 The faces of the Hokage's have been enscribed into the mountain side, it has become a major tourist attraction, though, within the mountain resides two incredibly important features. Stretching across the bottom of the faces are a multitude of rooms that serve as an evacuation point for the village citizens and children alike. Deeper within the mountain however, is the Base for the Anbu Black Ops. Only those who have special permission are allowed entrance into these rooms.

Teir bit into an apple that he stole recently for a market stall. "Someday ill make my dead clan proud and become the hokage! One day ill stand up and make this village united. One day ill stop stealing but for as of right now!" He bites it again. "I have a long way to go" he sighed. He looked around seeing lots of villagers on the streets hurrying to go somewhere others walking calmly talking with either another villager or their kids he saw woman children ninja all people he only smiled. His smile faded as he saw the man he stole from "GET BACK HERE!" the stall owner yelled. With a quick leap he dashed off into the streets until he was far way from the owner.
he climbed the building and sat on the monument overlooking the village one leg dangling off one of the heads of his favorite hokage he sighed "Man.." he said outloud wishing he wasnt alone he saw many villagers who looked like ants right now he sometimes pretended he would squish them with his fingers he put his hands behind his back and stared at the blue sky.. he thought of his brother where he was and what he was doing he abandoned him when he was younger. Teir had been living on the streets for a year now until he bought an apartment with the little money he got he needed a squad he was never assigned one. He often wondered why though..

Anything the shinobi mind can conceive...Rashir and his ninja hound, Wulffrith jumped from rock to rock to climb the monument and confront the Genin, Teir, that had been causing some trouble down below in the village. They got to the top and noticed Teir had been laying down and looking up at the sky. Rashir put his hands in his pockets and the two walked over to him. "Ya know," Rashir said to him as he too looked up at the sky, "Doing crazy acts like that is sure to get you attention and well known, but it's more of the bad kind than good." He looked down at him. "You have so much potential, but you put it to waste. I've gone through my records to see what Genin are capable of great and many things, and you're one of them. Not many are capable of the plasma release, not even myself. I see something amazing in store for you, but only if you clean up you act." ...The shinobi himself will be able to achieve

Teir looked up as he heard a voice nearly falling of the head. He caught himself "wait-wha oh its Lord Hokage." he said looking at him. "Well hmm lets see i have no money for food so i stole an apple and that's all. also i dont have a squad not sure how im going to get anywhere without training" he sighed he's been meaning to ask why isn't their a sensei or something for him, to train under. He hasn't got much stronger by himself he needed to proper training.. The ninja academy taught him basics but he has a few moves that he's learned over the 3 years since graduation some fire release and few wind but even that wasn't suffice he would get killed no doubt by any other ninja.

Anything the shinobi mind can conceive...Rashir placed a hand on Teir's head. "That's why you ask people if they need help with something. If you want something, you have to also give something in return. Maybe if you told one of the shop keepers you had no money for the food, they would have given you a quick job for it." He took his hand off and sat next to him on his right on the head. His right leg was hanging off as well, the other was planted just in front of him and his left elbow on his knee. Wulffrith sat next to him and Rashir put his free hand now on his head and started to pet him. He looked back out over the city. "There are some I know for a fact would even give you a job working there so you could buy some. Others are even nice enough to just give you some if you just ask." Turning his gaze back to the Genin. "I understand you don't have a squad. When I went through my records, I told the academy not to give you one. I wanted to see what you could do by yourself for a while. I originally planned for it to be shorter than this, but from your actions it prolonged it. I decided to give you chances again and again to see if you could better your life somewhat. Now I see that you being by yourself is not going to happen." He put a smile on his face and his left hand on Teir's shoulder, "You need others in your life, something a true shinobi needs. One cannot further themselves without others to guide them. That is why..." He gave a long pause to add dramatic effect and raised his voice when he spoke again, "I am going to train you!" ...The shinobi himself will be able to achieve

Teir blinked a few times in rapid succession he was silent for a moment.. "You train me..? but why! You have far better things to do then to train me!" Things didn't add up, why would the Hokage keep him away from a squad, it was more like trained him to be the master thief. He rarely go caught but when he did, oh he was in tro~uble He gained agility to run away, but no real skills. He barely talked to the cute girls of the village. When he did he freeze up and start blushing turning into a cherry tomato! He could barely talk to pretty girls without making a fool of himself, so why? he calmed himself down regained his composure. "Alright.." he said a small voice. "When do we start?" he asked.

Anything the shinobi mind can conceive..."Why?" Rashir repeated the question then replying, "Because I was told it's your dream to be where I am right now. 'Anything the shinobi mind can conceive, the shinobi himself will be able to achieve.' That's my Nindo, my ninja way! I believe that if you work hard enough, you can take my chair after I have gone." He chuckled a bit, "Hopefully that won't be for a while though. As for having something better to do, I do not. The best thing I could ever do is train the shinobi of this village to be the best they can be. And I know you can be great." He stood up and held out a hand to pull Teir up, "We will begin once you set things straight with the villagers you have angered. Starting with the market man you stole the apple from. I'll pay for the apple this one time, but next time you slip up like that and it's on you. This will help you become a better person." ...The shinobi himself will be able to achieve

Teir closed his eyes and smiled "Thank you" he said he opened his eyes and took his hand getting up. he sighed that he would have to apologize.. but he did so anyways he jumped of the heads onto a rooftop to the market stall he approached the man and told him how sorry he was and he was just hungry and that he had no money or food or family.. the angered man raised his fist then as soon as Teir spoke he lowered he just staring at him. The man smiled and nodded and said it was alright but the next time that it happened he wouldn't be so lucky Teir promised never to steal anything again! He looked back at the Hokage waiting for him to jump down and pay for it but he though the man was okay as long as it didn't happen again he climbed up the building and onto the monument "i'ts done i apologized" he said looking at the hokage.

Anything the shinobi mind can conceive..."Good boy," Rashir said as he placed his head back on Teir's head, quickly taking it off and walking more towards stable ground on top of the monument. "I guess it's time to show me what you can do." He stopped about twenty feet later and turned around. "Your first test is to land a single blow anywhere on my body." He extended fingers as he listed what Teir was able to do, "Taijutsu. Ninjutsu. Genjutsu could work. Even shuriken and kunai will work. Anything that you can think of to hit me with." Rashir gave a slight smirk, "Granted, I will be defending myself, and will even attack back if I feel the need to. But I believe you can do it." He signaled for Wulffrith to stay where he was, for this was just an exercise, and then crossed his arms and waited for Teir to make his move. ...The shinobi himself will be able to achieve

he looked at him cautiously every part of him with anything interesting. "alright so every part arms legs body head?" he asked he looked at him trying to think of the best strategy he was the hokage how would he land a hit.. "so should we do it in a training grounds here seems sort of disgraceful.." he looked at him

He was about to ready up again when Wulffrith barked to the sky. Rashir looked up at a man floating just above the village calling down to them. He had declared war of them...and the rest of the shinobi villages? How could someone be able to take all the great nations? When the man disappeared, the entire village shook. He looked back down to Teir. "It looks like we're gonna have to postpone this exercise. Better yet, how about we make this your exercise?" He threw a fist into an open palm, "Teir Taimushi, are you ready for your first mission?" ...The shinobi himself will be able to achieve

Let's go!" He signaled for Teir to follow and he and his ninja hound took off for the edge of the monument. They leaped down to the Hokage building and back off to the ground and headed for the gates. He did not have time to wait for Teir, but he know they young boy was ready to prove himself worthy of being called a shinobi. ...The shinobi himself will be able to achieve
