Summary:
The Stat Point System of ES is pretty simple. At each rank you'll be given an amount of Stat Points [SP] to distribute throughout your character's different statistical areas. For an example if a Genin has 30 SP to spend, you can decide whether you want to place all of those points into just two stat to make them excel in that statistical area over all others, or equally distribute all of the points into each stat to make your character more well balanced. As a genin however you cannot start off with 30 SP in any one stat. You may not "max out" any skill until chunnin rank.

Statistic Ranks
Depending on amount of Stat Points [SP] that you distribute to each stat, it's rank will vary. There are several different Statistic Ranks. They are measured as follows:

● Null Rank ▬ 0 SP ▬ No Experience Level
This occurs when you have 0 points for a certain stat. When this happens, your character is completely unable to access that stat as well as it's technique and or boosts.

● E Rank ▬ 1-4 SP ▬ Unexperienced Academy Student Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access 1 E rank level techniques only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of an Academy Student that hasn't even graduated to ninja status.

● E Rank ▬ 5 SP ▬ Academy Student Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access all E rank level techniques only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of an Academy Student that hasn't even graduated to ninja status.

● D Rank ▬ 6-9 SP ▬ Experienced Academy Student Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access 1 D rank level techniques only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of a Genin ranked shinobi.

● D Rank ▬ 10 SP ▬ Genin Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access all D & 5 C rank rank level techniques only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of a Genin ranked shinobi.

● C Rank ▬ 11-14 SP ▬ Experienced Genin Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access an additional 2 C rank level techniquesonly (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of a Chuunin ranked shinobi.

● C Rank ▬ 15 SP ▬ Chuunin Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access all C rank level techniques and & 4 B rank techniques only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of a Chuunin ranked shinobi.

● B Rank ▬ 16-19 SP ▬ Experienced Chuunin Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access 2 additional B rank level technique only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of a Tokubetsu Jonin ranked shinobi.

● B Rank ▬ 20 SP ▬ Anbu / Tokubetsu Jonin Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access all B rank level and 3 A rank techniques only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of a Tokubetsu Jonin ranked shinobi.

● A Rank ▬ 21-24 SP ▬ Experienced Anbu / Tokubetsu Jonin Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access 1 additional A rank level technique only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is in between to that of a Tokubetsu Jonin and Jonin ranked shinobi.

● A Rank ▬ 25 SP ▬ Jonin Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access all A rank level and 2 S Rank techniques only (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of a Jonin ranked shinobi.

● S Rank ▬ 30 SP ▬ Experienced Jonin Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access all S rank level techniques. (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is between that of a Jonin and Satoosa/Kage.

● S Rank ▬ 30 SP ▬ Satoosa/Kage Level
When you have this rank for a stat, you are allowed to access 3 S+ and 2 SS rank level techniques. (If said stat is either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Eiseijutsu etc..). In other cases it means your skill level for the stat is equal to that of an Elite Shinobi or village Kage.

Quality VS Quantity
Once you know your total amount of Stat Points for your character, Profession and Specialty SP bonuses include, you can choose to have either quality over quantity with your stats. The variety of your stats can be very small (for example, just three stats), but to make up for the lack of flexibility they will be very powerful thanks to a more condensed stat point distribution. Or you can choose to have quantity over quality, allowing your ninja to be versatile in many arts and techniques, but at the same time sacrificing the strength of those stats because of the more spread out stat point distribution.

SP Amounts by Rank
With each rank, the amount of SP you are granted for distribution amongst your various shinobi stats change. The differing amounts for each rank are as follows:

Genin ► [30 SP]

Chuunin ► [45 SP]

Tokubetsu Jonin ► [60 SP]

Jonin ► [75 SP]

Satoosa/Kage ► [90 SP]

Rank Differences: Speed

E Ranked Speed
This speed is about the pace an average village citizen walks and runs out. Nothing special about it, because it is a very slow pace for shinobi.

D Ranked Speed
The speed of Genin rank shinobi. The pace of this speed is normal ninja dashing and while it is faster than the speed of the villagers and makes it easier to get around, it is still a considerably slow pace for a shinobi.

C Ranked Speed
An increased speed version of the normal dashing pace. It is the average speed of a Chuunin rank shinobi. This level of speed is fair, since the speed seems to cause a slight blur along the edge of specific body parts when moved. The pace of this speed is referred to as decent. Only genin would have a hard time with this level of speed, but even then still be able to defend themselves against it.

B Ranked Speed
A good speed for a shinobi to have. At this point the ninja can move so fast that even their entire body can appear as blur of color and motion. This is the speed of Tokubetsu Jonin. Usually only those of the same rank and up can actually see the motion of this speed more clearly.

A Ranked Speed
Exceptional speed. The speed of a Jonin rank shinobi. With this level of speed achieved, the shinobi can vanish in and out of sight using a natural body flicker. The swift movement of this speed is so advance, only Jonin and up are known to be able to properly counter it. It is similar to the movement's of the Yellow Flash, Minato Namikaze.

S Ranked Speed
Frighteningly fast movement. A shinobi that has achieved this legendary level of speed can be classified as none other than someone with a speed of Sannin or Kage. The pace of one's movement at this speed is so quick that there is not a single warning of their movements, they simply vanish and reappear else where. In battle it is said that the speed is so fast the shinobi leaves after images of themselves while moving in a direction.

Clash Rule
If two attacks of equal strength stats clash, they will both bounce back from the point of impact. If not, the higher strength attack overpowers the weaker to break the clash.

Blocking / Guard Break Rule
If the attacker's strength stat is higher, character's guard is broken and the attack will follow through. If the strength of the attacker is weaker, the block will successfully defend.

Evasiveness / Accuracy Rule
If someone's speed is higher than their opponent's, they are able to evade attacks more often and their attacks in turn have a higher chance of landing. Depending on the difference in speed stats, the results may vary.
