So... about two years ago I found a floppy disk, yes I said floppy disk, on said floppy disk was a few stories I had written, and though I had lost/didn't know I had written them, and found this. So . . . idk . . . I have no clue what it is nor what I was planning on doing with it. Any ideas?
He dropped to his knees on the wet gravel, rain falling upon his head, "It's not fair! I was right there!” screaming and punching the ground, bloodying his hands. “It’s not fair!” looking up into the sky, rain mixing in with his tears “Why? Why did you let them take her away from me?” he hung his head, the Gods never answered.
Unseen by the man, a black dragon appears in front of him. The dragon, with sadness in his eyes, wrapped his large wings around the young man to protect him from the piercing cold rain. “Boy,” it spoke in a soft, low voice, “Do you seek revenge?”
The young man looks into the dragons deep, crimson eyes, then responds, “Yes.” Eyes bringing with tears, held a murderous intent, “I want to kill them! Every last one of them! What they did…I will get my revenge!”

Just a suggestion, you can use it, take ideas from it, or just toss the idea away. But I hope I was some help. I like it. I think I'll use most of it, but change the half human half dragon. Maybe . . . he is a dragon summoner/wizard/master/something. Someone who takes a pact with a familiar, and his just happens to be a dragon. Perhaps, the rival clan killed his entire family? His parents betrayed him? Didn't save his sister/lover/friend/whatever

He grows to hate his parents for what they did, but later he finds out what had happened to them, and then wants revenge even more on the rival clan.

I liked what I wrote and I didn't want to have to delete it or have it sit forever unused

So I edited the prologue to the story. Here it is.
He dropped to his knees, rain soaking into his hair, clothes, and bones. "It's not fair! I was right there!” screaming and punching the ground, bloodying his hands. “It’s not fair!” looking up into the sky, rain mixing in with his tears “Why? Why did you let them take her away from me?” he hung his head, the Gods never answered.
Darker than obsidian scales, eyes deeper than the red of a ruby, the dragon wrapped his large wings around the young man, sheltering him from the piercing cold rain. “Boy,” his voice boomed inside his head, yet held the gentleness of a father, “Do you seek revenge?”
He raised his head, glaring in to the dragon’s eyes, “Yes. I want to kill them! Every last one of them! What they did-I will get my revenge!”

Hades, Anubis, Ammit, Cerberus, Forta (meaning strength in Romanian), Tarie (another version of strength in romanian), Balaur (meaning dragon in romanian), Razbunare (meaning revenge in Romanian)
