- The purpose of this thread will be to have a reusable template that can be used for each Gaia site event where we want to have a guild thread. I'll keep the code for the thread layout in a spoiler box for easy access so anyone in the crew can post the event thread. Colors used for the thread don't have to be kept the same and can easily changed out for each individual event. Any accompanying graphics for each event will be kept here until the event forum is created.

The BFAA, the Barton Chamber of Commerce, and Ian are pleased to announce the annual Barton Town Easter Egg Hunt. Shop owners all over Barton are hiding colorful eggs for you to find. All around the Barton Square, in the neighborhoods, and out in the West Barton fields you'll find hand colored eggs just waiting to be discovered. The more you find the more prizes and goodies you'll receive.
On Easter Sunday the town of Barton will host their annual Easter Parade. It's an old fashioned walk up and down the streets of Barton in your Easter finest. So break out your Easter Bonnets and join the people of Barton Town for the Easter Parade. It'll be festive fun, beautiful spring clothing, and a town picnic after the parade. So come and join in all the Easter fun with the BFAA, Chamber of Commerce, and of course the Easter Ian.

The Barton Fort of Athletes and Artists (BFAA) was founded as a place where members of Team Barton from the 2012 Rejected Olympics could gather together in a fun hangout in the spirit of community formed during the event. The BFAA was founded in the final days of the 2012 Rejected Olympics in August of 2012 by Anolis18, Arcueil of Huron captain of the Nightravens, and MasturChef captain of the Sunriders. The Fort is more than just a place for the members of the Nightravens and Sunriders to continue their friendship with one another. It is a place for all members of Team Barton to continue the bonds of friendship and community formed during the 2012 Rejected Olympics as crew members brought together people from all corners of Team Barton.
The Barton Fort of Athletes and Artists is a place for anyone who participated in any aspect of the 2012 Rejected Olympics, either in the flash spaces or the event forums. The number one goal of the guild is to continue and extend the community formed during that event. The extension of this community is seen each day in the guild and through events held in the flash spaces and zOMG. Now we are preparing to expand the guild and open our doors, but it will stand that the center of this guild will always be Team Barton, and the captain, vice captains, and crew hope that the founding of the Barton Fort of Athletes and Artists is remembered by the members throughout the life of this guild.
The inspiration for the guild can be seen in the two threads that became the foundation for the Barton Fort of Athletes and Artists.

Say hello to Bartob the official mascot and mule for the Barton Fort of Athletes and Artists. He's a big fan of Ian, Barton Town's number one resident, and loves to dress up in his favorite Ian inspired suit and official commemorative Ian hat. Bartob's official role at the Barton Fort of Athletes and Artists is guild treasurer. His unofficial role is the Ian cosplayer for the Barton Fort of Athletes and Artists. Want to give a gift of gold or items to the Barton Fort of Athletes and Artists? Bartob will be very happy to take your donations for the official guild pool.
