Rock towers emerge forth from the ground to offer a place of escape or an advantageous attack position. The breeze from the stadium air conditioners stirs the loose sand on the field, creating a mini sandstorm that reduces visibility. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ROCK type attacksThis field reduces FIRE type attacks by 25 HP

"Hmm... This stadium might be a little tricky," Zinnia said to her purrloin, Zebo. The sandstorm would make it a little harder for Zebo to see, and those huge rock pillars might get in the way. Then again, they might also provide him with good cover when dodging an attack. "Let's do our best!"

Zebo purred, rubbing against Zinnia's leg before jumping out into his place on the field.

Lenore walked into the stadium with Mephistopheles at her side. Pulling up a pokeball, she sent out Jin-Gitaxias.

The gastly smiled as he saw the purrloin that had helped him with his experiments. He'd done more than he knew.

The gastly sent a cloud of smog floating towards Zebo. Even if the experiments were done, poison was still fun.

"Dark Pulse!" Zinnia commanded.

Zebo had practiced this move so often that it was quite easy for him to dish out. He released the ring of dark aura created by his negative thoughts.

Gitaxias was knocked back from the dark energy. "Well, that didn't work. Let's try something else."

The smog coalesced into a ball of posion, and dropped down over Zebo.

Zebo shook the nasty sludge out of her fur and released another pulse of dark energy.

Gitaxias was knocked back by the dark pulse. He sent another ball of poison flying towards Zebo.

The sludge attacks were starting to get really disgusting. He'd have to take a bath for at least an hour to get all the gunk out... And probably for even longer, if he didn't finish the battle before it dried and caked in. He'd better finish off his opponent quickly!

Jin-Gitaxias took a dark pulse head on as he rushed towards Zebo, rapidly expanding. As he was a short distance away, he exploded in a volley of gas and poison.

Zinnia pumped her fist in celebration. She was going to let Zebo leap into her arms as she usually did after he won a battle, but he was drenched in smelly, toxic sludge. "Um... Return, Zebo," she said, holding up his pokeball. She'd let him out and continue his well-deserved victory celebration after a quick trip to the pokecenter, and the groomer's.
