Despite his outlandish appearance,Ianto is quite soft-hearted and gentle,not to mention his quiet and somewhat emotional side.He is mainly quiet,and will not talk unless spoken to.He is quite dark and moody sometimes,but it only lasts for a brief moment whenever someone gets the courage to try and brighten up his day.Ianto is appreciative of good things being done to him,be it big or small.Sometimes,he slips into a pessimistic individual mainly caused by his longing for his deceased younger sister,but quickly brightens and cheers up once he sees the scarf she made for him when she was still alive which he mainly carries and is always wound around his neck in a stylish manner.

Ianto is quite pale,his eyes jet-black,the left one being hidden by a thick frame of bangs,and his untidy hair a deep grey color.He was a bit thin.Ianto wears a red jacket with a hood,a picture of a mouth smiling widely and weird specked eyes depicted on the hood's sides.Underneath his jacket he wears a black shirt.He dons black tight pants and red sneakers.His hands are always covered with brown gloves.On the bridge of his nose lies a horizontal tattoo with small vertical lines under it,the same tattoo is also located on his right cheek.He wears thick eyeliner,its color varying depending on his mood.

History/Background
Ianto came from a quite rich family.He was the oldest between the two siblings,and having his sister Lavender right beside him always cheers him up.When she died at a young age,seven,Ianto's bright disposition suddenly became tainted with a pessimistic attitude.
His sister wasn't killed by a kishin or a witch,but by an evil individual,a thief.He was taking a stroll with her one day,a usual thing they do every day.Ianto was only eleven back then.When he left his sister for a bit to buy some ice cream,he noticed a suspicious man staring right at them with curiosity.Feeling a bit nervous because of the man,Ianto returned back to his sister immediately then told her that they should leave.When they were about to go,however,the man went quickly towards them then grabbed his sister,demanding to give him all of the money they have with them.Ianto was bewildered;his sister being held by the man and was crying,the man holding his sister and was aiming a gun on her head.He scrambled for his wallet then tossed it at the man's feet.
"Just let go of my---"he shouted,terrified but was cut off by a loud bang.Ianto lifted his gaze up only to find his sister down the ground,dead.Despaired,Ianto charged blindly towards his sister's killer who was now running away to escape.He barely noticed a sudden change in him:His right transformed into some kind of a spear,unmistakably a collapsible one.Blinded by his anger and despair,he had killed his sister's murderer too fast for him to even comprehend what he just did.His arm transformed back to normal and was stained with the thief's blood.Ianto then hurried quickly to where his sister was and brought her to a nearby hospital even though he knew that the doctors won't be able to do something to save her since she was already dead.
A few years later,Ianto decided to move away from his country to be able to help himself move on with his sister's death.Arriving at some kind of a school called the Death Weapon and Meister Academy,he decided to be a student to be able to enhance his skills as a weapon,as he appeared to be.Although he has the ability to be an excellent meister,he decided to maintain being a weapon so that even physically,he won't be involved with fights.

Bloodlust -- rockets up Ianto's stats whenever his PTSD pops out.
Touch of Frost -- freezes an enemy upon contact for a short period of time.
Main Attacks
Ice Fortress -- summons multiple,gigantic walls of ice that blocks an enemy's attack.These ice walls explode if they have reached their limit of sustaining damage which deals damage to enemies near the explosion.
Peerless King of the Arctic -- engulfs the whole battlefield in ice.Controls and manipulates ice to the meister's whims and uses them as either weapons to attack or to defend.

Flaws/Weaknesses
-Ianto's got PTSD,so there are times that when he sees blood or hears the distinct sound of gunshot,he goes berserk and attacks without thinking who the allies or enemies were.
-Sometimes,he just gets too soft-hearted that he can't afford to kill a kishin when it gets extremely weak and helpless during the fight.
-Ianto likes to withdraw himself away from the crowds to avoid having that special bond with even a few persons.That makes him an anti-social person,hard to understand sometimes.
