You may research it as much as you wish. But virtually all studys show that skim milk makes you fatter than whole. Because basically skim is more sugary and basically whole has the good fats which arent stored but actually encourage weight loss.
Calories arent just calories, theres a lot more to it. So to say 150 calories is worse than 80 calories withoutlooking at the two things is flawed, the 150 calories can indeed be way healhtier and burn off way faster.
