I firstly want to apologize for my lack of... posting and appearances in the guild. While there is no excuse to neglect all of you here in 4:12, I have been going through some rather crazy stuff here in Essex, MD. Not only has my personal life just been on a weird roller coaster, but my spiritual life has been seriously drained these past few months. However, I've finally got myself back on track, and I'll be more present and available to all of you here in 4:12. I'm here to serve you guys in any way you may need me to. If you are having issues of any kind, please don't be afraid to PM me. I'm here to help, and it would be my pleasure to assist you. Wether you are having relationship issues, family troubles, having spiritual issues or feel spiritually drained, having trouble finding a job, completely stressed out from work or school or lack thereof, or just need a friend, Im here for you. I will be back on guild chat from now on when I can. If I am online, and Im not on chat, feel free to PM me to ask me to get on. I will also be periodically PMing you guys just to ask how you are doing.

If you have any suggestions to make 4:12 more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to use the suggestion box, or personally reach out to either myself, or another member of the crew. If someone is giving you trouble, or just being a pest in 4:12, please bring it to the attention of either myself, or another crew member if it is not already there. I would like to reiterate that the crew and I have no tolerance of trolling people.

I have noticed that we have members of other faiths in the guild. I would like to personally welcome you all to 4:12 if I have not done so already. (again, due to my absence, I have missed some things.) I am happy to offer you a judge free guild. We do not judge others here, we strive to become better people ourselves, myself included. If you feel someone is judging you, please bring it to my attention, I will take care of it personally. As a "spiritual leader" here in 4:12, I like to be open with everybody. That means sharing some things that most people don't like to share about themselves. Having that said, please don't be shocked when I disclose things of serious nature to all of you, that's just me being completely open and frank with you. I do this because I do NOT want to be seen as that guy that's always "I AM HOLIER THAN THOU, FOOL" kinda guy. I am a human just like you, I make mistakes too. Please do not view me as that out of reach guy that has all the answers and everything under control because I do not. However I want to do my best to serve all of you.

I apologize for the long post, but I felt I needed to say these things. I hope all of you will take advantage of the tools we offer here in 4:12.
