This is a list of things I would like to see in this subforum based on suggestions from members and some ideas of my own. They're all suggestions, so if you decide that you'd like to organize a different way then it is up to you to do so, Hikari.
☐ Artist profiles. I think it would be great to have one thread per artist on the committee in here. The first post should be their name and a short blurb on their interests and their specialties. The second post can be samples of their work as thumbnails, not links, and the last post can be what they are currently working on. They can post their progress on their projects in their thread.
☐ Art requirement thread (for rooms.) We don't have rooms yet, but once we do I'd like to see a thread with one post per room so we can keep track (with links) of the art and graphics done for each room.
☐ Shop sign ups. Have a thread PER shop or auction that art comittee members are interested in volunteering for. Keep track of how many pieces of art each artist is committed to in this thread, as well as in their artist profiles. This can also double as a track record for the art committee to keep track of completed projects.
