Summer break was almost over but did it really matter when it had been so cruelly ripped away from her? She decided it didn't, not when she practically didn't have one to start with. Summer school had taken up a good portion of her free time and she was clearly upset about it. It was just plain uncool to do schoolwork or any kind of education in the summer but there she was, in school every day. By some miracle, something the Nuns would surely call the work of God, she had actually managed to get enough credit to pass the year after all.

It didn't matter to her though. Just to pass the year she had to go to school for a good portion of her summer vacation instead of having gone back to Greece for the summer, or spent her days at the beach. It may have seemed simple but this was something she could never get it back. It left a nasty taste in Nickeline's mouth. It wasn't something she could wash away with a simple drink, it was only something she could rid herself of by coming out on top of another situation. The most obvious solution was to find some sucker and beat them up or even get into a good humble like that time with that Brazilian b***h. Well, it was Destiny City, how hard would it be to find that?

Not very. She didn't have to wander very far or for very long before she could begin to sense something in the distance. It was a familiar feeling, something her body longed for. She wanted it, she wanted it so bad. She would get down and dirty and forget all about her crappy summer. She didn't waste time pondering it any further, picking up a few balls of her hair into her arm and dashing across a roof top of two, racing toward the feeling she desired with a mischievous smile on her face.

Nickeline was coming, she was coming to get you!

"...that is an odd one..."

Nysa had been mid patrol when he sensed something nearby. It wasn't a youma, it wasn't a Negaverse Officer, and it wasn't a Dark Mirror Senshi. Each had a slightly different aura with the same darkness to it. However, this one that was nearby was something he had never dealt with before.

The new Squire of Neptune was not certain about what he should do in regards. There were options. He could wait around to see what he was dealing with. However, that could prove to be quite dangerous. The forces of Chaos weren't something to underestimate. HOWEVER, they also weren't things that he should let idly frolic about and do as they wished.

So alas, when a silvery haired girl had picked up on him and began to hunt for him, Nysa was still at his spot upon the rooftop, debating which of the options he had would yield the better results.

Nickeline didn't need any sort of poetic verse of 'come out, come out, wherever you are' because in his debate on what he should do, Nickeline honing in one Nysa. She was running, jumping and bounding across the rooftops and it wasn't very long before she seen his silhouette on one particular room. He didn't exactly blend in with bright teal hair and an uniform to match and immediately that disgusted taste in her mouth made itself ever prominent. She recognized him now, he was one of those knights.

She stood on a rooftop adjacent from him, simply a small gap in the rows keeping the two buildings, and them, apart. She watched him curiously, waiting for his eyes to meet hers. Would he notice her, her dark bodice and long glimmering hair in the night light? She held it up carefully off the ground, her eyes momentarily shifting her disgusted gaze from the squire to the roof. It was absolutely filthy. She immediately regretted needing her hands free to latch onto things and catch herself while moving.

He probably noticed her by now but Nickeline was simply disgusted. There was something in her hair and she furiously began to remove it until finally succeeding and looking back at Nysa. She didn't speak, she simply waited. It was coming, it always came. She waited for that long winded speech he'd give her that she couldn't and didn't care to understand.

Even with her presence, it took him perhaps five seconds longer than it should have to turn to face her. Nysa had decided he would stay, only to find that the source of chaos was right there, looking at him.

If it wasn't for the aura she was giving off, he might have been inclined to admire this young lady's appearance. She had extremely long hair, which seemed to be well tended to. He could appreciate the dedication it took to care for long hair.

This girl didn't look like a Negaverse officer, nor a youma, and she didn't have the type of fuku that the Dark Mirror Court had. The squire could remember when Miss Grus had told him about the two different types of corrupt senshi. By process of elimination, he could only figure this probably was the other sort of Senshi.

Keeping to his spot on the rooftop opposite of her, he tilted his head towards her. "Good evening, Miss." He had no intention to start any sort of strife if he could keep things civil.

WHY WAS EVERYONE IN THIS GOD DAMN WAR SO HELL BENT ON TALKING? This was something Nickeline simply didn't understand. She was starting to feel like she should start carrying around a roll of duct tape on either of her wrists for good measure. Everyone she met had pages and pages of text to talk to her about when all she wanted to do was punch them in the face. It was difficult to even imagine there was a war of any kind going on the way everyone always seemed to greet her. Hey, how are you? Oh, I like your hair. Are you a corrupt senshi? What's a corrupt senshi? Does your neck hurt? Stuff like that, except in her mind it all came out more similarly to: blah blah blah blah ******** blah.

