Starts: Now.
Ends: September 10th, 2012 @ -grabs her school schedule- .. 7PM EST

I have yet to determine how Sicht will come in Customs. Wolves turning into them after I get this new rank sorted, however, will be nearly impossible unless the reason is a good read.

Sicht can and will be bred through their lines. And will be definitely a chance-to-get. Because there ARE barely any Sicht around since it is a new thing. I will enable to open some Conversions.
Do you have a wolf you figure would be better on the lines for plotting-sake?

If so you really wish to I am opening 10 slots for conversions. I am CCing 5.
Then I will select the ones that make sense to me and Roll.
I am sorry if I seem rude to you when I select. I love stories and reading. But these are lines that will shape your wolf into something new.

They must be linked to the Spirits, see things in the future.. And be friendly to communicate with the humans. They are also now our third rank of the system. Gammas just under the hierarchy.

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO EDIT YOUR ENTRIES
. But after I close the thread to choose and do what I need to do, you can't tweak ANYTHING.

Wolves I will be converting already: Koi my own wolf, and Geulah owned by Revel1984. (This will exclude me and Revel from any other conversion.. Unless by staff-points. Which this will do-us-in for awhile XD.)
These Conversions do not add to the 10 slots I have open.

Silent
User Image
Why You Think They Should be Sicht?: I'm going to quote a bit of of her Personality from the signups thread.
"She envisions multiple outcomes to a single approach and determines which outcome would be most likely given the things she'd observed and processed." Which in turn ties into:
Spiritual-Past: In more cases than one, she has "predicted" the outcome of a certain situation. Sometimes almost to the exact wording of another individual that she's never even met before. However, because she knows that she has analyzed every aspect possible, she passes it all off as pure coincidence. If it happens to be of a situation that she has had little to no time to process and the result seems oddly familiar, she believes it to be Deja Vous. She's a Practical thinker, and believing in magic or anything of the like just doesn't seem practical to her. However, if approached by someone who can show her proof that this is more than just coincidence and chance happenings, I know she'd definitely open up to those theories and explore upon them a little more.
History:
Silent was born to a pack that believed in a Goddess. They prayed to her for daily food. They prayed to her for rain. They believed she was their maker and their protector. If something were to go wrong within the pack, they established that as a sign that she was angry with them for some reason.

Things were tight around the time Silent and her litter mates were born. A traveling pair of loners took a few moons rest within their dens to have a litter of pups of their own and offered to help with the hunting and what not in their stay. The Alpha took this as a sign that the Goddess was testing them or wished of them to learn new things and gladly took them in in order to gain in her favor.

The pack itself, worshiped pups in a way. They were practically sacred once they had been blessed by the waters of the goddess - essentially dipped into the pools of a nearby cave's clear running stream - but each litter had to be purged of deformities because they didn't believe the Goddess liked those with a deformity of sorts.

When silent was born, she was essentially born with a handicap. She was unable to make a noise. Her mouth would move and breathing could be heard, but whimpers, whines and yips were no where to be heard. The Elders claimed this as a deformity, and despite her mother's brief and minor protest, was requested to be ridden of.

One of the loner's pups - having just reached that adorable age of "What are you doing?" "Why are you doing this?" "Because why?" "Why?" "Why?"... etc... - eventually stood up for the newborn silent and stood over her tiny wriggling form. He made claim that it wasn't right. She was just a baby! How could they?! And eventually stated that if the adults wouldn't take care of her then he would. Some of the adults laughed at him, but Silent's mother took this as a sign from the Goddess herself and voiced it to the Alpha. The Alpha considered his options and eventually agreed with her that this very well may have been a sign and allowed Silent to live.

Months past and true to his word, the pup - AKA Chronicle - did his very best to care for and help teach little Silent anything and everything she needed or wanted to know. Eventually, the pair became one. All thoughts and ideas were each other's and they always seemed to know what the other was thinking without having to speak a word.... which worked out well for Silent.

Then the time came when Chronicle's family wanted to start traveling again and he felt reluctant to leave the pack, essentially leaving Silent all alone with her pack who still held no connection with her quite as strong as he did. Silent's mother picked up on the unsure vibes the pair were having about the separation and encouraged her to go with them, start her own life in happiness.

So she did. Chronicle and Silent eventually grew to adults in their travels and branched off on their own, eventually growing the bond together as mates...

The pair love to travel, but both of them feel as though it might be time for them to settle down, start a pack of their own or join a pack. Thus brings them to the now...

