WITCH FORM:
Name:
Regia Filia
Type:
Bound Princess Witch [Alternatively, the "Bondage Princess Witch, or Bondage Witch Princess - whatever comes out sounding less long-winded]
Description:
The bound princess witch who's needy nature draws the kind-hearted to their doom. Locked in her tower, her echoing wails will draw you to her royal chamber, where she will hold you unending until you drown in her embrace.
Nature:
Neediness [Or Needy, again, whatever sounds better]
Appearance:
Regia Filia is a massive witch, though she is rendered near immobile. One look at her massive frame leaves no guessing as to what her type is. Suspended upside down, the upper most-half of her body is what must have once been legs; though now they are bound tightly in rope. The more she twists and thrashes to escape them, the more tightly bound she becomes. What bit of her body that is not bound in rope - mostly, her torso, is dressed in a white corset. However, due to her hanging, looming body, it may not be easy to see that her arms are wound tightly in the ribbons that tie her corset at the back. Locating the witch's face is an impossible task, as from the shoulders down her body tapers off into a mass of dark hair. Despite her chest being many feet from the ground, each movement sends her locks swishing across the the marble floor below. Regia Filia's flesh is pure white; with the literal feel and appearance of flawless porcelain. Every joint in her arm and shoulder is like that of a pampered doll, although the hard porcelain skin has begun to chip from the constant stress her body endures. Regia Filia's body is curled forward in a near constant arch, her stomach facing the ground. While not easily seen, the ropes that suspend her hulking body from the ceiling are produced from a large portrait above her. In this portrait are three people, though the distinguishing details of their faces are absent, and only their lavish clothing remain. One, a young girl with flowing black hair, the other two a man and woman; likely her parents.
Barrier/Maze:
Regia Filia's barrier is enticingly, deceiving beautiful - a mix of a fairy tale tower and a lavish mansion. However, there is a sense of unrest, and it is clear that something is amiss. There is no choosing your own path - instead, many large double doors are sealed or chained shut, forcing any foolish enough to follow her sorrowful wails down a linear path. The pristine condition of these halls are marred, however, the deeper you go in. The walls are stained, writing in lipstick on the walls, with words such as "FREEDOM" and "OUTSIDE". Upon reaching the end of her maze, one will find a large door inlaid with gold and pearl, in front of it an overturned wheelchair, more writing besides it on the ground, much larger and clumsier than before, "COME, MY PRINCE." The room beyond these doors, should one have failed to heed the many warnings to this point, would appear as a massive, lavish ballroom - though seemingly tilted onto it's side. One wall is dotted with unmoving tables and other upholstery, while the wall across from it has many suspended chandeliers. The room itself is enough to make one dizzy.
Location:
Rosaline Academy, (room pending); Regia's presence within the academy began almost innocently - with girl's who stayed past school hours hearing the cries of a girl on the top-most floor of the building. It seemed the sound was audible only by the students, and even those who made an effort to find the source would be hard pressed to locate it. However, the suffering the witch inflicted soon increased, as the same girls forced to stay after class to gather homework or make up assignments soon began to collapse; awakening to find that their legs were numb and they were incapable of walking. Recently, however, even girls who simply walked the top floor during school hours have begun to fall victim.
Attack(s):
Upon initial confrontation, Regia Filia's actions are not wholly malevolent, although no less dangerous. With her body so tightly bound, she relies heavily on her hair, which descends upon any who draw near and pulls them into it's dark mass, in an embrace that can easily choke the life out of any it entangles. However, be warned; for if you cut through her hair to free yourself, you will enrage the witch. Her hair will act as both whips and rope, lashing out at any opponent with the force to slam them down or leave deep lacerations. Not only this, but her mane displays impressive dexterity, capable of wrapping around a puella magi's body in order to smash her to the ground below or violently throttle and shake her.

However, her form leaves Regia Filia at a distinct disadvantage, should any facing her get above her mass of hair, or make use of ranged weapons. At her back, she is helpless, and will be left to squirm and thrash in an attempt to shake them free.

One may be tempted to wander beneath her frame, seeing as she is quite a distance above the ground. This is, however, a certainty for grievous injury - as Regia Filia can violently slam her chest and shoulders against the marble ground floor, squashing any mingling girl beneath her.

Regia Filia is not very defensive. Her bound state leaves her fairly incapable of defending herself. Because of this, the witch opts for an aggressive, quick-paced offense. Her normally sorrowful wails can raise into a screech capable of bursting the ear drums if you're caught in her hair.
Grief Seed:
The emblem atop her grief seed is that a small wheel, while the emblem on the bottom of her grief seed is a heavily ornate, antique lock. The image above is a rough representation of this grief seed. The arch encasing the lock representative of an arching hallway or door, while the small set of curls hanging down from the top most resembling her foremost means of attack - her hair. The three curves that seem to support the lock, when viewed in conjecture with the spike that the orb of her seed rests upon, comes to resemble all but the hilt of a rapier - which was likely the living Regia's weapon as a magical girl.

