Practice, practice, practice. That was what Apatite had told her, what Labyrinthite had told her, what her capoeira instructor had told her. With that many people enforcing such a belief, it was difficult to ignore.
Her bedroom at the Black mansion was certainly large enough, but whilst practicing in her room was all well and good, her gym kit wasn't quite the same as what she was going to be wearing when on the streets kicking Order-butt. Let alone the ridiculous amount of hair she had to contend with when henshined up. So, today she'd decided she would practice outdoors, on a rooftop, as Eos. And she had to say, having the extra power of Chaos running through her body certainly made things easier. She was less quick to tire, and more powerful with her hits, making for an altogether more potent combination.
The ginga was the most fundamental move, the basic backbone behind all capoeira, and she was pretty sure she had that down. It was a way to keep you nimble on your feet, and to keep you moving to as to cause unease in your enemies and to put you in a good position to leap into an attack at any time. Then there was the aú, which was basically just a cartwheel, used to dodge incoming attacks. As for the attacks, most were done with the feet, and Eos practiced the few basic kicks she'd been shown so far in class, most of which she was far from perfect at.
Putting it all together was where difficulty arose. In a class, choreographed situation, it was fine. But in the heat of a battle, where your opponent was unexpected...that was where the real test came in.

Lesath didn’t do fancy work out’s or fancy martial arts. She was once a cheerleader, but ever since she left high school, she had let herself go on that front, figuring she had more than enough physical activity with her senshi duties, and in a way she was right. She did get quite a work out walking around the city and moving through mirrors…it was all fun and games though. She had no real restraint, no real guidelines.
She was fooling around tonight, doing a few of her old moves, jumping and trying to do a midair split, though ended up falling when she felt someone nearby.
With a slightly grumpy look, the blonde stood up and brushed herself off, pausing and then going over to where the other aura was coming from. It was someone else from her side of the war, but it wasn’t a dark mirror senshi, that much she could tell quite easily. But…who could it be?
When Lesath finally got over to the girl she blinked, seeing a mess of long beautiful blonde hair, a bit paler than her own. “Oh. Hey there. Who are you?” Well, a new face was always something to be happy about…always.

Sailor Eos sensed the Dark Mirror Senshi before she heard her, and turned to face her when she appeared. The signature was familiar, it felt similar to Remarque's had - was this another from his court? She certainly looked the part, with her pretty black fuku and sheer yellow/green wing things. They were neat! "Hey," she smiled a little warily - although this girl was on her side of the war, Zinkenite's warnings still rang in her head. "I'm Sailor Eos, who are you?" A slightly awkward first meeting perhaps, but the blonde needed to know who this girl was and what she wanted before she could really get down to any pleasant conversation.
