Our Kingdom is a manga from yaoi-manga and it's really good.
It's basically about these two boys who are the same age and the heirs to something called the Takatou mansion.

They both somehow end up together and in love. Also, one of them practically gets raped about two or three times.

Ya I got the first one. The second one should be coming out soon. I liked it. The ending was cute in the first volume ^^ .
