 Its simple as it is, has three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an art room, library, living room, dining room, kitchen and a few other rooms people only go to when needed.

A white limo pulled up to the town-house. The driver got out and opened the door for a barbie-perfect blond and a tall, dark and hansom man. Ann smartly knocked on the front door of the townhouse and the man stood demurely behind her.

Presea blinked as she heard someone knocking on the door as she walked over and opened the door.She looked at the lady and then looked at the male and looked back to the lady. "Is there something that I can help you two with?"she asked softly in an almost melodic voice.

"I'm just delivering your earlier purchase," Ann informed her briskly. "This is attendant 178. Do enjoy. And please, give me a call if you have any problems." With that, she left the attendant at the door and went back to the limo. The attendant went down on one knee and bent his head respectfully. "I am yours to command, mistress," he said in a musical voice.

Presea blinked as she looked down at the male as she blushed a bit and stepped to the side a bit. "You can come in if you like and it would be esier for me to tell you the rules of the house when your not getting rained onshe said calmly.She moved as she watched him a bit curious as to how well he was trained which was good and easier for her.

The attendant got up and came inside. He stepped to the side and bowed slightly to his new mistress. "As you wish, mistress," he murmured. He was eager to learn the house rules and how he could fit into the set order of things. He wondered what his duties would be and hoped desperately that this would be a long term arrangement.

Presea looked at him calmly as she closed the door behind him and then stepped around him in a circle looking him up and down a bit as she took a deep breath. She then stood in front of him, not careing that she was only in shorts and a tank top. "well first off I would like to know how well do you think your training was?"she asked calmly

"My training was complete, mistress," the attendant replied smoothly. "I have a classic education, training in advanced first aid and disaster response, and I am a master of Japanese rope bondage. She nodded gently as she crossed her arms over her chest as she listened to him and bite her lip a bit. "Alright its good to know what you can do all that and not haveing me find out on my own. "she said softly. She turned and walked forward a bit and then stopped as she turned and looked at him "Oh the rules. Well first off you will be helping me around the house with the chores. Second you upset me or displease me in any way I will punish you for it. Third when I say I need something you are to do what I ask of you without a complain. Fourth if I need you sexually I will let you know by tapping your shoulder or leaving you a note to meet me somewhere. and that is about it so come on so we can eat and then I can give you a tour of the house"she said softly.

The attendant smiled and nodded. The rules were simple and easy to adhere to. He followed her through the door, maintaining a respectful distance, but close enough to hear even the smallest of commands. He liked her already, and was eager to please.

Presea walked into the kitchen as she opened the fridge and pulled out two plates and handed one to the male and smiled a bit. "Its just a simple chicken salad oh and I hope the way I dress won't bother you to much"she asked calmly. She sat down and began to eat the salad as she pulled her legs underneath her.

He accepted the plate with a bow. He would have to definitely help out in the kitchen. He was sure the chicken salad was good, but his mistress deserved fresh, organic meals morning, noon, and night. "Mistress, would you like me to sit at your feet?" Talon asked.
