Like the name says, it's an empty apartment where Kim burns lives.
the only things in here are the few amount of clothes she does have, a futon, a blanket, and cheap noodle bowls. which everything except the noodle bowls are kept in the closet.
Kim keeps the place extremely clean.

Kim walked into the extremely empty, but clean apartment with a small sigh. "well that was one heck day...." Kim said as she walked into the empty kitchen and grabbed a noodle bowl and opened it. "i need to get away from this type of living..." Kim said as she turned on the sink water and filled up the the noodle bowl and set it on the counter as she stepped away.

Time skip {3minutes}

Kim walked into the kitchen and pulled out the only fork from the sink. "i'm starving..." Kim said as she grabbed the noodle bowl and walked over to the empty hardwood floor that should be the dinning room and sat down in the middle of the floor and started eating. "this can't keep going on like this..." Kim told herself as she scooped up and fork full of noodles. once Kim was finished eating she put the fork back into the sink and walked out with the empty noodle bowl and headed into Death City.
