Remember to be very specific, including any detail that you feel is necessary for the technique. Please be original, I don't want anything like lightning shuriken that's the Rasen Shuriken but with a Raikiri base, that's no fun. Though I do enjoy it when people take base jutsu and manipulate them for their own purpose, but make sure it's in an original way!
Rules:
1. If you are a Genin, and you create an S-ranked Custom jutsu, you aren't going to be able to use that jutsu immediately.
2. If you decide to share your custom jutsu with the guild, then anyone may learn the technique.
3. No techniques that are based on Edo Tensei. (No reviving the dead for your own purposes).
4. No manipulating gravitational fields unless your character has the Rinnengan.
5. You may not learn a technique in the middle of a battle, so if you create a custom technique, and you are in a battle, you may not use said technique until afterwards.
6. Please be realistic with the techniques abilities, no destroying planets, etc.

Description:The user concentrates all of their Chakra into the star that they created causing it to expand into a larger size. Their Chakra takes on the role of matter, and coverges on the star eventually causing it to collapse. When the star collapses it becomes a supernova, imploding in on itself and creating a devastating shockwave that will eradicate or destroy anything within 12 kilometers. The technique is not only extremely powerful but highly dangerous. The user must be within the 12 kilometre range to use the technique and out-running the shockwave is highly difficult. The toll on the physical body is also problematic and can kill the user by the sheer expenditure of Chakra.

Would you like to share it with the rest of the guild?: At this point no if anyone uses it it would destroy anything by going suicide bomber. i was thinking this attack would be a Naruto - Rasenshuriken as it is now but a sage mode or anything would let me get out of the blast radius and give me the chakra needed.
