The rules here are simple, and are as follows:
1. Follow the Gaia TOS. Romance is fine, but keep it as love, and not lust. Breaking this rule will result in a Ban.
2. Respect your Fellows. I made this guild for people to have a good time, not be shouted at. Breaking this rule will result in a warning.
3. Do not God mode. If you are in a battle with a trainer whose pokemon Clearly out level or out match your own, expect to lose. We have POKEMON CENTERS for a reason. Breaking this rule will result in a warning.
4. No roleplaying a character I have not approved. this will result in a Ban.
5. Everyone who starts off as a young trainer will start with a level 5 pokemon and nothing more. I and my admins will monitor the roleplay, and tell you when you should level up, so no instantaneous level 100's.
6. legendary pokemon are exactly that. LEGENDARY. If only one of each exists it is unfair that any one person should have them, unless so rewarded with the oppurtunity to catch one by an Admin.
7. To catch a new pokemon, weaken it with attack and then " throw a pokeball" the capture rate is found by Rolling a 100 sided dice in "Actions" if the capture chance you rolled is higher than the DC(Difficulty Check) of the target, you will catch it. if not... vice versa.

Roleplaying:
Until I can create a functioning battle system, all battles will be roleplayed. Lie I said above, no god moding.
Keep in mind, super effective attacks are still super effective and vice versa. So remember your Type differences.
Make friends, when you encounter rocket members, they will be strong, and many, taking them alone is inadvisable.
Gym leaders and Elite four members, your pokemon are leveled according to which gym or spot in the line up you represent. First gym will range from 10-14 in levels and so on and so on. Keep this in mind when you make a character.
I reserve the right to throw random events at you. They can Either hinder your group, or aid you greatly, keep in mind that these will be coming at random intervals in the story area.

Story:
While anyone can roleplay on the threads that exist in the forums, there is a special forum called for active major events. Anyone can choose to participate and they can be fun, or dangerous. Be sure to look for each chapter while you navigate the threads!
