The Village Hidden in the Leaf is the first major settlement in the entire ninja world. It's foundation is marked by an alliance with the other 12 noble clans who will help lead Konoha. A basic economy has been set, and numerous housing districts have sprung up inside the village's perimeter. Shops have been set up and a legal system for which the village abides is being recognized as it's law. The mountain which rests behind Konoha is going to become a monument with which the other nations can recognize it's greatness. A massive, stone wall has been erected around the Hidden Leaf's perimeter, with two huge doors acting as a main gate lead to Konoha's town square.
