Rolling to see who will go first 1 Atarah, Uranus 2 Keelut, Polaris Feel free to rp as usual randomizing betweeen 1 and 3 for each post, or to pre roll the results and go back and fill the posts in after the fact.Rolling reference for ease* For every post in a battle thread make sure you randomize between 1 and 3. The number you get will determine what happened during that turn. 1 - Uh oh, looks like you missed this time! 2 - Yay a hit! Your opponent should subtract 1 hp in their next post. 3 - Excellent hit! Your opponent should subtract 2 hp in their next post. * Keep track of your HP on the top of each post you make please! When someone reaches zero the battle is over. (You can post once or twice more if you'd really like the two to wish each other well or what not) If the dice decide to be jerks and the battle just keeps going on and on and on I may step in and ask for you guys to roll dice for some outside event to help out. Hopefully it won't be necessary

Atarah, 3 HP Alright, so this was more her cup of tea. Atarah cracked her knuckles, grinning menacingly at the girl in front of her. Didn't even look like she could hurt a fly, much less win a wrestling competition, whereas the golden-haired girl had plenty of experience in grappling with people. Mostly people who she'd antagonized, mind, or tried to rip off in a deal (silly tourists, didn't they know that the people of Uranus were merciless when it came to money?). Not that trying to scam guileless travellers was very well looked on for a knight, but whatever, it wasn't like she was trying to win a Page of the Year award or anything. And the suckers were practically asking for it, anyhow. Giving off another ominous grin as the match started, Atarah immediately launched herself at the other girl. Some prissy page from Polaris, pah! She'd show her how things worked quickly enough. ((Atarah's appearance: Bright, curly golden hair kept short, dusky skintone and desert clothes, a lot of golden jewelry (bangles/rings/earrings) and henna tattoos))

She smiled, looking around the small wrestling area. This was not her sport. She wasn't sure that why she had sign up for this. Maybe it was because she wanted to test herself? She was more of a hunter and gatherer not someone he rumble and tumble. She looked at the other female, a page from Uranus. She was pretty very pretty and looked like she could hold her own so she wondered if she had a chance.
She quickly took her stance but before she was really ready to even get ready for an attack, boom the girl had grabbed her and she went falling down. "Ouff" Keelut said as she hit the ground. Ok that wasn't too bad. If that was all she had she could deal with this easily. She smiled and quickly got up moving towards the girl. "Now your in for it." she said with a soft grin

"Gwah!" Great bugger, what was this girl on? Whatever it was, the other page's attack knocked the wind right out of her and had her feeling more winded than she'd anticipated. This was even better than her own attack, and Atarah had thought that one was pretty smashing. No pun intended.
No, obviously she'd underestimated her enemy somewhere along the line. It wouldn't happen again - this time she'd get the cocky Polaris page, for sure! Determination written on her face, the golden-haired girl let out an (unneccesarily loud) battle-cry and launched herself at the brown-haired page again.
And missed. Completely. Oh sweet Princess, this was embarrassing! Quickly getting off the floor where her failed attack had landed her, Atarah quickly swiped at her nose to make sure landing on her face hadn't given her a nose-bleed. It hadn't, thank the Princess.
"You... you're better than you look." Alright, now it was on. Atarah narrowed her eyes, squinting at the other girl with a look of menace.

She smiled. She had got her and good! She jumped a little in joy and quickly moved backward to get away from her. If she knew one thing it was that she was going to attack once again.
She bounce back and forth from one leg to another. She was ready, she had a little more pip in he step as she was able to hit the other female. She watched as the other female charge at her and she cover in eyes as the other attack had hurt a little bit and she knew that she was going to hit harder this time since she had hit her so hard. She waited and then waited once more before moving a few fingers from her eyes. She looked down at the other female laying square down on her face. She blink and cocked her head o the left. She had missed? How was that even possible?
She let out a small laugh and move in for another attack. She hoped that she didn't hate her after this but she wanted to get this match over with. Keelut use all her power and landed right into the golden hair Page. She blinked and gently moved away hoping that hit was the end of the match.

Atarah ZERO HP (YOU LOSER ATARAH, YOU)
Oh Princess, this wasn't happening. It was not.
Except it kind of was and she'd just managed to completely lose to some freckled kid from Polaris. Polaris (mind you, Atarah had nothing against people from Polaris except when they were, well, kicking her a**). She'd managed to utterly lose in one of the few sports she was actually good at - fighting. Who'd have thought that she'd lose, with all that practice she'd gotten throughout the years? Atarah had never been shy of a fight, much as her minders had often wished she was; it was pretty common for her to lay into anyone she could get her hands on. She liked fighting. She loved fighting.
She'd lost at fighting. Slowly getting up from the floor, Atarah glared at the freckled girl from Polaris. Striding towards her opponent with brisk, graceful steps, she stopped about three centimeters from the other girl's face. Her eyes were narrowed, the line of her mouth hard as she gazed into the brown-haired girl's eyes. "So. You won. Congratulations, I guess."

She blinked. D-did...she actually win. Keelut, the small framed girl from Polaris had actually won. Wow, now there was a shocker. She was more of girl her threw things at a fight now actually fight hand to hand and she had actually won. She gave a small smile and wave to the crowd that was watching. she slowly shuffle her feet and looked to the girl she had just fought a few second ago. She looked mad.... and Keelut hope that she didn't hate her for winning but it was all fun and games, right?
She watch as the female move closer to her and looked down. "Err...t-thank you. It was pleasure to fight with you and I hope we meet again" she said still looking down. She move out of her and out of the area happy that she won her first match but scare to what was going to come with the other competitors.
