The arctic gryphon stiffened as she tried to shuffle through the door. She stiffened even more at how loud the fire demon was. Loud voices always had a negative effect on Tahki. She was slowly growing used to them, thanks to Charlie, but over all they made her feel uneasy. Her features darkened as she shuffled a little more. Her hands were firmly on her headphones.

His phone had made a noise. Now he was off to find Tahki because that was not the noise it was supposed to make for a phone call. He didn't understand text messages, as this was a new phone he recently bought. He only had Tahki's number too, but he did give it to the club when he got it. Still, it made the weirdest noise and he was confused.

He saw her heading down a hall and into a room, so that's where he was. He hesitated once he got in the room and blinked before moving over to her and tapping her on the shoulder. "Tahki. It made a funny noise," he said, holding his phone out for her. "What do I do? It wasn't a call. Now there's this flashing thing on it that I don't understand."

Danny crossed the distance until she was nose to nose with Ren.

"Snacks."

Tahki gladly took the phone from Uller and stared at it. She gave the deer a smile and pointed to a flashing icon.

"Some one texted you. Its like a mobile email. Here. If you click this icon you can get to it," She demonstrated so that Uller could see. "And now you can read your text," The gryphon handed the phone back with out reading what the text said. It was personal. None of her business what sort of texts Uller was getting. At least thats what she told her self. Part of her was dying with curiosity.

Jack and Sparrow showing up had Tahki freeze a little. She remembered Jack from prom but had never met Sparrow before. Both got a small shy wave.

Snacks actually was starting to sound appealing the more Danny brought it up. Tahki kept that to her self and clung by Ullers side. Only when Ren came and greeted them all did she straighten a bit.

"Hi Ren!" Ren was a gryphon she knew quite well since she started going to school almost. He was always a delight which made it a little easier to be her self. "This is my new neighbor. Uller. He's one cool kid." It was hard to tell with the dry tone if the pun was intended or if Tahki just was being that lame.

And then there was Mort.

The zomboil had all but crept into the room with a stillness usually seen in silent movies, looking somewhere between enthusiastic and awkward. While capable of being chatty (as his closer friends had seen), when among those he had only glimpsed in the halls, on trips or, in the case of a few, not at all, he reverted to a simpleton's state of silence and didn't do much more beyond skirt away from the doorway in case others came in behind him.

Mom had insisted he socialize beyond his usual group of friends, but it wasn't like that came easy for him - even as a third year. He passed Ren and LW a little smile and nod. Stilted or not, it was hard to not take in the overall cheerful air in the gryphon's room.

Taima had been in the library diligently writing a paper for class, notes and books and papers spread haphazardly on the desk she was sitting at, when she got the text. The cheerful little jingle of her phone, so loud and unexpected in the tomb-silent room, startled her from her research. She ignored the disapproving glares of the librarian and other students as she read the text in her inbox, hesitating a moment as she decided between finishing her essay and having some fun.

Fun won, of course. Her paper would wait. That's what coffee was for! Taima gathered up her work and left, stopping by her room to drop it all off before heading down the hall to the room the text had indicated. She heard sounds coming out of the open door and poked her head in, the rest of her soon following as she saw all the people already there. "Hi," she said to no one in particular, "are we Scario Karting today?"

Tahki gave Uller a friendly smile when he looked back at her.

Mort broke her focus on Uller for a moment. His slow movements only kept her attention a short while though because Danny's serious look caught the arctic gryphons eye. She was clearly staring at Uller and what Tahki assumed to be her as well since the two were standing next to each other. Danny got a very questioning look and tilt of the head back. Tahki didn't think anything they were doing anything all that interesting to get stared at.

Taima's greeting broke her thought pattern on that though. LW had already gone ahead and greeted everyone so Tahki did not feel the need to say much. Taima got a quiet wave with a small smile. She turned her attention back to LW. LW got a friendly smile.

"Its nice to see you again," There was a small pause, "And.. OH. This is Uller," She put her hand on the deer boils shoulder.
