She worried about the chibi senshi of honey quite a bit. Chibis in general if truth be told but in this personal crisis she was good at being distracted. Tonight she was looking for Ambrosia specifically and had been for the past few nights just to see how the little girl was doing. There was no guarantee she'd run into her. She hadn't the past few times she'd looked, but the knight had to try. It was better than worrying.
She scouted the elementary school and did not see the young girl. Then turned the park by the library. If nothing else her husband might come and find her. He knew her power signature well and though she didn't feel him yet she might soon enough. The emerald haired woman took a seat in a part bench nestled inside some trees. The summer breeze was blowing cool and surrounded by trees she felt good.
A buzzing noise caught her attention and she looked left to follow it. A honey bee hive was hanging from a large tree branch and Shalott laughed aloud to see it. That, at least, was fitting. She'd found some honey tonight, just not what she was looking for.
((lame start is lame. >.< ))

Truth be told her first run in with Shallot has shaken Ambrosia. Whenever she ran into senshi that were older than her, they accepted her help without much scrutiny. But her run in with knights....they always questioned her, asked her why she was out fighting crime like super heroes do. It made her uneasy, like she might be doing something wrong. She didn't think that helping stop people from getting hurt was a bad thing, but as the question of her age cropped up more and more, she began to have doubts. She didn't like doubts. Not one bit.
So after a day or two of self reflection, she decided that yes, she was young. And she knew her parents wouldn't be very happy that she was out at all hours of the night. Actually, they would be downright furious. She would probably be grounded until she died of old age. But she still managed to sneak out of her room this summer night and trot down the road in her fuku. Right or not, she was given these powers, and she wanted to use them.
Her initial patrol circled her neighborhood, making sure her friends and family weren't in any immediate danger. The next place she went to was around the library. The library was the throne of books, an archive of alternate worlds. She couldn't bear to lose all of that imagination fodder.
A twinge made her freeze, boots clicking to a halt. Someone familiar was sitting on a park bench. Someone with very green hair. She clicked her tongue in confusion and trotted across the street towards Shallot, waving her entire arm towards the Knight.

Ambrosia's child-like enthusiasm made her chuckle as she watched the chibi senshi's approach. It was refreshing to see someone who still liked the job and could keep a smile on their face. Her own growing doubts were something to be wrestled and sorted through, in time. Right now, though, she was happy to have the little one there. She waved back tentatively.
"Hello there, Ambrosia. Out all alone?"
She tried not to let that sound concerned or alarmed though that was how she felt. Every time she saw a child alone out and about, powered up or not, her mothering instincts screamed that it was a bad idea. She just wanted to escort the little girl home and make sure she's tucked into bed properly. But that would be a bit too much, and possibly condescending. So she wouldn't. She trusted after their last encounter that the chibi would be careful.
"Have you come across anything to be concerned about?"
Shop talk was probably better to be done with first and if there were youma in the area she wanted to know about it. These were her stomping grounds, too. Shalott didn't immediately move to get up, rather enjoying her time outside enjoying the breeze. It made her happy.
"Are you alright my dear? How have you been? You look well."

Ambrosia nodded, lowering her arm as she finished her approached. Her last encounter with Shalott came to her mind, but the chibi senshi shook it away. Maybe this time would be different.
"Yep, out alone tonight. Actually, unless Lenka is with me, I am alone most nights." At first she had thought it was lonely, but now she kindof liked being by herself at night. It gave her time to think about stuff she normally would not.
She shook her head side to side, antenna bouncing with the gesture. "I haven't seen anything tonight. Well, I thought I saw a youma earlier, but it turned out just to be a big dog." It had frightened her at first, until the mutt had come from the shadows, wagging its tail and barking a couple of times in a friendly way. "I'm ok." she added, taking a seat on the bench next to the knight. "We have to do a two mile run in gym class next week, and I don't think I can do it. But other than that, I'm good."
"How are you?"

"I've met Lenka, I think."
Senshi of Watermelons if she remembered and very enamored of the Star Wars movies. It had been a while since she saw Lenka or really any chibi to speak of. Foolishly she hoped it was because those senshi were not very active. The woman could not suffer to see any child hurt. A mother hen she was destined to be for the rest of her life because that role fit her best.
"I'm glad you have someone to patrol with. That makes me feel much better."
As they sat on the bench she smiled and enjoyed the feeling of being around a child again. She taught high school - those kids were grown. Her own daughter was nearly grown, too. It was not often that she got to talk to younger children. Kyn was very quickly having to deal with the idea that she was no longer needed by her own baby and that was a very hard concept to grasp.
"I'm sure you'll be able to run that two miles just fine. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for. After all, you fight monsters don't you?"
Not that she was comfortable with that but if bringing it up helped encourage the girl what the hell. It could be borne.

"She's great!" Ambrosia gushed. "We practice after school on the playground so that we can move through unknown terrains!" She ignored the fact that they were a part of the city, and there weren't going to be many different terrains other than concrete and grass. "And we also play soccer so I can get better at aiming my Honey Shoot!" Her face flushed with excitement that she tried to contain.
"Lenka makes me feel like I'm a real superhero." she said, quieter now.
Her excitement quelled when the subject of monsters came up. She wasn't fond of youma; they didn't understand reason. But they paled in comparison to Negaverse agents.
Or DMC.
She shivered. "Yeah I fight the monsters sometimes. They aren't too bad to beat up because I don't think that they really have feelings. At least, I'm pretty sure. They don't really talk either."

It was equal parts amusing, reassuring, and heartbreaking to hear about how Ambrosia and Lenka stuck together and practiced. It was reassuring, of course, to think that the girls stuck together and could back one another up should things get dangerous. She often wished she had more back up than she usually got while she was patrolling, despite her boyfriend being a knight as well.
It was heartbreaking for Kyndall for obvious reasons. She didn't think little kids needed to have this kind of pressure on their shoulders. The way Ambrosia spoke of it, it was like pretending or going on an adventure. It should have been no more dangerous than that, but it wasn't.
"You are a super hero," she agreed, "and I'm sure you help many people."
After all, getting rid of even one youma saved countless people from energy draining.
"I don't think they have feelings either."
She wasn't going to share that she'd heard a theory that youma used to be people, ordinary people, because it would only hurt the girl. Besides, she'd never heard of a youma having feelings so even if they were people their humanity was long gone by then.
