Background: He was born in Metropolis and shortly after his birth, was kidnapped by an evil scientist. The evil scientist then ran to Jump City, where he and his associate's began to use him as a test subject to revive the dragon race.
They put him in a limited animation test chamber (can think, hear, and grow but not move,see or speak) and slowly over twenty years of torture. He was demoralized, dna transmogrification-ed and was programmed with knoweledge of the world, language in and out of the world and humanity.
Jace was taking on the shape and powers of a dragon and at the near end of his change, all he could hear was rustling, crashing and banging of metal. After twenty years, Jace could finally open his eyes and what he saw was the destruction of the lab and capture of the scientists by a guy near his age.
The guy had arms the shape of blades and a torso of kevlar, then at an instance( when the scientists where defeated), he changed into someone else. A dude of my height and around my age with raven black hair and red eyes. The scientists called him Shifter and so he's owed a huge debt of gratitude to Shifter .
Ability(ies): He can sprout dragon wings to fly, breath fire, has retractable claws, as well as enhanced strength and agility/speed. He also has samurai sword training, knows all languages in existence and speaks them fluently without hesitation and speaks it subconsciously (can automatically respond, and respond correctly to any language.)
