Personality: Jade is curious about anything and everything, wanting to know what's going on, who was involved, and how people reacted to it. Due to this, she often finds herself in the middle of things, whether she wanted to be or not. Even so, she tries to stay relatively unnoticed, knowing that it's far easier to spy on people when they aren't aware of you, and spy she does.
However, she can't stay unnoticed all of the time, and it's just as like for her to be caught or dragged into something as it is for her to remain on the outside. She doesn't really mind though.
Despite all of the information this girl may of picked up, she isn't a gossip and if she knows something, well, good luck getting it out of her. That's not to say that she won't share what she knows, just that she won't give the knowledge out for free.
She's never been one to have close friends, preferring only to keep acquaintances. This leads to a very lonely life, though Jade would never admit it. She doesn't really know how to keep people close, as there always is someone, or something, more interesting around the corner, and she has trouble keeping her attention on the person that she was already with. On the other hand, since she doesn't let them close, she never sees a person's bad side, and has no reason to dislike anyone, even if the world says otherwise.
She's flighty and mischievous, preferring to toy with those whom she's interested in. She usually pursues women whom she will only see rarely, and prefers to keep her relationships in the wooing phase. She greatly enjoys the act of seduction, but not the completion of it, and has rightly been described as a tease. This does has a tendency to upset those whom she's set her eyes on, as most of them seem to want more than what she is willing to give, and consequently may end up gaining a few enemies from these liaisons.
Though she seems unreliable in her personal life, ultimately Jade is truly dedicated to her duties. It is far easier for her to keep her mind on track when she has something to concentrate on, than it is when she has nothing. She will gladly offer assistance where it is needed and remain where she is until whatever it is that she was helping with was accomplished.
Background: Not much about this woman is known, though rumors place her home town as Pacifidlog Town in Hoenn. Whether this is true or not...well, she's not saying.
