 Talutah was patroling the border of her and Bhaskar's meeting place, wondering when she would get caught. The thought haunted her at night. What if she couldn't protect him, even with her life pledge, what would happen if she couldn't get between him and her brother or either of her fathers? Blegh, she wouldn't let that happen.

 Beta had lost him.
She had been trying to stick with Haides, but he had disappeared the moment she turned away. "Deeeee, where'd you goooo?" she called. Unfortunately, she wasn't looking and tripped on a root. She let out a squeak as she went tumbling, shaking her head when she stopped. "Whoaaa... the world's spinning 'round..." She looked up and beamed at the red and black filly she saw near her. "Hi," she piped happily. "I'm Beta. Who are you?"

Bhaskar rolled his eyes. Since meeting his friend and the dear object of his baby-ish affections, Karia had begged Bhaskar to bring him along, and how could he refuse the filly? Especially since she was 'coping with the loss of her mother', as Damir and Cecelia had told him. In fact.. in the end, it had been Cecelia who had told Bhaskar just to take her, if only to get her out of the way for a little while. I hope Taluta is okay with thiss...." He had thought on his way. All the begging had made him late, and the antlered foal was in a hurry. "Keep up, Karia!" he called to the green and blue swirled female. --- Karia rolled her eyes at the male as she trotted alongside him, keeping up easily with his older and more experienced legs. "I'm right here, Bhassie. Just calm your antlers." She whined back in her squeaky 'I-Just-Left-My-Blanket voice'.

"Wow, where did you come from?" Talu asked the foal who seemed to fall from the sky. Besides her sister this was the first female foal she had met. She seemed awfully perky, perhaps Talu was too used to males.
"My name is Talutah Tala, I have not seen you around before, are you lost?" Welp this certainly wasn't Bhaskar. It was odd seeing someone else here in their pocket between two worlds. She was slightly concerned at his absence but would give him a few more minutes before she panicked. Besides she was going to have a time of sorting out the patterns that adorned this filly's coat. She thought they looked a bit like plants, which reminded her of lilies and made her smile.

"Over there," Beta replied with a gesture of her hoof. "I tripped and fell." She shook her head when Talutah Tala asked if she was lost. "Nope! I just lost someone else." She pouted. "His name is Haides. He's my best friend! But then I can't find him. Have you seen him? He has a black and gray coat and he's kinda scowly. Oh! And he has a horn on his forehead." She tilted her head at her new friend. "What about you? Whatcha doin' out here? Are you lookin' for someone too?"~ Haides had lost her.
It was kind of a relief; Beta was always there, and it was a bit stifling. Still, he made sure to keep in earshot of her calls. After all, she had a habit of getting into trouble. His gaze fixed briefly on a pair of foals--one filly and one colt. The colt had horns coming out of his head, though they were different from Haides's. Unlike the singular black horn on his forehead, the other colt's almost looked like little white tree branches. It was interesting.
Still, neither was Beta, so he didn't even bother speaking to them. He just kept walking.

Bhaskar gave another small growl at Karia. "You're soooooo annoying..." He grunted as they got closer. Finally he saw Taluta in the distance, another foal with her. For a second, he feared that maybe the new foal was a member of her family. If that was so... maybe the rest of her family was around.. That wouldn't be good for him or Karia. "Uh... Taluta?" He called tentatively, not wanting to catch the attention of any evil azrein out there.
Karia rolled her eyes at the brother like figure and pranced up to the other two fillies. "Hello!" She greeted hyper-ly, nearly bouncing from hoof to hoof as she studied the two. She figured the red one must be Bhaskar's friend Taluta, and the other... well.. she didn't know who she was. "I'm Karia!" She stated.

"Actually I was looking for someone, have you seen a dark gold with gold bands that has antlers?" Talu asked, curious to find out who the other may have met in her travels. She wondered what was keeping Bhaskar. She would feel safer with him for she knew this little green one was not pitching for her side, or at least she didn't think so.
Her ears perked and swiveled at her name in that familiar deep voice. "Bhaskar!" She called with joy. " Hello Karia was it? Nice to meet you excuse me Beta, Karia," she said to try and be polite before leaping away to go greet Bhaskar. She hugged him when he got there. She was relieved he had returned.

"Hii! I'm Beta!" Beta beamed. "Nice to meet you!" She watched Talu excuse herself to greet the friend she was looking for. She turned to Karia. "Hey, have you seen my friend? He's black and gray colt with a horn on his head." It would be fun if she found him. With three new friends, it would be great for them to all have fun together!
Haides had walked in the same direction as the two other foals, but didn't see them again until he heard a familiar voice. Beta, he thought. It sounded like she was talking to someone. Had she met those other foals? He crept closer, laying down behind a large rock to avoid detection while he listened. He didn't want to join them; he just wanted to make sure Beta wasn't getting into more trouble.

Karia looked around, looking for a foal that matched the description. "Uh uh... I'm sorry, Beta. I'm Karia, by the way!" She introduced herself back, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Friends!!!
Bhaskar grinned as he hugged Talu back. "Sorry it took so long, Taluta Tala." He said softly, his eyes wandering over her to make sure she didn't have any scratches or anything on her.

Talu plastered herself to Bhaskar's side. She hadn't seen this many females in well..ever. They were very bouncy whereas she was used to mostly mellower (in a sense) males. She had two fathers for one thing. She sighed in contentment. Her partner in fun was here and only marginally late.

"Nice to meet you, Karia!" Beta smiled. "And it's ok. I'm sure I'll find him soon." Haides never wandered too far from her, after all. It seemed to make him nervous. She glanced at Tala and Bhaskar before turning back to Karia. "What do you like to do for fun?" she inquired.
Haides glanced around the rock once, spotting the colt from earlier with a red filly. Although he didn't see her, he could hear Beta clearly. Four foals including Beta, he concluded, as it still sounded as if she was talking to someone and the two he could see weren't paying any attention to her.

Karia grinned at her new friend, Beta. "I like collecting Shinies..." She admitted, her eyes glittering with excitement. This was soooo much fun!! she was glad she had pestered Bhaskar enough into taking him with her today.
Bhaskar grinned happily at Taluta before turning to Beta and in the distance, a weird black splotch poking out from a rock. "What's your friend look like, Beta?" He asked, his body tensing, thinking the worst, that it could possibly be one of Talu's siblings, or maybe one of her father's spies.

"Shinies?" Beta tilted her head, curious. "What are Shinies?" She blinked and turned her attention to Bhaskar when he asked her a question. "He's got a black coat with gray swirlies. Oh, and a horn too. Why? Did you see him?" She followed the colt's gaze, fixing on the rock. "Dee, are you back there?" she called. Silence. "Don't you lie to me, or I'll be mad!" She pouted, but the expression disappeared when the black colt reluctantly stuck his head out again.
He'd been spotted. Haides ducked back down, but the other colt's question had alerted Beta to his presence. Sighing, he stuck his head out so she could see him and got to his feet. Great. Now he had to deal with introductions. Still he managed not to scowl, spotting how happy Beta was. "Found you!" Well, it was more Bhaskar than her, but oh well. "... Yeah." He stayed where he was, however, noting the wariness of the blue colt. The last thing he needed was to step on anyone's hooves.
