Ramen Ichiraku (ラーメン一楽, Rāmen Ichiraku) is a small restaurant in Konohagakure, which serves ramen (ラーメン, rāmen). It is also Naruto Uzumaki and Iruka Umino's favourite place to eat. It is run by Teuchi and his daughter Ayame. The two consider Naruto their favourite customer and have never viewed him in a negative light. In Part II of the manga, Ayame goes on a trip and Matsu and Nishi are hired to replace her. Both are fairly inept and either spill the ramen they serve or accidentally stick their fingers in it. The bar was destroyed during Pain's invasion and a new one was built sometime after the invasion. In the anime, it can be assumed that Inari helped build the new bar, as he told Naruto he would build him an amazing Ramen Ichiraku.

Ryo folded his arms. Yakiniku was closed tonight. Well, that was a bummer. Ichiraku Ramen was opened at an extended time to obtain much more customers. The genin nodded. That was his destination. The curtain was risen. Ryo came to take an seat on the stool. Pyro was right behind him in his path. As usual, Tenchi welcomed him into the small restaurant. He later asked what he wanted to order. The genin rested a hand on his chin. A snap of a finger tapped in. "Yeah. I would like Tonkotsu Ramen (Noodles in a pork and beef broth). Please?" He responded. "Sure! Coming right up!" The man nodded and advanced to the outback. Ryo waited patiently on Pyro to arrive.

Still hard to believe someone letting her stay at their place and pay for food... even more when that someone is related to a criminal. She turn back to the man working at the stand. "Yo! Old man! Beef bowl with extra bamboo sprouts" She said as she knew she would get a bad look but she did not care as she look back at Ryo as she grab some chopsticks as she spin them around in her hand a bit.

The man nodded to her. "Comin' right up!" He nodded. While the old man spiraled onto the kitchen, Ryo rested his arms on the counter. That aroma lingered. It made his stomach churn. There was nothing like Ichiraku Ramen. He felt a bit of nostalgia just from the though of it. Back in his days as a child. The boy spaced out from his surroundings. What an blast to the past, huh? His expression was well, expressionless. The genin snapped back to reality once Pyro said something. "Oh, um." He looked to Pyro. Before he could answer, the man came forth to deliver the meals for them to chow down on. It brewed the aroma. Ryo sniffed. That ramen in front of him smelled like an delicacy. "Here! Eat up. All nice and hot!" He laughed heartily. The genin grasped his chopsticks. Now to dig in. Ryo advanced to feasting upon his ramen.

Pyro looked to the old man a little oddly. She does not come the noodle stand to much when she was a kid. She like rice and grill beef then noodles. However ths could not help but wonder a bit why the old man did not see at her with the same eyes as the other villagers. She look back to Ryo who was spacing out until she spoke to him. However it was to late as the old man got the noodles done in a flash and Ryo was already digging in. She blinked seeing him eat noodles like he has not ate in weeks.
Pyro could not help but laugh at him as she looked to the old man. "Some water" She said as she broke her chopstick apart and started on her noodles. She was not fast at eating it but she sure had a smile on her face. She needed this... even if it might be a trap of some kind. She does not care how or who set this up.. she was just enjoying it.

He looked to Pyro, in which was currently eating. He reeled in the remains of noodles. The steaming hot noodles slithered down under into the abyss of his stomach. Boy, that was good. "Oi. Ryo stranded the chopsticks of his within the bowl. He stared into the bowl. Well, that was the end of that session. The hollow bowl stood before him. All that tasty ramen had ceased to exist. He looked to Pyro. In addition to her comment, he chuckled. "Well. Can't help, but chow down y'know. Hehe." The genin turned to look at the area in front of him. A boiler stood in the background, along with other exotic ingredients that stood upon the shelves. He could make out two people cooking the food in the kitchen. The aroma of fresh noodles as usual lingered in the air. His keen eye continued to examine the area around him. The other customers were seated beside them while some were waiting patiently outside for their later meal. Ichiraku was getting some business tonight it seems. "Anyway. The ramen tasted great." He added.

There was a long pause for a moment in her eating and thinking it seemed. Pyro shivers at the thought of it. Yeah she better keeps her mind on what she eating. She like the noodle but she still like grill beef over rice better. She was almost down when he said the ramen tasted great. "I'm still un-for sure how you even tasted it..." For now, it was too late to venture some of the others neighboring stores. They were probably closed as well. Ichiraku Ramen were halting the business for now and closed up shop. Maybe it was time to head back home to rest from the past endeavors. Though, it wouldn't hurt to check anyway, wouldn't it? "Wanna go check anyway? It might be open for all we know." Ryo suggested, standing up from his seat. He proceeded to lift the flap and enter outside.
