Kiera had just entered the house, flustered and frustrated, and Hikari wasn't very far behind her. Kiera skulked into the living room, to see Shortstraw on the couch, passed out. She stared at him for a minute, before grabbing a blanket and putting it over him neatly. Once she heard Hikari come through the door, Kiera went into the kitchen. She heard Hikari's human footsteps run upstairs, and into the bathroom. Then she heard the vomiting and winced. Kiera got herself a glass of water, and drunk it all down in seconds. Then she remembered the stubs on her back. She froze, then slowly, one of her hands reached behind her back to still feel them there. They were small, however noticeable, and equally spaced apart beneath the shoulder blades. She knew exactly what it meant, but she didn't like it. She went back in the living room and crouched in the corner to retrieve a thick jacket from her secret stash of clothes, only to see Hikari walk out of the front door again with bandages and blood all around her head and mouth. Did she do that? Whoops.

*Shorststraw slowly opened his eyes and started to sit up holding his head form a headach. He looked to Keria at first with a blank expression. "Am I dead?" He asked holding his blank expression.*

Kiera slowly looked round to see Shortstraw awake, and stood up suddenly. Almost looking guilty. "No. You're not dead. Otherwise i wouldn't be here right now." Her voice was a bit sultry, and she only hoped her big jacket hid those stupid stubs well. She walked over to him. "You feeling alright?"

*He shurgged* "I have a headach... did I... win?" He asked not remembering anything he did while in his 'state' back durring the fight. He noticed she was now wareing a jacket and looked tothe couch, "oh sorry... i can move..." her repiled witha smile.*

She shook her head. "No it's fine. If you're still hurting then you should rest up." She stretched her shoulders uncomfortably. "So you really don't remember much on how it all ended out there?" She looked tot he floor, bringing a gloved hand to her mouth. "Well that's interesting." She did not despise Veira more than right now. She then looked to the wall with a concentrated face, scratching her head. "Well it's all over now, i guess. No harm done. Apart from Hikari's face of course, but that's irrelevant for now. Do you need any more rest?" She asked.

*He shook his head with a smile* "I'm fine, just a headach, and not the kin dyou get so it should fade away soon." He noticed the blancket and looked up to her, "where you going?" He asked thinking the jacket was more for her going out somewhere. And he wasn't sure if he heard somthing about Ms Hikari or not.*

Kiera shook her head again. "No, i'm not going out. Just cold." She lied. "It's been too much of a productive day already. I mean there's only so many new people i can see before getting my own headaches." At least hers had subsided now when Hikari had distracted her. "Well maybe i'll go out. I don't know yet." She scratched the back of her neck, her back was suddenly so itchy. Probably from the growing. "Eh. It just depends if you're alright enough i guess."

*He nodded* "yea i'm okay. Thanks Ms Keria." he replied with a soft loving smile. "Where are you going to go, and where is ms Hikari, did she make it out of the fight okay? She was vary helpful, i would like to thank her." He nodded and smiled somemore. Then he looked aorund. No Asher. As he figured.

Kiera made a face. "Yeaaahhh. About Hikari. She got hurt. So she's at the hospital right now. It's no biggy, she's just got a teeny-weeny little broken bone." She looked away, although she was stuck between telling the truth and lying, which was probably the explanation for the bad reply. "I wouldn't really want to go visit her right now, she's probably in the middle of getting stitches or something." Usually Hikari would have healed up fine, with the healers power she had. But she guessed since it was herself that hit her, it was reversed. "I Just wanted to go buy something from the store. You don't have to come if you don't want to."

*He smiled* "Sure you know me i like going with you anywheres." He smiled and sat up, "its bad to hear that aobut ms kikari though he's been such a big help to us. I even thought about riding one time..." he then remembered the last thing he saw, hikari becoming that huge new version of woff, "well... then i saw that bigger version of her on fire... i never knew about that... that was so scary looking." he chukkled and got up, waiting for her to lead the way.*

Kiera started walking and shrugged, walking out of the door. "It's from this stupid pact she made with Yuji. It's like a badass mode or something. The only time she can really be helpful in a battle. She's more of a healer than a fighter. Amelie used to be good for the fighting, although she didn't have the same healing qualities in her blood." They walked down the path leading from the castle, and Kiera dreaded that they were heading back to town. It couldn't be avoided, but she still dreaded it.

*The people in the town were doing what they were before. However now they were alittle more welcoming and actully smiled and greeted kerai and shorstraw as they walked past. They now were at least freindly. This was a big step for shortstraw as he smiled happily with pride, "So what we need to get?" He asked wondering if he might be helpful of knowing which store to go to, or where to look for whatever she needed.*

Kiera looked around for the right store, then once she spotted it, she rushed right in. "Just something. Hey Shortstraw, can you do me a favor and go look over that side of the store for some bandages and some special bread, will you?" She pointed to the other side of the store. She wanted to distract him while she went and got something for herself, and she began walking to the opposite side of the store that she sent Shortstraw to. She searched vigorously before finding her item, and she quickly rushed to the checkout to pay for it before Shortstraw could have found the stuff she asked. With her item safely in a bag, she went to go look for Shortstraw again.

*He already found the bandages and was looking at all the diffrent types of bread. "I'm not srue which one is actully spechal or better then the other. Thsi is for Ms Hikari right, so i'm going to guess any of these are good..." He replie din hard thought.

Kiera eventually found him in the bread isle, and as she walked next to him, she also looked to the breads, then instantly picked the best for Hikari. "This one. It's italian bread, her favorite." She looked to Shortstraw. "You got the bandages too, that's good. Now we just gotta go pay.." Thankfully she remembered to put the bag of the item she bought into her coat. And she was just overly glad that it just sank in there.
