The day burned brightly, the hot sun glaring daring the lions and other species to wander into it's rays. Sabia`Deimos enjoyed leaping into dares head on and thus found her weary self wandering about, near the den of course. Within that den lay her bundles of joy, correction, their bundles of joy. Sabia took pride in seldom many things. This included a short list of herself and Crue truly. Now she had another 6 reasons to be prideful. All of them carried such beautiful markings, it carried a bit of trauma for her to see them for times here and there. Though she could not bear to mention it to her on again, off again 'mate' she was a bit hesitant in raising the group.

Recalling a horrific past of her own, she grew self-hateful and began detaching herself slowly from the group every now and again, fighting it more than letting it win. These cubs would be raised properly, with care and precision. Real killers champions, or atleast she hoped. Certainly with Crue still in the picture they would turn out right, the beauty of having two willing parents combining their strengths to create great little beasts. She purrs softly, the sun relaxing her anger and soothing the stiff muscles that were strained few weeks ago from staying with the cubs after birth. Shockingly Crue cared for her more than she had presumed, she knew he treated her well.. in a sadistic sort of pattern, which she enjoyed. But he certainly had a special place in his heart for her and vice versa.

Finding nothing of interest outside of the den she returned to it's entrance, not thirsty, not truly hungry, but very content with the situation she was in. Though being a Mother softened her some, she was still a loon and a beastly creature. She'd quickly remind anyone whom chose to cross her. But for now, she felt compelled to stay near.

A small stirring noise, then soft purrs of contented cubs. "Be still my children.." She cooed gently, never trying to hide the smile that came to her maw when she spoke about them.

Crue had never heard Sabia claim herself to be his, but.. deep down he felt that she was. He never really wanted to own anyone, unless they were a slave and he could hurt them just to do it. But Sabia, she could hurt him back, and though he enjoyed pain.. He wanted to do more than just cause pain to someone. So seeking out Sabia for that reason wouldn't be a good idea.

His claws unsheathed, he walked through the path that he smelled her on. She had been this way not long ago. He hated that he was having to seek her out, but she hadn't been where they had said they would meet up. He had worried initially about her safety, but the closer he got to her scent, the more he knew she was fine. Though something was strange, as there was more than just one scent intermingling with hers.

He heard her voice, and knew he was close. It echoed within the den walls and he smiled as he made his way to the dark entrance. He knew she was in there, and he hoped for her sake, it wasn't with another male..

Though once his eyes landed on the female, he came to the realization that she was with no males.. But with a few little bundles that were busy purring and snuggling around her. He perked an ear, an eyebrow raising as he looked into Sabia's golden orbs.

"What is this, my pet?" He asked. His voice as cold as it ever was, but that hint of affection lingered behind it.

One little thing had slipped the twisted mind of Sabia`Deimos, though she imagined a great Father figure of Crue, and knew he'd do well by her and the bundles. She had let it slip her mind to actually tell him of a couple things. Upon noticing an odd difference in herself she immediately sought different grounds, not avoiding the male, not avoiding anything, but keeping herself safe. The first few kicks startled her, and lead her down a new path. One she would never be able to turn back on, she was pregnant.

Giving her head a good stiff shake upon hearing paw steps she got up slowly. Not out of being unable to protect the young individuals in her care, but because she knew the smell. The scent seemed to twist and wrap itself around her, weaving in her pelt and nose. She heaved in the calming aroma and blinked briefly before she saw, nearly nose to nose was her man, Crue. She held herself back, a slow purr rising with the inhale and slowing with an exhale.

"Crue.. m'dear..." She cooed gently, she hadn't completely thought through a meeting, he had never mad an attempt to completely pursue her, but she knew better. They were a meet in the middle pair, not the typical 'couple', not close to one at all. In fact they weren't, though they had tendencies. When she stood a small cub opened his eyes, a deeper gold than her own. He bore bright green on his underbelly and a wing, much like his Mothers. The black however was driven home to the Father, Crue. Though clearly he was unaware.

