As of this post I'm in the middle of watching the 2008 remake of Day of the Dead. I guess I'm a zombie purist seeing as I think zombies(not raised by supernatural means) should be the slow lumbering nearly mindless kind not ceiling crawling super speed having genius undead that dust like a staked vamp when they so much as get near an open flame. I can accept a bad zombie movie being a b-list bad, I'd assume a few of you enjoy those for the sake of them being bad b-list movies. I'll admit the old "of the dead" movies were kind of slow and boring but they were good movies none the less and you don't need zombies running at you at 100mph to have a good zombie movie/show. Take a look at The Walking Dead its a great zombie show and it doesn't have super parkour ninja zombies. Maybe I'm just odd when it comes to my taste in zombie movies/shows/lore but there's that part of me that wants to slam my head on my desk when people mess with that kind of thing.

Because dead bodies are so much more efficient than live bodies.
Amirite?
The walking dead is indeed a great show.

I walked away from watching that when the first zombie came out. Fast zombies. No, thanks. I want to keep my foot speed advantage however little.
Super Fast Zombies = Glitter Vampires.