The rough draft?
[9/1/2012 10:51:19 PM] Seruta: Chronicle's parents were loner mates (kinda what Chron and Silent are doing now) who - when it came time to birth the litter - got tempararilly taken in by Silent's pack. They stayed with the pack until the pups were old enough to learn how to hunt.
This pack named their young after something that defined them. Silent didn't make any noises after she was born, hence the name Silent. Chronicle got his name by his way of telling stories and remembering finite details in events past as if they were written. Like a story, or Chronicle. I'd like to somewhat keep the naming tradition alive.

[9/1/2012 11:05:59 PM] Seruta: Chron and Silent originally (years ago in me head) started out as siblings. But over time, I liked Silent being so dependent on Chron that I eventually changed their backstory to fit so that they could be mates. Chron was also originally a female... emotion_awesome XD But same sex couples can't mate in Hymn, so..
Well... mainly because there's more of a bond between the two than most would know. The original pack - though holding pups as sacred - had a ruling to rid the pack of deformities before attachments could be made. Silent was (originally) born without vocal chords. When they realized that she was trying to make noises and couldn't they attempted to rid of her, however, Chronicle - also a newborn in the same litter - just happened to crawl over her body like she was protecting Silent (juuuuust happpennneeed toooo) and the pack took that as a sign of Protection. Again, Pups were sacred. So they took that sign as a legitimate sign from the goddess and let Silent live. Chronicle got the first part of her name from that moment. Later - after she had grown and proved she had a detailed memory for events and things said/done about the pack - she got her everyday name. Essentially, The pack grants the pups with a name that defines what they're like in puphood. In Chron's case it was Protector. Silent's... was Silent. When they reach adolescense, they get a defining name that's based on their personality or defining quality. Chronicle (duh). Silent was Disruptance. To be explained in a bit. The last part is generally given to them when the individual decides how they want to be remembered. Be it by having a large heart or for Chronicle's case, she wanted to travel, see the world. Her full name eventually became 'Protective Chronicle who Wanders'. When an adult in the pack takes a mate, they can either keep their full name as they have claimed it, or choose to take on the name of their mate.

There was a bit of a cruelty play in the naming of Silent. As she has a tendency to sit back and watch, observe, analyze and things - and essentially cannot talk - she came off as a little strange, creepy, and for the most part disrupting in a rather silent way (obviously). So it was by a cruel twist of fate that she was granted the name 'Silent Disruptance with a Heart of Gold'.
Seruta
[9/1/2012 11:27:56 PM] Seruta: In hymn, the history is much the same, only Chronicle was a bit older. He was at that age where he was asking about everything. "Why are you doing this?" "Why do we do that?" and so on... so when the decision was made to "rid the pack of deformities" Chronicle spoke up and refused to silence himself when the elders told him to hold his tongue. He eventually put himself between himself and the newborn pup (note, Chronicle was probably only a few months old at this point) and refused to move away from her. He then said he'd take care of her if no one else would and Silent's mother then asked if this pup's actions were a sign from the Gods. Hence why Silent is still alive.

Ignacia
User Image
Why You Think They Should be Sicht?: It fits the personality I've given her (pasted below), and would certainly explain why she feels strange.
"Quiet and aloof, Ignacia remains strangely detached from the rest of the world past what affects her immediate safety, and looks through eyes she feels are not truly her own. Because of her belief that she’s only a temporary being in the body she possesses, she’s prone to forgetting information (and, usually, important ones such as the names and faces of those closest to her), staying distant, and rarely trying to bring attention to herself because, as she sees it, there’s no reason to remember or make friends or leave an impression if she’s bound to leave in a short amount of time."
Spiritual-Past: She has a strong connection to the dead (her empathy is heavily stunted to balance this), which is why she so often feels like one herself. Most of the wolves she meets are from the spiritual world, but she doesn't yet realize that and simply assumes they are wolves from the past whose names and faces she's once again forgotten (she doesn't even attempt to question why she can hear some as just voices, either xD).
History: Ignacia is the daughter of a vicious father, one who often used and abused her mother. She was never very outspoken, and the negativity that surrounded her in youth quickly caused her to fold into herself. She is highly introverted, to the point where any events that occur outside of her own thoughts are often brushed off or forgotten. (Sometimes, she'll notice future events she thinks she imagines up actually occur, but isn't too observant of the world outside of her own to recognize it's a repeating pattern, and not just a coincidence.) Sadly, she has never reached past this point, and it has caused little growth in her part (if she were her only teacher, then what else was there to learn?). She still lives with her family; she is unhappy and desires change, but is unable to recognize it, and her life has come to a standstill.