Quickly she hushed the cub and lulled it to sleep with quick and quiet words. His voice was a concern to her, he seemed.. nearly heart broken? Something in the way he communicated came off cold and she found herself putting her guard up. "Do you remember.. one of our more recent faithful nights..." She spoke coldly in return, finding the defense kicking in, upset with herself and him. She had been doing a fine job caring for them, if he were going to act this way, she'd fight him here and now, force him away. But before violence took hold, she would test his memory.

When he saw her, he noted about how lovely she was. He had forgotten how beautiful his little hellion was. She had dreamt about her often, and it was always her dancing in the fire. A dream that had kept him going in her absence. She was glowing, her body a youthful, healthy sight that made him purr with excitement. Normally he would be trying for other things.. but upon seeing the little ones, he knew now was not the time. Perhaps a little later, once he had met them all. He just hoped for her sake, the little bundles were his own.

His tone softened a bit when she asked him the question. He knew in that moment, that they were his. He could see the reds and blacks, and then even some vibrant greens and oranges. He knew those colors had to have come from their mother. But he was happy to see no completely white cubs, that were common in his line. He may not have returned to the demon lands, however he still carried their ideals in a few ways..

"I do indeed.. So I am assuming that they are mine?" He asked, and though he knew, he wanted her to confirm it. They didn't smell like him like he'd expected they would. No, they smelled just like her, and it was intoxicating.

"Hold your temper pet. Your motherly instinct will do you no good if you fight with the father of your brood, right?" He asked, and arched an eyebrow. Moving closer, before she could speak on it, he placed a paw under her chin, to force her eyes to look at his.

"Did you miss me, baby?" He purred with a mischevious smile.

A smart, smart lion he was. Bright enough to understand upon visual reference and a stern voice from her, that they were indeed his. Upon thought, she really hadn't been intimately with another male upon interacting with Crue. His name, she paused her mind briefly just to simply think it, think him and boom she was ready for more 'faithful nights'.

"Ofcourse they are yours.. how could I den another when you roam the roguelands.." She gave a teasing growl, joyful for the moment, that the cubs were probably snoozing and weren't old enough to yet care what their parents said or did in front of them. She was just so happy to have him back, but she wouldn't let on to that, until she couldn't hold it in anymore. Then his next set of words slipped out, she had gone from angry to grumpy and was sane enough to recognize him as correct, smartly, he was better in-tact than beaten to bits. "I'll try and learn to control the motherly instincts.. but I wouldn't test them hun..." She growled, an uncontrolled grin slipped free, showing she was simply teasing.

With a quick movement of his paw the grin slipped away, a fire burned in her eyes and he won her over, easily, no fights or seconds between it. She purred, a grin spreading onto her face and eyes alight. "Oh Crue.. you don't know the half of it.. I ache for you on so many levels.." She meant more than one, really! It just so happens the emotional attachment, was not one of the more focused ones...

Then a small 'growl', a weird sound really, startled her out of her aches. The small boy had toddled up to the pair, large golden orbs staring straight at Crue, the strange male whom had been touching his Mother. Sabia instinctively swiped up the cub to bring him to their eye level. "Meet your Father little one..." Her voice had changed drastically, a soothing, Motherly hint swirled in it, her eyes were on Crue though, awaiting a reaction.

Crue knew he was smart. He knew that he had a lot more going for him, than his father. His father was malicious, but he could be stupidly arrogant. Crue was arrogant, and still he was smarter than the average lion. His mind always thinking, always working.

"Good. I didn't want to have to be angry with you." He said when she told him they were his. It made him feel pride, that he had given her so many. So many little monsters that would terrorize the land with them. He found himself feeling that instinct to protect his brood.. and the mother of them. When she said that she hadn't denned with anyone else, he leaned over nipping along her neck affectionately. He had been with another lioness, a pale, white lioness that he had raped and beaten so badly. He had liked her.. though he kept tabs on her, as to know if he had sired any cubs with her. Though he knew he'd never admit that to Sabia. Ever. Because as far as Sabia was concerned, he took her willingly, and came back to her.