MINION #1 FORM:
Name:
Matrater
Duty:
Binding
Description:
The guard dogs of her maze, they will bind any intruder and drag them back to their mistress, if possible. Matrater will also frequently twist Regia Filia, in order to keep her legs tightly confined.
Appearance:
Matrater, at first glance, could be mistaken for two minions. However, Matrater is two bodies - one female, one male, joined at the hp, with only three legs in total. Each side has but one arm, and their short stature leaves no doubt that they are very similar to Regia Filia in the fact that they are just porcelain dolls. Their ball joints are visible, and their glass eyes stare fixated at any who might enter Regia Filia's maze. The female's face is twisted, her mouth a gaping hole clean through her head, that will vomit rope when needed. The male's face is somehow even more disturbing - lacking any mouth or nose, and lined with several deep cracks and fissures. It is the task of the female side to produce the rope and saddle the weight of any victims they ensnare, while the male will frequently be the one to bind them. One might notice that their clothing is very similar to the clothing of the two adults in the portrait that Regia Filia's body is descended from.
Attack(s):
Matrater's intentions are not outright to harm any who they come into contact with. Rather, they will mercilessly chase and bind any who they catch sight of in order to bring them to Regia Filia, so that she may have company.

MINION #2 FORM:
Name:
Servus
Duty:
Preening
Description:
Regia Filia's most trusted servants, they keep her company always, constantly tending to her hair and repairing the cracks in her porcelain skin. They chatter endlessly, drowning out the witch's sobs once her chamber is entered.
Appearance:
As opposed to Regia Filia other Minion, Servus better resembles a tin-toy. They are a bit smaller, dressed in little metal butler uniforms. However, they lack any feet, rolling around on wheels that bear a striking resemblance to the one upon Regia Filia's grief seed. Upon their faces are little masks, likely placed by Regia herself, showing a kind, cheerful face. Yet beneath, their metal faces are twisted into cruel smirks and scowls, showing their true nature. You will know when they are near long before seeing them, as they travel in groups, emitting sound that mimics fervent gossiping, yet their words are unrecognizable.
Attack(s):
Servus are mostly found within Regia Filia's main chamber, surrounding her body. The witch displays what could best be described as what remains of who she was formerly - tenderly lowering her body so that they may groom her hair. Their intentions, should one act aggressively towards their witch master, is far more aggressive than that of Matrator. They will rush on their wheels across the smooth floor, crashing into and running over the feet of any in their path. They are also capable of blowing up upon impact, though each individual's minion self-destruct is relatively weak. However, coupled with the fact that they are so numerous, facing Regia Filia can become a literal minefield.

I can't help but think my formatting came out a little weird.

Anyways, I'll tell a bit about what I figure "Regia Filia" was like in life, because coming up with what a magical girl was like before her descent into despair seems like an important first step into creating their witch. Plus, if you bother to read this, I'm sure it will help any looking to give me critique get a better idea on what I need to change.

The rough concept for Regia as a "magical girl," was that she was a girl from a wealthy, upperclass family. However, since early childhood, she had been left unable to walk and bound to a wheelchair. Her parents were rather demanding, even with her disabilities - but treated her as a doll, in a way. They were too careful, never allowing her independence due to her condition. Often, she was left confined to her room, the only chance for freedom she had being when she finally started high school, due to it being the first point where she wasn't taught by private tutors from home.

Eventually, she would have created a contract, with a wish akin to, I want to be free to walk and do whatever I please! This would have been interpreted as being able to walk. Which, she would have gained and begun to fight witches and do other magical girl things. However, what Regia Filia, in her human form, did not realize, was that gaining her ability to walk once more would only increase the expectations, over protectiveness and general overbearing nature of her parents. She was locked up at home even more than usual, doted on, but still unable to act of her own accord. Regia would have come to the realization that Kyuubey had not granted her the freedom she desired, at least in full. This, coupled with the fact she was pent up and not able to freely hunt witches would have tainted her soul gem at an alarming rate.

I think she would have become a witch at school, perhaps after receiving some alarming news. I haven't quite thought of what yet, but I'd love to hear any thoughts and critique in general.

As for her witch form, I imagine Regia as a pretty difficult opponent. At least, for a lone Puella Magi or a melee/unarmed oriented girl. This is largely due to her massive size, and the fact that her hair is like a tidal wave, ensnaring anyone who tries to get close. However, for a girl who could get above her (perhaps theater like boxes or whatever on the wall above her, the "side" of the room), or one who can stay outside of her somewhat limited strike range, she wouldn't be as large a risk.

I intended her to be sort of like a mermaid, with her lower body being wound up like a mermaid's tail. Hell, she could possibly have a pair of fins coming out the end. It goes a bit beyond her lower body, though - as her hair can come at you as a "wave", and you can "drown" in it.

Well, I hope that's not too much of a stretch!
