Apperance: She's a short girl with a slender, but curvy, frame. Her hair is usually pinned up in some fashionable manner. However, on odd days, she'll wear it down in ringlets that just brush the bottom of her shoulder blades.

Positive Personality Traits:
Sweet: She did grow up with manners. She tends to be a very sweet girl if she's having a good day. She'll try to cheer someone up if she knows them well enough, or at least ask if they're alright if she doesn't.

Polite: Again, manners are key here. She'll be polite to you. Exchange chit chat, offer you to sit with her at tea, if you're there. She knows how a lady should act, after all!

Quick study: She can pick things up very easily. Be it a language, slang, how to do manual labor, though she rather wouldn't have to do that. She can usually pick it up fairly quickly.
Negative Personality Traits:
Haughty: With her upbringing, Virginia is very haughty. She likes things her way and no other way will do. She'll sneer at those lower than her without realizing it.

Nit picky: She has to have everything a certain way. Dishes have to be spotless, her clothes have to be immaculate, no seam out of place, no strings. Fitting just the right way.

Moody: She'll get into severe mood swings depending on who she's hanging around. One minute she'll be fine, and the next she'll be grumpy, upset, hurt, or something. Then it'll go right back to laughter and cheerfulness.

History
Born with a silver spoon in her mouth, Virginia has never had to work a day in her life. Her mother is a seamstress and her father is a banker. Together they make a fairly descent living, providing everything for their daughter.

Growing up she learned how to sew, needle point, paint, play a violin, a flute and a fiddle. She learned how to walk, talk and be a cultured lady. She went to parties, had a coming out. She's been schooled the best she can with home schooling and is subjected to all the latest gossip. She's naive about the world around her, about how poor people live and struggle.

Upon her sixteenth birthday, she was brought to pick her guardian. Well, Circe chose her, but that's how things go. To Virginia, Circe is the most beautiful guardian a girl could ask for. Instead of wanting to be with boys, she kept Circe very close to her. Circe stays in her room at night and then Virginia is outside with her all day. That's where her freckles, tan and sun kissed brown hair come from.

However, she's taken to sneaking away from lessons lately, with Circe, and wandering into parts of that her parents wouldn't ever want her caught in. She's wanting to mingle with those not fortunate like she is.