"I don't know what I'd do if you didn't ache for me baby. I had been wondering about your well being when you failed to meet me. Though I see now, you were smart in keeping yourself safe. I knew there was a reason that I wanted to bless you with my seed." He grinned, cocky, yet proud.

He had been debating asking her to go away for a few moments.. just to have a little fun in their reuniting. But then he heard the sound. Looking down, he saw the green ball of fluff had wandered over to him.

"So you.. You are my son. A handsome strong boy, no doubt." The male grinned, leaning in to smell him, and to also rub his scent on the boy. Any male catching scent of Crue, would know to turn the other way. Because Crue would do just about anything to keep the small family safe.

"What did you call them?" He asked Sabia, his eyes looking back at her once he had finished looking at his son.

The pride seemed to gleam from the bold males maw, he was glowing, as much as an all black lion could, with nearly pure bliss at the thought of the whole situation. This brought ease to the once tense Sabia and she relaxed a little more when he began speaking to the cub. He seemed just about to ask her something, something she was sure she'd regret not hearing him out. But when his voice hit home she was instantly a melted heart.

The little boy was actually nameless, so was his twin, the triplet to the set already had a personality and name, but she held out so as to include Crue in the family that much more. "Well.. " She began slowly, not sure if he would consider it a silly notion to leave two boys without names. "I thought, as a surprise you.. as the Father could name this boy, and his flame-red twin brother as well." She smiled broadly, hoping he took the idea well, perhaps he had names and would have been disappointed the other way around.

At this point the green ball of fluff had taken to his Father very quickly, shuffling from his Mothers clutch to sneak a closer peak at the grand body before him. Hope gleamed in his eyes that one day he'd be much like his Father, large and certainly in charge. Sabia gazed proudly at her son. "I am sure he is strong, he gets the handsome from his Father.." She spoke seductively once more, she knew the spark would return later in teh day when the cubs were truly down for a sleep.

Green Ever After

Crue had never thought he had the room inside him for anything besides anger, and domination. He had always been the type to want to destroy anything good in the world. It was in his blood. But as he looked into the cubs bright yellow eyes, he found himself feeling a new feeling. He wasn't sure if it was love, pride, or even the idea that he had prodigny that would be as bloodthirsty as himself. He didn't know, and frankly he didn't care.

He waited for her words, growing irritated when she spoke as slowly as she did. Sometimes he wished she would just get on with it, but he supposed it was her love for the cubs that caused her to be so cautious. He had never seen Sabia love anything, and it was endearing that he was seeing it now, towards the brood he had sired.

"Oh really? Well that was clever thinking on your part. I'm sure I could come up with some dark names indeed." He smiled maliciously, before sitting and putting his paw to his chin in a thinking manner.

"I've got it." He said, lifting the small cub up in his powerful paws. He could easily dispatch the cub with one single claw, but he refrained. The likelihood that he would kill one of his cubs was slim.

"You. You are going to be like a dark spirit in the lands, aren't you my son? You are an Abbadon." He cast a look to Sabia, and grinned.

"I think it's quite fitting."

It was like watching a storm unfold into the beauties of the aftermath. Crue was opening up into a lion she thought she'd never see, though Sabia was sure had she mentioned something he'd recoil. But he was indeed staring at the cub with something similar to love in his eyes, and if there was not love, it was pride. The cubs would certainly be raised properly, her fears were laid to rest right then and there. She felt a whole lot better already.

The impatience, he had been impatient since day one, she took her time, where he rushed more often than not. But his impatience amused the heck out of her, to literally no end. So this time was no difference, though it was partly because this was a serious conversation, cubs were not something to be joked about. The cub had been purring and making little noises while the two of them spoke, then was startled as Crue leaned forward to grasp him in his paw.

Sabia watched closely as the first real Father and Son moment occurred, burning it into her mind, Crue with a small, fragile body in his paws grasp and not even contemplating crushing it. It was purely unbelievable. Though being his spawn, is probably what saved the little guys life.

