Rules OOC Rules Due to time constraints, each Team has 12 hours to make their posts.
Failure to post within that time period means they are forfeiting their turn
Read the instructions below carefully! It's kind of how this thing works.
First team to hit 0HP loses! Winner advances to the next round.
This battle is TEAM vs TEAM, and each member posts individually to attack.
This is for fun, so don't get too upset if you lose!
Battling How-To This is TEAM TURN BASED Battle! - Meaning all three members of Team 1 has to post before any members from Team 2 can! (Unless time constraints have team 1 players forfeit).
Each 'Weapon' has their own mechanics, which you will find below. Please adhere to your intrument's mechanics!
Roll first, and edit in your post with an RP'd action and the damage/hp stats!
Be very careful to keep track of all damage and remaining HP values!
No real Reaper Weapons will be used. Instruments have been provided if you don't want to break yours.

Guitarist Mechanics For the band member with the title Guitarist, even if it isn't. Weapon: Usually something Guitar-like Action: Smash your opponent with whatever flair you want! Mechanics: roll 2 6-sided dice (2d6) and subtract 4. If your result is 0 OR negative, your guitar breaks instead and you're on the sidelines for the rest of the match! Example 1: I roll a 4 and a 2. 6(total damage) - 4 = 2. Therefore, I do 2 damage Example 2: I roll a 2 and a 2. 4(my total) - 4 = 0. Therefore, my guitar breaks and I'm out! Vocalist Mechanics For the band member with the title Vocalist, even if it isn't. Weapon: Anything vaguely Skellyphone like. Megaphones included. Action: Yell into it to send a blast of sound! Or, you know, just shatter eardums with the pitch. You could even hit them with it if you wanted! Mechanics: Roll 2 6-sided dice (2d6) and subtract 6. Drummer Mechanics For the band member with the title Drummer, even if it isn't. Weapon: Usually something Drum-like. Action: Throw your drumsticks (or a piece of the drum set if you're THAT frustrated!), but beware, there might be rebound! Mechanics: Roll 2 8-sided dice (2d cool . The first dice is the damage you do to the other team, and the second dice is the damage done to your team! Example 1: I roll a 8 and a 3. I do 8 damage to the other team, and 3 damage to my team! are on Team A Vaseline, Oxy, and Mars are on Team B Team B is chosen to go first. Vaseline rolls to attack, edits post. Mars rolls to attack, edits post. Em D was in the zone, she was ready! She was pumped! They could do this! The judges were just biased! Favouritism! She was totally not going to cry!
Oh Jack she had been so terrible during the rehearsals and it was all her fault, Deadweight Device would be her new nickname!

The witch hesitantly began the beat when she finally noticed the other band.
Oh Jack...how...how could she battle Johnny?! She had just wanted to impress him and what happened to his pants?! Did somebody sabotage his pants? She gave TG a suspicious look, and would have said something but then she noticed something else.
Herryk was JD's drummer.
Herryk.
She had seen those magazine articles Herryk.
She knew what you were up to.
Emily Device's eyes blazed red.
The drumstick that shot toward the other drummer was aimed with the power of love.
"Shot through the heart mother-jacker!"

TG didn't know how Enzo got on the Sausage-fest Boil Band, but it was laughable. Not to mention it was with that boil JD that every ghoul had their panties melting for. Plah! TG's horns were bigger than his, and he was BLUE! What an UGLY color!
Still, to see Enzo, one of his workers, with this guy just got under his skin.
Taking his axe guitar, he aimed for the boil's doofy head and spun it about before aiming it, hoping to hear what skull on guitar sounded like.
TG did not account that he was rather, well, short. While he got a nice spin on the guitar before letting it go, a sharp angle of the guitar hit the ground, flipped up, started to spin towards Enzo and was nothing more than broken little pieces by the time it reached the boil's shoes.
Damn.

When Emily let loose her DoD (that's Drumsticks of Doom), Herryk let out a mighty bellow before hefting up his own DoD much like a mighty warrior would a harpoon or deadly spear or a pointy stick -- and he threw them towards the reaper ghoul.
And then he picked up his chair and threw that at her too.

Enzo glanced around the stage, brows furrowed.
Alright, so there had been a lot of... artistic differences along the way. Enzo had had his own opinion about their state of dress, but both the other boils had just... insisted. He could buy avant-garde. As for actual musical stylings, Mr. Danger had again been... frustrating. Somehow, though, it had all come together, and as far as the Reaper was concerned, it worked.
It was when they had been on stage for the actual audition that Enzo had begun to debate his recruiting decisions. Well, he did always support the man's showmanship, but he had completely nixed the scat-scores he had tried to talk him into, the demon replacing them with bore-some 'Yeah-yeah-yeah's'. They weren't bad but lacked the beat and tone he knew they needed.
Guitar itself did not come naturally. He had had lessons back when he was a scareling, but it lacked the bom-diddle-om-boms of the bass- he taught the line to The Boss, at least, but as they stepped into the Arena, who knew where the bass had wheeled off to. Chasing rats no doubt.
He was still stewing over the judge's score, bitterly pouting as he shuffled in with the rest of his band mates. Speed it up or slow it down? Was it possible to do both at once? Fast music slow voice? Slow music fast vocals? Johnny preferred to Wail over Jiving. Not enough time to prepare- He strummed at the bottom notes of his guitar but his thoughts were interrupted by the sudden eruption of guitar pieces at his feet.
A rat leaped through, grabbing a small shard of shattered wood to run off with as a new gnawing-stick while he picked up a shiny pick-up, wires dangling like sad entrails. "HEY! Who's bumpin' off instra-" He hesitated when he realized just who had thrown the poor instrument, brows raised. "The hell you doin', midget?"
The battlers surged forth beside him, throwing drumstick and shouting battle cries, and he blinked as his brain caught up with the times. "Oh I see!" He pocketed the hardware that looked the most valuable before stalking towards the Imp with a widening grin, black shapes scurrying along at his heals.
"Very Avant-Garde then. I dig it." The vintage guitar in his own hands swung, and he was pleased by the exciting clang of discord it sent up his strings. He swung again, trying to keep some semblance of rhythm. It would have been easier to be deliberate about each strategic discord if TG would stop squirming...

Emily nearly dissipated with the power of JDs seductive commands. She had just read 50 Shades of Gore and it had given her all sorts of ideas that hearing his voice sparked off in terrible ways. Fighting off her swoon and the damage from that skank Herryk's chair, Emily whipped out a second pair of sticks, proceeded to put all her frustrated desires into a rocking drum solo, and then threw her chair with the power of angry fangirl.

TG had nothing. He was left, defenseless and weaponless, staring as Enzo took a piece of his gutted guitar and shoved it into his pocket. It had been customized just for his small statute, and even painted with such pretty flames. He really wanted to be cool and rock out, and now he was left with his tail dead on the ground as a wave of depression hit him stronger than any beats.
Then Enzo arrived, and looking up with wide, big eyes, he was then smacked with a guitar over and over again. His thick skull make a nice sound, especially when it was heard vibrating inside the imp's skull, making him yelp out as he was beaten over the head. Even though he didn't have hair, the curled tips of his horns got caught in the strings, yanking him up and then slamming him down each time Enzo lifted up his guitar.
"I should have just stuck to the violin!!!" He whined.
