Hello.
I recently joined the guild because I'm looking to hone my rp skills and to scratch the bad itch I have to role play. Here's a little bit about me and my roleplaying skills/ preferences:
>I'm considered semi-literate but I'm guilty of posting one liners at times.
>I only roleplay with people who use proper grammar though I have been known to abuse commas. I'm getting better at it I promise!
>I like to join roleplays in the very beginning or only a few pages in as long as there isn't any major drama or plot twists going on already.
>I like 1x1 and small group roleplays but really the issue is, I don't want to come home from a 9 hour shift at work and have 10 pages of posts to read.
>I can work with any genre but I prefer Hetero Romance, Fantasy, and Superhero/Mutant.
> I have a thing for villains in real life so my roleplay characters tend to as well.
>When I find RPers that I like, I add them to my Friends List so I can always keep them close. I also like to get to know people I roleplay with. I'm a caring person.
Let me know if I sound like someone you would like to rp with! I have a lot of time to be on but I do work 2 jobs and go to college so bear with me.

Hey~ Welcome to the SDRP! Right now we've got our big Summer Event thing going on but we hope to get back to doing more stuff with the guild once that wraps up. You should check it out though. The contest is full I believe but you can still bet on your favorite fighter, donate to the Charity Auction, or just wander into the audience RP for some casual fun. It's real laid back but a good place to meet some of the more active guild members and show off your RP skills. And it's not moving very fast so you don't have to worry about getting swamped after a long day of work. If you're not interested in that then take a look at our RP Lists to see if there's anything there you might like.

Hey there!
I like villains a bit too, so you're not alone there. wink
I can relate to being in college and having a job, but I don't think I have the strength to take on two jobs. You are a tougher person than I. What major are you and what are your jobs if you don't mind me asking?

I am a team member at Harkins Movie theatre and a respite provider for my brother who has autism.

I am a team member at Harkins Movie theatre and a respite provider for my brother who has autism. Oh wow. Nursing? Better you than me. I am a geology major (what can I say, I like rocks), and medicine has always seemed to fly over my head. That, and I've always been a bit nervous around needles. Then to balance that with your jobs...yep, you're definitely a stronger person than I. But I don't think you're going to have to worry about coming back from work and finding out you missed 10 pages here. So is there any genre of RP that you're really interested in doing right now? Romance, fantasy, heroic tales? All three combined in one?

I really want to do a romance with a villain of some kind but I'm open to most genres. I'm only looking for hetero and nothing WAY off the radar. I had a request to do vore the other day and it was a scary thought in itself. I declined!

I've actually tried donating blood three times and being denied for three seperate reasons (too young, low iron level, and then then weighing too little for my height). But if I have to be the one holding the needle to draw blood/put stuff in? Noooo thanks. If you're looking for an obvious villain to romance, you might enjoy Ever After Academy where you've got fairy tale princesses/princes/villains/whathaveyou. It's quite slow right now, I'll warn you about that. If you're looking for a chance to have romance with a potential villain, you might enjoy Elsewhere: In the Land of Lost Things. No one is a straight up villain or hero, but everyone has varying shades of gray (especially since everyone is considered lost in there). And you've got plenty of fantasy to work with and a good number of people to do romance with.

Vore *shiver* I'm pretty sure that violates Gaia TOS. In several ways. Glad you turned it down. So are you looking for playing a villain in a romance with another villain or a villain with a hero/innocent or playing a hero/innocent in a romance with a villain? I would also recommend Elsewhere for this as the world is huge and allows for just about anything. Don't be turned off by how long it's been running either (what's on this forum isn't even a tenth of it). Elsewhere's an old world with a long story but it's designed specifically to let people jump in at any point and do as much, or as little, as they like with it. There's also a very handy scenes system which allows players to go at varied paces depending on what groups they are with so you don't have to worry about getting flooded with posts (just stay away from the faster groups).