---

Abbadon... it had a certain mix of tones coming from the giant lion holding him. He was certainly going to grow up like this male. He gazed proudly up at his Father. Though he could not speak, Abbadon smiled and showed his approval by immediately trying to get closer to the males face. Adventurous, certainly that is what he would be known for. Upon getting moving he started for the based of the paw and showed true that he aimed to climb the arm attached to it.

His Mother saw his intentions and panicked slightly, he immediately felt the back of neck pulled and he was annoyingly placed back at the paw. Though he intended to start up again, he made the regretful mistake of looking to his Mum. She bore that look of 'I dare you', he knew that was the end of that for now.

---

"Abbadon is more than suiting. I hope all of our cubs will grow to be dark spirits.. though it appears Abbadon will certainly leave a stamp on these plains." She smiled, holding back the overgrown pride for their little family. Then she suddenly remembered the other twin, whom was still happily slumbering. When she turned to find him, she almost couldn't.

Upon some investigation and worry she spotted him, by himself, without his green twin to keep him company. They had chosen quite a dark spot to sleep, perhaps an omen? She smiled warmly at the thought. The darkness was their friends for sure. Sabia picked him up slowly and let him wake up a little before dropping him next to Abbadon in their Fathers large paw, though two barely fit.. they made it work.

"This little red-devil is also yours to name." She stated simply and a little more rushed. She didn't want him to wait on everything.

Green Ever After

He found himself wanting to put the cub down whenever he started trying to climb his paw. His claws were not as sharp as his fathers, but the cub still had plenty of power behind his little ones. He was tempted to put the cub down, heavily tempted, but he didn't have enough time to consider it as Sabia was putting another cub into his paws.

This cub was an exact twin of the other, except he had firey red fur where the other had bright toxic green. He had heard there were triplets, and he wondered what color the other cub was. In fact, he realized that he had never been told exactly how many little hellions had been born. He averted his eyes for a moment, seeing if he could count the darkened shapes. However it was in vain, as the darkness hid them all well. That part made him quite proud.

"A cub born of hellfire." He said, looking back to the red cub. He grinned again, rather liking the idea that he would shape these cubs into what they would grow to be.

"Ahriman." He said simply. A dark, evil name suited the male just fine. He found himself rather excited that he had been part of naming them. Though he wasn't likely to thank her for such consideration.

"What are the others names?" He asked. "Actually.. how many are there?"

(The cubs are Mehg, Crowley, and Tenebris xD)

Mentally, Sabia dove off into her own little world, the drift was partially because pain had taken to her once again. She hadn't thought much about the number of cubs and had probably been running on adrenaline of defending them for the duration of their lives because the pain, simple and true hit her whole self, perhaps she was stiff.

Sabia took this option into consideration and shifted where she was seated, that seemed to help a little bit, but her body was not satisfied with this. Trying hard to ignore it she focused on his voice, the voice which was filled with confidence and excitement, fortunately it was intoxicating and her ability to survive was greater. In a way she was grateful he had shown up when he did. The cubs would be defenseless if this happened when they were alone.

"Ahriman..." She says with a slow grin, accepting the name in her own way. She watches the black and red cub wriggle and move as he hears his Fathers thunderous voice. Then Ahriman does the cutest thing and attempts a small and feeble roar at his Father. The situation simply made Sabia smile more and began putting some more pain at ease. "There are..."

Her breath was taking briefly and she gave a great yawn. "There are eight little souls Crue.. I believe, this is enough to begin the great stages to an army." She smiled, "The others.. they are named Megh, Crowley, Tenebris, Braedi and.. the last name slips my mind."

"It seems the pain of labor and birthing are quickly catching up to me." She winces sorely, the names quickly slipping her mind. "I may need to rest Crue." Her eyes threw daggers at him, she was a Mother and a lover, but never one to admit when she needed the rest. But if there was any chance he were to go off on his own again, she would need her strength back to protect the little heirs to his legacy.