She simply stared at Nysa, rather unplesantly, before the palm of her hand slammed against her forehead. There was a hole on her forehead which sort of made this act all the more sadistic, perhaps, but it was refreshing in a strange way. Now, she simply need to have her flesh on his and things would be wonderful. Slowly her palm draw away from her forehead, falling down to her balls which she promptly grabbed. In a quick action, they flew around her neck like a scarf and with a click of the heel Nickeline was off.

Negaverse weapon codename Nickeline was off! She never needed a reason to attack someone, especially not when she was feeling particularly cruddy. There was reason in there somewhere but Nickeline was looking for a fight and as far as she was concerned if someone was powered up then they knew very well what kind of game they were signed up for. She knew what she was signed up for, and what she signed up with. Two of them, and they were ready to give a beat down. That was her way of saying hello!

She didn't say a word, and her actions seemed rather foreign at first. However, the moment she swung the bulk of her hair up so it wouldn't be in her way as she moved, the lad had a pretty good idea where this was going.

He quickly reached into his coat's interior pocket and pulled out his own weapon. It wasn't exactly very intimidating, since it was merely a quill pen with a ribbon tied upon it. However, as a Squire, he would at least honor his weapon by having it out and ready for battle.

Where as it seemed like her intention to fill in the gap between the two buildings, it seemed as if Nysa was still not exactly the fan of fighting. The rooftop he was upon was flat and wide, and he began to move from the edge he had been at to the opposite side, making certain to not turn away from the girl.

In the span of ten seconds Nickeline had closed the gap between the two buildings without even breaking a sweat. Everything seemed to be set for an attack but when she hit the same rooftop as Nysa, there was a moment of caution for Nickeline when she observed the squire in front of her reach into his pocket to pull out what she could only assume was his weapon. She prepared for what might come but nothing could have prepared her what she seen.

Loud, thundering laughter bellowed from deep inside the corrupt senshi as her body rolled forward into the hands that rest around her waist. She couldn't believe it! What did he think he was going to do with that? Did he really think he was going to fight with... a feather? Her body lifted slightly, and one hand freed itself from her stomach simply to point at the squire very mockingly and quite enthusiastically.

"Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?"

There was more laughter. Whatever she had planned to do twenty seconds ago had been pushed aside simply to laugh at the squire. No way, just no way.

Well, this girl wasn't a mute apparently. It wasn't the first time he had been mocked for his weapon, and the Squire knew that it would not be the last.

Taking advantage of the girl's momentary distraction, he once more widened the gap between them, moving towards the other side of the roof. He still hadn't been provoked, so he had no intention of starting the violence.

Perhaps her guard will remain down if I play off of this...

In a coy manner, he asked as if he had no clue what was funny "Might I ask what it is you are laughing at, Miss?" Using the quill at his hand, he pointed it towards her as if it was an extension of his hand.

Deception. It might have been more clever had it been in Greek, but instead Nickeline stopped laughing and listened unpleasantly to the butchered language otherwise known as English. Surely this boy wasn't dumb enough not to realize what she was laughing at, or was he? The way she understood what he was saying made her think that yes, this boy was quite dumb. His sentence made little sense and that was definitely not her fault so it must have been his.

"Miss?" She questioned off to the side, pondering on the word. She didn't understand it the same way he meant to use it. The squire was too polite and his extra words in this situation were going to do him in. In any situation where she might have gotten that word to come off as a polite way of addressing her: this wasn't it. Her face paused at a blank expression until it rather quickly began to show anger as she dwelled on his words. She hadn't missed anything! Was he insinuating that she couldn't hit him? How dare a boy who looked like he belonged at a little girl's tea party judge her! Well, if he wanted to be like then she had no problem proving just how wrong he was.

Once again, Nickeline was running full sprint at the squire and this time she had a target already in mind. There was something so satisfying about punching someone in the face but when that someone was a pretty boy? The feeling amplified ten some. She may have only needed one fist to punch him in the face but for this particularly blow she felt required two. Not just in case she missed, no, she literally wanted to punch his face in twice for his comment.

Maybe someday someone will appreciate your English, but today was not the day.

This girl really didn't like to talk it would seem. It was as if his words were making this girl's actions more violent. She merely repeated the word "Miss" and the humor that touched her features seemed to vanish. A seething scowl seemed to form, and he couldn't help but comment "...I preferred the smile...it was prettier..."

Pretty soon the girl was rushing to get in his personal space. Having at least more than half a brain, Nysa knew he needed to keep out of her reach as best as he could. He did have a small advantage in being a Squire, but this girl seemed similar to a rampaging bull. He could continue to dodge, but when she finally managed to get him, she'd probably figuratively "gore" him.

