Physical Characteristics: Billie is a slender, athletically built young woman with messy, dark brown hair that usually reaches just under her jaw. Like her father, she has blue eyes, though much of her facial structure can be likened to her beautiful mother.
Personality: Under normal conditions, Billie is cocky, witty, and acts completely in-charge. Under any other conditions, this is still the case. Very rarely, if ever, does she show fear, or admit defeat. Her self-assured attitude and outlook is also coupled with a fine sense of morals. This confidence can be easily offset in social situations such as relationships, however, as Billie has lived a very solitary life, with few friends.
She doesn't let injustices and evils slip by, even if it means risking her own skin. In rare moments when she is the emotionally vulnerable one, Billie becomes quiet, and often quick to snap at people who try to help.
She is extremely, insanely, intelligent, but doesn't act like a know-it-all (in most cases). She possesses strong leadership capabilities, even if she doesn't like to take the mantle of the leader.

Bio: Billie was born in 2023, and is the future daughter of Tony Stark and Pepper Potts. Tony Stark and his long-time love interest, Pepper Potts, marry and have Byllia as their first and only child. Being born into the Stark family, Billie was exposed readily to her fathers machines and gadgets, and became infatuated from a young age with the idea of taking up her father's career as a superhero.
She tinkered with Tony's designs as soon as she was able to hold a pencil correctly; redesigning aspects of the ARC-reactor allowed for it to be used in areas previously impossible. Billie won over many grants in her youth for Stark Industries, and quickly became known as the "Prodigal Daughter". With each passing year, Billie worked on her design for a super-suit, until, when she turned 15, her father found one of her designs for the whip-chain.
At first shocked she would consider using Whiplash's stolen tech, he soon became very proud of how the whole design fit into her idea for a hero outfit. After many weeks of talking it over with her parents and best friend, Doug (Roadie's son), her dreams came true: she would get to fight crime. She and Doug spent weeks longer finalizing the design and coming up with bad-a** names. Names such as "B*tchslap" and "Sabrelash" were considered, but ultimately Chainlink was established as her title.
Her first prototypes caused more mayhem then assistance, but eventually the used and effective Chainlink apparatus was finalized. Billie established herself as a crime-fighter terrifyingly fast, and was picked up as a reserve Avenger by the time she turned sixteen.
Powers/Abilities
Powers:
Billie derives her superhero persona from the suit she designed, built, and wears. This suit grants her the following abilities:
Superhuman Strength: She is capable of lifting between 85-100 tons when wearing her armor.
Superhuman Speed: Even when not traveling for extended distances, the armor enables the wearer to move and react at high speeds.
Enhanced Durability: The armor is very durable, capable of withstanding tremendous amounts of punishment. It can withstand high caliber bullets with ease. She can also withstand rockets, torpedoes, and such, although the suit does take damage.
Flight: The armor can fly and travel at supersonic speeds.
Power Cells: The armor is powered by a combination of solar converters, electrical batteries and an on-board generator that uses beta particle absorption as a fuel source.
Energy Conversion Power Recharge: The armor is also able to convert nearby energy sources, such as heat or kinetic energy into electricity, or even drain electrical energy directly into the batteries for recharge.
Self-Contained Life-Support System & Environmental Protection: The armor can be completely sealed for operations in vacuum or underwater, providing its own life support, and is shielded against radiation.
Repulsor Rays: The armor can fire particle beams from either or both the palm gauntlets which can repel physical and energy-based attacks, traveling as a single stream or as a wide-field dispersal.
Unibeam: A powerful searchlight capable of projecting beams in virtually every light spectrum.

Phasing: The Chainlink armor has the ability to phase through solid objects. The only limit is that it cannot use its weapons while phased.
Invisibility: The Chainlink armor has the ability to become invisible. The only limit is that it cannot use its weapons while invisible.
Chain-Whips: Affixed to the suit's forearms are a pair of long, retracted chain-like whips which can be launched from Billie's wrists at any time at high velocities. The whips are exceptionally difficult to sever or destroy, have special implements at the ends which can work as grappling hooks, blades, and a variety of other tools. They are also capable of sapping energy from most machinery or, in some cases, superhumans, for use in the suit itself.
Weakness(s): Without her armor, Billie is a nothing more than an above-average health teenage human.

Technological Genius: Just like her father and grandfather before her, Billie is an absolute genius with machines. She has been able to redesign, improve, and invent technologies since she was a child, as is constantly regarded by the media and even close friends as more intelligent and capable than her father, Tony Stark.
