The Raikage's building is an enormous building within the center of Kumogakure. Like the other buildings, it is built upon the multitude of giant earthen spikes protruding from the bottom of the canyon that forms Kumogakure. The Raikage's office is very large and more like a suite than anything. It boasts a very large desk that gets very little use, however the sofa's in the center of the room act as both a comfortable place to relax, as well as a great place to hold meetings. The wall of the room furthest from the door is comprised primarily of windows that overlook Kumo.