Blessing
User Image
Why You Think They Should be Sicht?: Again because it fits. She comes from a spiritual pack and, being born an identical twin on the sacred Moon Day, is believed to be a blessing to her pack (as the moon half) and worshiped, whereas her brother is believed to be their bane (the day half).
Spiritual-Past: She has once seen the future of her pack. Ironically, it was not their prosperity she envisioned, but their downfall.
History: Blessing had always been loved since the day of her birth. She was intelligent, beautiful, and, most of all, blessed. Treasured above all for the fortune she was thought to herald, she'd been given a life many could only dream of. Hunger, loneliness, disease -- all were made foreign to her, for her life had never been tarnished by their lowly presence. She was never in want for anything. At the same time, she understood her role in her pack. She didn't grow spoiled, nor did she let arrogance sway her. She was kind to her pack, but it was a false kindness. A farce.
Her brother was respected for fear that he would bring death to the pack if angered, but everyone kept their distance. Secretly distrusted and despised, he was often given the low end of the stick. Oh, it was true he was given heaps of flesh and blood to sate his voracious appetite, but they were from the most undesirable parts of a kill. He was given female companions, too, but only those unfit for properly bearing pups. His quarters were kept clean, but they were never made beautiful as Blessing's was. In short, the pack appeared to honor him as a god, but actually managed to treat him worse than the lowliest of their omegas. The worst part of it was that it came naturally to them. They didn't realize what they were doing, and neither did Bane. But Blessing did, and it was her observations that molded her.
Just like her pack, she grew to be deceitful. Many do not realize it, for she hides her intentions behind respectful posture and a cheerful smile. Only few have done so, but by then, their lives had already been ruined, with little choice of any redemption. The pack was, of course, no exception.
She only grew skilled and powerful as she aged, eventually winning the loyalty of her pack as the alpha and the service of her brother at only eighteen months old. She was already seen as nothing short of a goddess by then, and for a while, she continued to live with them, allowing their tainted forms to try and please her as they wished. She played nice, praised when necessary, feigned affection. No one suspected what she had seen and had grown to anticipate: the destruction of the pack.
Feeling it righteous, she let the famine come, and then the plague, then the floods and flames and lightning. She knew how to avoid them, the safest course to take, while none else did. They blamed her brother (they did not touch him, of course, but it's not just the physical that can harm), but it did not matter. They would all be dead soon.
"Believe in me," she had told them when their numbers had been halved and the remaining members starved to ensure Blessing could still eat her fill. She had said this with a voice touched by emotion and strong in its conviction, but she had felt nothing for the wolves under her rule. It wasn't even the way that they had treated Bane that made her hate them so -- why, she treated him no better than they did. It was the thought, the knowledge, the realization that, had she been born later and been the day and Bane the moon, it would have been she who would have suffered. It wasn't enough that they loved the blessing she was thought to bring. They had to love her, Blessing, the real one. But they didn't, and she killed them.

Why You Think They Should be Sicht?: see Tika i would think would be funny as a sicht, cuz i would have her so she is not aware of it. it just happens like a trance. she is a playful weird oddball, not too smart but thats ok. i can totally see her having a conversation with a ghost and other wolves like WTF? she'd be like "what you can;t see them? whats wrong with you guys!?" and everyone thinks she's got invisible buddies.
Spiritual-Past: Having conversations with friendly spirits or ghosts is a common one for her. any future type prediction or vision she has had, has been like a trance, so she doesn't remember it once she comes back to reality but basically she would be speaking in a trance of what she sees and what is to come.
History:
Possibly passed on from a distant relative like a grandparent, but her parents abandoned her at a young age for her odd weirdness and trances or talking to nothing they could see. she was raised by forest animals who took pity on her and became her friends and family. this attributes to her weirdness lol.

Fuzzy
User Image
Why You Think They Should be Sicht?: Fuzzy is based on my IRL pet and she have crossed the rainbow bridge on August 25, 2011. But Fuzzy, personality wise, is very spiritual and is very accepting of everything. So I could definitely see her as a sicht
Spiritual-Past: Most wolves would have said that it is a curse or a blessing to be able to see into the future but Fuzzy percieves it as mixture of both however she doesn't use that ability to her advantage. She might be able to see into the future and communicate with ghosts but she refuse to manipulate that to her or her family's advantage.
History:
The sicht abilities have been embraced by her family for generations after generations because they believe that sichts are there to guide others and be medium between the alive wolves and their lost ones. However, the family didn't have a sicht for 3 generations and Fuzzy is the first one born so she have been training since she was a pup to hone her abilities and use them to guide others and help them out if its possible. It taught Fuzzy to be more accepting of everything because she have seen so much that others wouldn't normally see.
