A small village that was formerly the site of a huge factory that polluted the air with smog. Eventually it was shut down and abandon but a thick blanket of smog still consumes the air. This town is a place where those who can't afford a higher-class society end up living in.
The toxins in the air make the place a breeding ground for some poison type pokemon, although their breeding grounds are controlled environments so the pokemon don't enter the main town.

Wren sat on the top of his building looking down at the city below. "Look at them." He said in a booming voice to the grunts behind him. "They look so sad and depressed down there." Wren twisted smile grew larger as he smashed his fist down on the ledge. "All the better to recruit them to our 'cause.'" He said smiling again. Wren loved Dokusei Village, it was where he grew up. "Isn't that right Burner." He smiled at his little Magby sitting there looking down off the edge.

Wren popped his neck and looked at the grunts. "Why are you still here! I thought I said to go recruit new members!" He barked this order marching into his office sitting at the large cherry wood desk that sat in the middle kicking his feet up. "When is Hailstorm going to give me something interesting to do, I am sick of sitting here." Wren growled a little popping his neck.

Wren clenched his teeth then stomped his foot onto the ground. "Listen here wolf boy!" Wren was getting frustrated quickly. "There is not need to worry about getting strong ones!" That is when he had stood up and kicked the chair back to the balcony. "Because only the best has a chance to fight me!" He stormed off towards the elevator just outside his office while Magby was short behind him. "Magby return." He said calmly holding the pokeball up, just as magby zipped into it.

Wren was getting impatiant with the orders from his grunts, and that annoying Tidus. "If Hailstorm wanted him on the job should have just made him do it." He said pushing a button to the main floor. "I mean I don't need baby sat so why is he here!" He roared then slammed his fist into the wall.

Wren hated waiting, thats why he was made commander of fire pit. "WHY DO I HAVE TO SIT AROUND AND DO NOTHING!!!!" He yelled louder as he stomped his foot down over and over. When the door finally opened he marched out. "Tidus with me!" He barked at the other commander. "We are going on a hunt." He kept walking grabbing the large metal door then pulling it off the hinges. "I want to find new recruits." He said with his dark red eyes glowing in the light.

Wren moved his hand up to his neck clenching the pokeball attached to a necklace. "We need new members." He said making sure that Tidus was behind him.

He actually seemed happy to follow Wren though he was getting a little ticked then he couldnt go out and find Master a new pokemon "OOOOh promise me Wreny we will find a good looking pokemon for master on our way to do so?"

Wren turned around and grabbed Titus by his chained color lifting him up in the air. "You know if it wasn't because Hailstorm is fond of you." He pulled him higher into the air. "I would have crippled you long ago." He yelled at him then dropped him. "So count your starts.... That I am on a shorter chain than you are." He started marching off again. Wren hated being called that name, only his little sister ever called him that. "Now hurry up! Blitz lets go!" Wren barked as a large Arcanine lept down from a ledge. "Good boy." Wren said patting his mane and brushing his fur a little. "We are going to see mom and them buddy." He said getting onto the pokemons back.

Tidus Walked over to the Arcanine then pulled Wren off and threw him to the ground and when he did his light blue eyes went to a solid black as he slowly kneeled down on Wren's adam's apple slowly crushing it "...dont ever touch Master's collor like that again or i really will finish you..." Tidus got off of Wren's throat and walked off waiting fro him to recover from all of that

“Who's to say what we're doing isn't right?”

Bored out of his mind Haru stood quiet as his Salamence flew them over to Dokusei Village to collect Pokemon. "I don't see the reason behind it but if our lord is in need of them then I can't help it." he muttered with little interest to it.

At the arrive towards the Village Haru leaped down onto the ground safely.Haru had his arms folded and his eyes slightly narrowed. "Sho!, return." he order as he held the poke ball towards his flying Pokemon who was circling around him from the skies.

A Beam of red thin light absorbed the Pokemon into the poke ball and another bright light flashed out beside Haru, quickly revealing itself to be his Zangoose standing firmly in silence. "Mamoru, let's search for any Pokemon on sight. I could care less what it can do." Haru commanded strictly. Zangoose nodded and began to walk after Haru with his guard up.

They arrived at a small field, tall grass but no sound or sight of Pokemon actually living in it.Zangoose looked around and decided to get on all fours and quickly ran into the grass leaving out of sight.

Haru waited for a few minutes, "Hurry up and report." he yelled. In surprised he saw a small Pokemon be tossed up into the sky, unable to figure out what it was Haru quickly order his Pokemon to get ready to strike it "Use poison jab." he said simply. Zangoose leaped out of the grass, his right claws turning a bright purple he gave the innocent Pokemon a powerful jab against it's gut. The small Pokemon let out a painful cry as it hit the ground. Haru was now able to see what it was and wasn't surprise to find it was a useless pichu.

Zangoose landed beside it, making sure it didn't try to escape it placed his foot against the pichu roughly against where he send a powerful blow. The pichu struggle as it was slowly weakening from the poison being taken in.

Tidus was just walking to get his anger out when he saw Haru is a field getting Pokemon "Mind if i join you Haru..." he knew Haru and himself hated each other but he asked because he didnt want to be alone right now

"Nicely done. Though i doubt this is any good for our lord, don't you think?" he asked his Pokemon. Zangoose nodded with a slight grin, suddenly to disappear and have his eyes fixed on the male from the distances. Haru turned his head slightly, having his chin tilted up slightly and his shoulder slightly raised and his eyes narrowed down to see Tidus walking over asking to join.

"Don't even bother asking. You know my answer very well." he replied bitterly not caring about the brat at the moment. Just hearing his voice or his name made his blood boil in anger. Zangoose sensed it and let out a growl escape his throat.

Tidus sensed the hostility "But master wants us to catch him more beautiful pokemon..." he saw a servine appear from the grass as his Weavile out of its pokeball like usual went and sucker punched in the back of the head and then without looking Tidus threw a pokeball at it This will be the most delectable pokemon Master will have from me thus far" Tidus smiled

Wren got back onto Blitz. "Lets go boy." He said as the Arcanine took off at blinding speed.
Along his way he saw Haru and Tidus. "Oh my lord." Was all he said as he pulled on Blitz having him stop a little ways from them. "Blitz return." Wren yelled leaping off the pokemon making it go into his pokeball. "Lets see what they do now." He smiled evily. "If either one of them gets beat I will have no objections." He said to himself stretching. Thats when he saw the Pichu on the ground. "Ugh seriously!" He yelled at himself as he took off running towards the other two.
When he approached the pichu he saw the pink bow around its ear. "WHO DID THIS!" He barked at the other two picking the pokemon up. "Who attacked this pichu!" Wren was furious his eyes glowing a darker red as the corner of his mouth raised up in a snarl. "Was is you wolf boy! Or how about you girly!" He shouted out in his loud booming voice.
