With all of the excitement swirling around Medea and the clan lately, Mmur was feeling a bit overwhelmed. It wasn't that he didn't enjoy the chaos and murder and resulting camaraderie, it was just... they made him miss home. There. He admitted it. Not out loud, but it still counted. The horseman pulled a face up in his tree, shifting his gaze from his view of Amityville back to the branch he was sitting on.
Such thoughts were so unnecessary. He was still alive, as were a handful of his brethren. They were doing things that would change the world beyond such insignificant places as Halloween. He should not be dwelling on those who were gone. He would not. Clawed fingers brushed behind his ear where the swirl Medea had gifted him with was pressed into his skin. Not only did the mark make him powerful, it showed he was part of a family again. He belonged.
Mmur looked up, distracted by the rustle of movement coming from above him. A raggedy Pom sat on a nearby branch, wide eyed and staring. The fuzzy animals were cute, he supposed, but nothing could compare to a good, old fashioned insect.

Unlike for the unfortunate Horsemen, the new changes and additions had hardly effected Ev in the slightest. In truth, she was rather ignorant to the going-ons of their new neighbors, and just what they were all about. Sure she'd been there when they'd lost their home but... she'd only taken classes there for a mere two weeks. Surely not enough to learn enough about the two clans she was graced to visiting. It was a shame, really. One who enjoyed learning such as herself felt a bit starved of it in the subject, but.. it might be rude to approach such a tender topic with the new Lost Clan...
Thus, she simply waited until information was provided. She'd not met many of the members, only a brief moment with one at the prom. But not enough to really get to know the gent. He'd been pleasant enough. Ah but people seemed to always be coming and going, with others and doing this or that~ The demon did her best not to dwell on it or let it get to her, but.... goodness it could be so lonely here. Used to the company of a tight-knit family, and quite social, it had been a challenge to get any sort of close relations here that weren't already preoccupied.
Venturing off the grounds of school, the Grand Bois wandered closer to the inviting forestry beyond. Her swarm of moths followed loyally, like a large cloud, her steps fluid and graceful along with her posture. A ghoul was to be poised in her family, and she took pride in such a thing. Reaching the lovely treeline, a few of the roots that twined to keep up the feminine figure of a pair of legs began to unfurl and wriggle slightly out of place.. that is until another root tugged it back into its uniform position. She was in a calm trance, a gentle smile on her masked face, a few of her moths now fluttering off a little ways to inspect the passing tree's and vegetation. One just so happened to flutter high enough into the tree that the elusive horseman was in, followed by another, and a third. All three moths floated in front of him, before swirling around to take a gander at his entire form, ending up perching in various places on him; one on a shoulder, the other on his head, and the final from the bit of cloth covering his body. Eventually more of her moths began to ascend to see what was going on, causing the ghoul to stop, and look up to follow the stream. Some started to take interest to the wandering pom, getting all up in its grill without care.
And to see the dangling feet, and finally the rest of the body. "Oh~" she was mildly surprised... but offered a polite smile, and gave an equally polite curtsy, "good evening~"

At some point, perhaps right after his acknowledgement of the pom, Mmur had closed his eyes, listening to the rustle of the trees and picking at the bark beneath his fingers. He missed the demon ghoul's approach—much to his embarrassment when he realized he'd done so—opening his eyes again when the trio of moths chose him as their perch. He spoke to them in a low voice, barely audible when compared to the rustling of the leaves around them. "Now you're more what I had in mi—" Her greeting had Mmur bristling slightly at first, but he wasn't on edge for long. "Hello!" he said with a cheerful wave. The horseman slid to one side, careful not to scrape up the backs of his legs again as he dropped to the ground, taking his passengers with him. Mmur landed with a soft 'oof', but if the landing had been slightly more jarring than he thought it would be, he gave no other signs that it had bothered him. "Good evening to you, miss..." He wracked his brain a bit, searching for where he might have stored this ghoul's name. Thankfully, he really didn't know all that many people around here and it came to him soon after, only the barest hint of a pause between the beginning of his sentence and the end. "Ev! Yes, good evening to you. I hope you're doing well..." His question trailed off as he bowed slightly. He knew the citizens of Halloween were technically beneath him, but that never seemed enough of a reason to abandon simple courtesy.

The delicate creatures stayed latched onto their new host with ease, used to sudden movements, due to usually perching on just about... anything! A few of their comrades drifted from the elegant ghoul once the horseman joined her on the ground, inspecting Mmur without caution, and following suit of their kin.
Ev's smile grew just a touch from the sight, always pleased to see those who did not mind her rather nosy winged friends company. And she had to admit... the horseman's descend from the tree's had been quite impressive. Another gesture of manners was given, a bow this time, in respect to her current company, "It is a pleasure to cross paths again with you, Mmur." she replied smoothly, the swarm of moths surrounding her trickling closer to the boil, while those that remained around Ev started to lower and take landing onto her since it seemed that she would be stationary for awhile. "I am quite well, thank you. And what of you? Adjusting here, I do hope?"
