X- scissor is there hit things Very solid team, but the Rotom seems somewhat gimmicky. But I understand your reasoning on it, with Parasect and all to lure in more Water Moves. So you'll just have to see how it works for you. Speaking of gimmicky, I think you have too many Fire Type Moves. I know you need a backup plan, but what will Fire hit that you need to worry about? If you say for Sunny Day teams and Chlorophyll users, they'll be faster than you even with your Scarf on Rotom, but your resists do help since he resists Grass and Fire. But keep in mind, those same Chlorophyll users often carry Sleep Inducing moves. And overall, it's better that your 'back-up' plan not be useless when Rain is up. You don't want to assume Rain will be up at all times, but you also don't want to let it stay down. Parasect is awful w/o Rain, Fire will hurt your Steel types, and Tornadus suffers a huge accuracy loss on Hurricane. Really, you'll just be trying to find a way to get weather control, and I doubt fire moves will help you there. It will just draw out how long the rain is gone which makes it harder for you to switch. Overall, pretty solid team. Kudos on it, I like the Rotom-H/Parasect idea, though it baffled me at first. Hopefully it will do the same for your opponents. Only other note would be to see how much Haze helps you. It might just be wasting a moveslot, but just see how much you use it.

Sand/Sunny Day just couldn't compete with them, so I figured they might not be much of a problem. But that was a long time ago, so just feel it out for yourself, friend. :]
