Song is about my break up with my fiance. The poem is about one of my guy friends.
Goodbye
When it started
I was your perfect woman
well maybe not perfect
cause I didn't fill two
requirements on your list
Still you said
you loved me anyways
and I thought it would
last forever but now
things have changed for us
Yes it's over
and you no longer care
well neither do I baby
was going to end it
anyways but not quite so soon
And you told me
you hoped I rotted in
the hell I don't believe in
I've got one last thing to
tell you before goodbye
I don't want you
I don't need yow
won't beg or plead you
that's not my style
and you know it
maybe I might miss you
but after what you said
I'm glad this is so long
if you don't give a ******** I won't either
But when I'm alone
there's no one around
to see the tears I cry
don't want to admit it
but your words stung
a bullet that hit my heart....
The sun will rise

and the moon will wax and wane
and I'll just keep swimming

and pounding on the walls

think i'm going crazy cause you're all i think of these days
i need to see your smile on your face
hear your voice of reason
you haunt my sleeping and waking hours with images of you with me
got to stop thinking got to stop daydreaming
but it's hard cause we like the same things
so everytime i see ot hear them i'm reminded of you
you've probably noticed, probably realised the way i feel about you
yet you keep your mouth shut
you still treat me like a friend
still joke around and give advice like nothing even changed
and while i appreciate that i wish for something more
wish i could feel your lips on mine even for a moment
it'd be worth it
just for the single time and i'd be happy for a while
but can't do it, i'm here and you're there
which is far by my calculations
but then i could be wrong
why'd it have to be you i fall for
could have been someone else
but no it had to be you
think i'm going crazy....
