 It had been quiet some time since Bae Shin was able to get some time off from his work. Who knew being a model and posing for paintings and designers would eat up so much of one's day. But finally the youthful stallion worked out a whole day to do nothing. And of course when one has time to lay back and do absolutely nothing it is the time that you send word to friends to hang out and go out and doing something. This was just what the handsome stallion had done, as soon as he knew he was going to have this time off he sent a letter to a long time friend, Desideria, to join him for an afternoon of messing around.
Sitting down on the railing outside a run down building he waited for his little devil friend. She would know right where to meet him even if he did not say so in the letter. They always used to come here and play before he was 'discovered'. This abandoned house had been their club house and where they always met up to plan the day's mischief. Leaning his head back, thick curls of crimson hair falling away from his face, Bae looked up at the prefect sky and smiled, "A great day for a bit of trouble."

 Des raced down the streets, anxious for her meeting with Bae. It had been a long time since they had spent a whole day together now that he was working. She sort of envied him, getting to stand in front of a camera all day, wearing cool clothes that he didn't have to pay for, having his picture painted over and over again. She had dreamed of the two of them doing all of that together, but she wasn't what they were looking for. As she turned the last corner, she caught sight of him sitting on the railing of their old club house. Boy were there some memories hiding in those walls. The raised her hand and waved to get his attention as she sprinted the last bit of distance to the porch of the old house. "Hey!....Lookin' good," she said as she filled her lungs with some deep breathes.#D43D1A

Bee Shin could not stop the large grin that spread across his face as his dark eyes caught sight of movement and his dark green ears flicked to pick up the bright sound of his friends voice. It had been far to long since he hear that bright voice. He turned his head and his smile got even larger as his eyes confirmed what that it was in fact her. "Des! Oh my I do think you have gotten a bit slower since last I saw ya. But your looking very good yourself!" he said and jumped off the railing to stand next to his friend. She looked just as full of energy as she always did.
His tail flicked as he looked her over. "Sorry I have been so busy. But I did bring you a gift. He said leaning over the railing to pick up a small box which he held out to her. Once she opened it she would find laying inside a fancy metallic hair clip for her mane or tail. "I hope it is not too girly for ya. So do you have big plans for us today or shall we make it up as we go?"

She took the box he handed her, and chose to ignore his comment about being slower than normal. As far as she was concerned, she was actually faster than when they had last met, but she didn't want to start a quarrel with him when she had just arrived. And after all, he had brought her a gift! She wasted no time in opening the box, lifting out the beautiful hair clip that complimented her bright yellow hair. She placed it strategically on her head, and danced around, happier than she had been for a while. "Thank you!" she said, "It's perfect!" She thought about his question for a moment and said, "Well...that depends. Do you want to be good this afternoon, or naughty?"

Bae Shin laughed a bit at how she skipped over his comment about her speed then watched as she opened the box. He was glad that she liked the gift. he was a bit worried that it might not be somethign she would like but when he saw it on her he gave a nod, "It is in fact perfect on you. You make it look great." he said and then his smile grew a bit more impish. "OH it is always so tempting to be naughty with you. Though I wonder if we still got it. I might be a bit rusty on some of my skill. Maybe a little naughty to start out with and lets see where we go from there."

She beamed when he complimented her on how the clip looked in her hair. She hadn't realized just how much his approval still meant to her. When they were younger, not that long ago really, she had had a crush of sorts for him. She would daydream about the life they would have together, where they would live, how they would spend their days together. Then reality set in, and he was whisked away from her. She didn't begrudge him his newly found notoriety, but she missed having him around all the time. So being here with him now filled her heart with so much joy and pleasure that she was finding it very hard to restrain herself.
"A little naughty? Alright then, let's head over to the park and see what sort of little naughtiness we can stir up there," she said. She grabbed his hand, something she had not done in a long time, and dragged him down the street.

Bae Shin watched her as she beamed at him. He always loved to see her smiling. He used to do so many stupid things just to make her smile. If he knew that all he had to do was treat her like a mare and buy her things would make her smile then he would have had her smiling so much more. Though back then he did not have the money to buy her anything nice.
When she took his hand he laughed and wrapped his hand tighter around hers. "Oh the park? It has been so long since we went there together. Didn't I fall in the water last time and you had to help save me?" He did hope that he would not get in too much trouble. It would not be good for them to get in too much trouble. After all he did now have a bit of a reputation to keep. He smiled at "Oh we should sneak some food and eat by those bushes near the lake first. Can be naughty with empty bellies."

As they ran down through the streets, hand in hand, his mention of food caused her stomach to rumble. "I guess I am a bit hungry," she said, laughing. "That cart vendor is still there by the lake, and yes, I did save you! But try to stay dry this time please. I don't want to go for a swim today." She laughed as they turned the last corner and saw the park ahead of them. It was crowded today, as mother's with their children ran around chasing each other. There were ducks in the lake, and some were tossing them crumbs from the lake shore. "There he is!" she exclaimed, pointing to the cart vendor. "Oh look! He's got ripe, red apples today! Shall we pay for them, or swipe them like we used to?"

Bae could not help but laugh, "A bit hungry? That growl says that it is more than a bit." He smirked and looked up with his dark eyes as she pointed out the old venter a little later. "Oh wow I am shocked he is still living. He was old a few years ago." he laughed and looked at the others in the park. It was very crowded but the bushes near the lake seemed pretty calm and free of others. "Oh I will stay dry this time. And I even learned to swim...just incase." he winked at her and bit his bottom lip in thought, "Well I guess we can see if I still got it. Lets swipe them this time around."

"Great," she said, "then we'll use the old divide and conquer scheme that used to work so well for us. We'll see if your swiping skills are still up to speed or not. Come on, I'll cause the distraction, and you swipe us some food." She headed off down the park trail toward the vendor and his stand. She had no doubt that Bae was a few paces behind her. She was always able to count on him in situations like this. Not once had he ever left her high and dry during one of their little escapades.
There were other meara's standing around the cart, looking over the fruit the vendor had brought today, and she looked for the best place to cause her distraction. When she made up her mind where to hit, she called back to Bae, "Here I go, try to keep up," and she took off running. With a nimbleness that she had not lost growing up, she caused her body to trip and fall into the nearest person, who was standing at the cart. As she hit the person with her body, she sent some of the fruit in the cart flying in all directions with the tip of her pitchfork. She could only hope that Bae was ready to catch them, and hide them in his shirt.

"Oh my hands are just as quick as ever dear Des." he said with a loud laugh and followed her. As they drew a bit closer he kept his speed going as if hey were paying tag. As she ran into the larger mare and the apples flew into the air Bae's hands moved to quickly snatch the soaring fruit. In the same movement as his nimble hands tucked the fruit into the pockets on the inside of his jacket he moved to catch Des and help right her, "Sorry misses. We were just playing tag!" his hand slipped to wrap around Des' wrist and pull her quickly away form the adults, "Tag your it now!" he smiled and once she was out of grabbing range he let her wrist go to act like he was continuing the game.
