Character Description: Raku doesn't seem all that old considering he's in his 40's. He looks as if he is in his 30's, no one really knows why but, of course there is rumors. He is taller then most people. His hair is shorter with no streaks or anything. He usually where's casual clothes even though he has a high position. When going to formal things he'll wear the traditional raikage clothes even though he hates them.

Biography:
He grew up pretty normally for a Uchiha, he was expected of a lot and he performed how everyone expected him to. Sometimes he thought his parents were to hard on him and his sister but, he didn't do anything about it until he was about 25. When he was about 25 he got sick of how his mother and father treated him and his sister. He grabbed his sister and their stuff and he decided to run away to a different village. He went to the farthest place he could until he fell unconcious and woke up in Kumogakure. He figured it was a sign that he belonged there so he stayed there.
He continued to excel in genjutsu just as he always had. One day he was sent on a mission to kill a group of people. While his teammates used brute force he used his genjutsu, hiding. After a few more missions of doing this his friends eventually started calling him The Unseen warrior because he was never seen when he used his genjutsu. He was only seen if he wanted to be seen.
After a while he became extremely powerful this way, many people didn't know why he was called this. Mostly because most of his missions were the most top secret missions possible. One day the Rai kage died and Raku was elected Raikage by the council. After a couple months of them asking he finally decided that he would. After a while he decided that he liked the job.

Kori Shinchu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically because they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

With this jutsu Kurenai can make herself disappear so she can approach her target unnoticed. Once near her target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind him so they are unable to move. Once the target believes they are captured, Kurenai will appear from the tree and stab the target with a kunai.

Named after the Shinto god of the moon, this Genjutsu is one of the most powerful Uchiha jutsu enabled by the Mangekyō Sharingan. The Mangekyō user places the victim in an illusory world where all aspects, including the perception of time, are controlled by the user.
Uchiha Itachi uses this ability to inflict several days' worth of torment on his victims in an instant, which tends to leave the victim bedridden. However, Tsukuyomi is an enormous drain on the user, which discourages its frequent use. Itachi is seemingly only able to use it for the equivalent of three days maximum
