The user breaths in like creating a gaint fireball but makes many small licks of flame that slightly resemble fireflies. Creates one to fifteen small phantom fireflies. These are beautiful to look at and light up an area when they flicker on and off like they are signaling. Excellent date jutsu, really impress your date.

C Rank - Katon: Hotaru Ryouiki (Firefly Regime)
Causes the fireflies summoned by Hotaru to explode in tiny fiery balls on their opponent. While only nuisances in themselves, they can deal a quite staggering amount of damage if the entire swarm blows up together.

By melding the elemental chakra around in the user hands, the user will be actually able to manifest pure fire in a small aura around their hands. This flame will dissipate shortly without fuel, however is useful nonetheless. This ability may be done nearly effortlessly. It can be thrown on the ground or in opponents as they crackle off small fire once it touches anything else.

A Rank - Katon: Exploding Fireworks
After doing the correct hand signals the user molds enough fire chakra in their hand creates a series of multicolored sparks. It looks like a sparkler that kids play with. Despite looking friendly and somewhat humorous, this jutsu is not to be taken lightly. The sparks are superheated and concentrated, easily capable of causing second to third-degree burns. Once connecting with a target via punch, palm, or claw, the sparks engulf the target and violently explode like fireworks, capable of leaving a crater can setting anything in the immediate area on fire.

It doesn't seem that strong for a C rank jutsu, an also maybe it's just me, but I sort of lack understand for it?

I know... I was trying to make another fire something and fireworks something and it just did not turn out right. I think about it and see if I can't make it better.... later on I wanted Pyro to use them later on... XD Add wind jutsu and Bam! powerful jutsu/real fireworks

A Rank - Katon: Haretsu Mannaka (Bursting Center)
By charging fire chakra in one's hand the user is able to engulf his hand into flames. The technique looks like there is a core fire going around the hand (small fire that makes a booming sound, hotter than a normal flame). The user can use the attack to smash through a object by making a hole in it. It's mechanics are just like the Chidori. It focuses a large amount of destructive power on one point.
