Calling all Artists and Graphics Designers!
Before the rooms are made and things get under way, I want to make a compendium of all of the artists and graphics people in this guild. My hope is that we can showcase the talents of people who work in the ball staff, and save valuable funds in the process. Also, having a nice list of artists and graphics people will make it easy to find someone to commission when it comes time to get art together for the various rooms. So, without further adieu, here are the forms! (Feel free to do both forms if they both apply to you, and post them here in this thread.)

I do ART My style is (digital/chibis/traditional/etc): All of those previously mentioned! Samples: You can find most of my artwork on my tumblr though I should note that I do not normally shade my artwork. It usually takes me this long to finish one piece of avi art: Depending on the complexity of the avatar, and how detailed the piece is I would guess about 1-3 hours. Sometimes color takes a bit longer to work out as well, so patience is key! I am willing to do some work for the ball for free (yes or no): Yes (because I feel bad asking for gold)I am willing to contribute art for fundraisers (yes or no): Y-yes Other: I do graphics too, but I don't have any samples. It's been ages since I've had to do any graphics. I typically use Photoshop 7 as well as Paint.net.

I do ART My style is: More traditional than digital. I can do chibis, headshots and fullbodies. Samples: An old colored Chibi ☆ A sketch ☆ Another sketch ☆ What a digital headshot may or may not look like ☆ A digital chibi It usually takes me this long to finish one piece of avi art: Ugh. This is a hard question. It really depends on the piece, how much time I have, and whether I can get to a scanner. All those factors taken into account, I'll be safe and say 1 or 2 weeks. Oh yeah, I'll be applying for colleges this fall and winter, so if an art shop or something is established by then, I might have to take a hiatus. I am willing to do some work for the ball for free (yes or no): YES totally duh I am willing to contribute art for fundraisers (yes or no): ummmmmm let me think. YES. Other: Maybe I should have put the info about college here. Welp, I'll probably be mainly offering sketches.

If I do art, it would probably have to be limited to head shots and busts, except in special circumstances.

It usually takes me this long to finish one piece of avi art:
depending on effort/style and motivation, it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to a few hours. It also depends on the amount of free time I acquire. It could take up to a few days for me to actually FINISH IT, realistically, due to interupptions in the process.

if asked/wanted, yes.

as of right now, i'm currently very busy. there isn't a lot of time for art, but i'm still willing to put what free-time i can scrounge up into helping out a bit.

As I now have Photoshop, drawings come out a lot.. Smoother. 3nodding

For more information, see my Deviantart! There's more where that came from. ^_^ It usually takes me this long to finish one piece of avi art: For one chibi, a few hours. For a wait up, give me a day just in case I keep messing up, maybe two. For a large group (I did the whole group in chibis for the valentines event) give me a couple days or more for patience. I am willing to do some work for the ball for free (yes or no): Absolutely! I am willing to contribute art for fundraisers (yes or no): Absolutely again! Other: I'm a helperwhore. If you need me to do anything, I'll say yes almost guaranteed.

I do ART My style is (digital/chibis/traditional/etc): Mainly traditional but I am working on digital as well using my iPad. Samples: Most of my sketches are at: also you can check out my gaia journal as well. My journal will have the digital drawing I did of a friends avi.   It usually takes me this long to finish one piece of avi art: Depends on what I need to do. If it's just a sketch give me a couple of hours. If it's colored drawing give me about 4 hrs. or a bit more ( based on the details like background and stuff ) Digital will take me a day or two since I'm still playing around with the application. I am willing to do some work for the ball for free (yes or no): Yes I am willing to contribute art for fundraisers (yes or no): I suppose I can, it depends on the time I have available since I work a shifting schedule at work. I am willing to do some graphics for the ball for free (yes or no): Yep! I am willing to contribute banners/graphics for fundraisers (yes or no): If I am free when they are needed, sure! Other: I am a graphic designer, and I work A LOT. I am totally willing to make banners, and the more advance notice, the better~~ (If in desperate need of art, I can do that I guess. My scanner is down and my tablet skills are still sketchy though. My profile has samples if it comes down to this)

I do PIXEL ART My style is (digital/chibis/traditional/etc): Pixel Art Samples: I'm not posting samples right now as everything I'm working on that isn't just for practice is for my mini shop. It usually takes me this long to finish one piece of avi art: Varies depending on the number of items that are being made. I am willing to do some work for the ball for free (yes or no): Yes I am willing to contribute art for fundraisers (yes or no): Yes... If you want to do a roleplay that is a maid cafe for promotional purposes, I can come up with a menu and create pixel food that can be served in thread during the roleplay. [That's just one example.] Other: I can do graphics in terms of banners and post styles, but I really haven't done any in a long time as my interests in this area remain very low. I think that I'll save all my graphics making for whatever room I'm with [sorry] if there isn't another graphics maker in the room to help save funds.

But if I draw a full-body without taking breaks then it'll probably take between 2 and 4 hours. And again, it depends.