I think I would like to avoid that...

So as she drew close, he simply moved to the edge of the building and hopped towards the next one. Simple tactic, but he was certain it would lead to quite a chase with how she was going after him.

Although it was true that Nickeline liked the idea that she was so strong that her foes simply cowered or ran away in fear, she didn't exactly approve of it happening in reality. She wanted a fight, she wanted to feel the adrenalin pumping through her veins and watching someone run away before she even got to attack them left her feel empty and unsuccessful. It was a feeling she refused to sit idly on so when Nysa took his chance to move to the next building, her eyes narrowed in on him and a bitter whisper escaped her lips.

"Breathless," she commanded, following after her victim with haste.

She quickly moved from one end of the building to the other, leaping rather angrily to where Nysa had gone. She was going to get to him and then she was going to punch him in the face. Not once but twice because he made her chase after him. Who seriously makes the person dead set on beating the s**t out of them chase them? Nickeline had no idea!

He had managed to make it to the new building, but soon enough felt as if his lungs had completely failed. The sweet cool air in his lungs vanished, leaving Nysa with a very familiar feeling that always spooked him.

He instantly crumbled to his knees, every single aspect of the current situation fading out of his mind. All that was left was a deeply rooted fear, paralyzing him. He had felt this sort of lack of breath as a child, and it was a feeling he would never forget.

H-how... is this possible?!

Rather than reach for his throat, the Squire seemed to almost curl up into a defenseless ball.

His bravest moment, this was not.

The satisfaction of stopping her foe from escaping definitely brought the smile that Nysa seemed to like right back to her face but it didn't linger there very long. She scowled unhappily and slowly moved from her spot near the end of the roof toward Nysa, the click of her heels echoing across the flat surface of the roof. Her eyes narrowed upon the squire below her, a mix of disappointment and excitement at the same time. If he was going to curl up in a ball then she was going to have to hit him around some and have a good time.

"Look at me!" She said with a heavy accent as her voice rose, demanding the squire to listen to her. Words alone would not satisfy this urge though and it was certainly not all she had up her short sleeves. She had two fists ready for him and using the first she struck him as hard as she could right in the eye, throwing at the other down toward the other eye but missing and hitting his cheek instead.

With his breath gone, everything around him had also vanished from his mind, his only thoughts seemed to swirl into a dreadful living nightmare. However, his lack of breath was only a temporary ailment it would seem, and soon enough the cool air had returned to him.

Which meant all of his other senses seemed to return to him.

"Look at me!"

The voice was practically right on top of him, and when he naturally went to look at the one calling for his attention, she had already grabbed him and jabbed at him two times. They were sharp, fierce, and seemingly experienced punches. It left a throbbing pain in the one assaulted eye which made it difficult for him to keep his eye open. The cheek wasn't nearly as tender as the eye, but it did feel pain similar to one biting their own cheek.

It was a shame someone so pretty was such an obvious ruthless brute of a girl.

With his one good eye, he gave the girl a good hard look. One hand was still holding to the feather, which he suspected would not do the job when it came to tickling if he attempted such. So he had to resort with trying to distance himself again. The other hand opened up to a flat palm, and soon enough attempted to shove itself against the girl's gut in an effort to just give himself some space.

Nickeline was disappointed that her attack lasted so short considering how much suffering it seemed to cause this squire. Perhaps she should carry a pillow around and play Negaverse soldier? She could just suffocate someone indefinitely instead. Alas, there was just something undignified about carrying around a pillow that swayed the thoughts away from it. She didn't need it, and she didn't need magical powers or a magical rank to determine her real strength. She sweat and bled for that strength and it didn't matter what happened because nothing would be able to erase that.

It wouldn't matter what stood in her way because that strength would not disappear. The strength of her fists came from inside of her, not some magical spell. She had noticed though, the defensive power of those magically stronger than her. They could take a punch even if they would never swing one. Knights seemed to fall under this category a lot, and just as that single thought crossed her mind she found it happening once again.

She was punched back suddenly by the boy's effort to get away, falling back onto her a** and cursing something definitely not in English. He didn't even hit her! She was so offended. She could barely even control her breath at this moment, huffing almost like a bull. He didn't even think she was good enough to fight with, that was it, wasn't it? She longed to prove just how wrong he was, pushing herself off the concrete of the roofing and swinging her heeled foot out at his feet in an attempt to trip him before she got back to her own feet.
